Overall good but builder is not up to the mark

Overall good buying experience and good process. But unfortunately I had very bad experience with the builder Mr. Chris who was always behind his Closing reviews. He blocked my phone number when I delayed my reviews since my repairs were pending and he was not trustworthy. Flooring work for my house is terrible, otherwise all good so far. Thanks

Pretty smooth process for buying. We bought another persons house who backed out so I can’t speak to the materials selection process. We had to move our closing date back a day because final inspections weren’t done, which was stressful coordinating a cross country move. Then we had a plumbing issue on night one with water coming out of a ceiling vent but they were there the next day to help fix it. We’ve been in the house just over two months and have noticed some issues with quality.

Average experience nothing special in Pulte

Pulte is not maintaining the quality anymore. They are just in a hurry to close no matter whether the house is complete or not. Once closing is done, you have to chase the builder or raise the tickets to fix the issues.

Construction was of poor quality. They don't have accountability on any issues. They don't build consistent homes. Similar model homes have differences in the structures. Felt like waste of money buying from Pulte Homes.

Very bad planning on window placing

We brought the home with vallybrooke plan with elevation 22,two windows in this plan kept on bathroom and one in closet-both won’t give the use of windows. Another plan issue is even though home is more than 3300 there is no proper media room- loft space is designed kind of waist like many doors and closet-we don’t have a place to keep our projector-we went with this plan because pulte agent mentioned this plan have big loft for projector but after built we realized that this room is not useful for media room purpose

He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly resolved any minor needs prior and through closing. Pulte's communication throughout the buying and building process was exceptional. We always knew the latest status and provided with opportunities to visit a representative in person to view the progress. While the home was of reasonable quality, the details in the workmanship was not great. It seemed the finishing touches were done in haste and we had to make several service requests to fix or refinish. The responses to the service requests were super quick.

Little upsetting on the broken water pipe that should’ve been caught before I moved into the home. However the repairs were quick. The garage door doesn’t have a weather seal which I will have to submit a request on. Other than that, the home is great.

I love the area, and I love my house but the finishing is not at my expectations especially the price we paid. Closing was bad. Document was not ready because the salesperson Daniel had an error on our doc which we called them and he was not happy with our call on his day off. Also wiring the money didn't get the instructions until tell last minute…. Was very stressful

Pulte is the worst decision I have ever made. They do not have proper leadership and management and all the house they built is of poor quality. The construction managers do not have knowledge on building quality house. We bought a home with Pulte and had lot of emergency issues with the house and the service team is a bogus that is not strong enough to support the customers. Our house is having a water leak and it is 5th day yet no one to help. Made enough calls and emails and tiered . The materials and chosen vendors are sub standard. My inspection report came with a concrete issue which the build manager refused to fix and just got a letter from the vendor which is no good. The dry wall and sound proofing is so horrible.

I just bought a Pulte townhome and I’m loving it! The house is beautiful. A few minor issues with the doors but they have always very responsive and quick to fix anything I needed. I did have to ask for a few things that should have been automatic, like the key fob for the pool, mail key, and ring door camera (which was installed with no instructions and the doorbell on it doesn’t work). But overall very happy!
