Our overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. They have been very helpful. Our ONLY complaint is that there are still a few items that have not been fixed from our blue tape meeting. But, I am sure those will be fixed soon.

Not worh for money. the quality of materials was very bad and the design was not great. There is no room to take fridge in the kitchen , we strgulled a lot. we need to remove the stove to put the fridge inside , poor design. The front door doesnt make sense both the powderroom door and front door hit each other. the door will damage in few months itself . All the door quality is poor. The door stoppers are not planned where to place also. The staircase rails are just placed it can fall off any time its not glued also. Stove and granite is not connected in the side and the back of the stove is also left open with a big gap poor design . ... More

This builder is very reputable and stands by their product. The site superintendent is very attentive to details which is important at all price points. The processes are top notch and execution of communication, follow up, and closing was flawless. The warranty is clear and fair. Highly recommend.

Pulte really didnt care if I bought the house or had concerns I wanted addressed/changed. They threathened to cancel my sales agreements if I didnt like the way things were dictated. There attiutude was take it or leave it and they were not very accomodating and didnt seem willing to negotiate....

Pulse Home and all their staff were amazing making sure our house was ready, they respected deadlines and did not offer things they couldn't give. I recommend Pulte Home 1,000%

We have built homes with several other builders (including one that claims to be a luxury builder) and this experience with Pulte Homes was so much more incredible for many reasons. First we bought this home as a quick move in prior to drywall and were able to get it inspected quickly. Chris was amazing in helping with any concern we found and getting it fixed. Please understand when you buy a home that they are built by humans so expect to find something that isn't perfect. Throughout the process we were treated with respect and any questions or concerns were answered or corrected very quickly every step of the process. Chris and his team went above and beyond throughout and after close made sure anything that was not correct, they made it right. When we closed and walked into our home it was a warm welcome as they took the time to make it look as best as possible. I would highly recommend if you want a solid built home with a team that takes pride in their workmanship, to build with Pulte. We are overly happy with the quality of our home and can trust this is a great investment. The overall experience is good.

Excellent..smooth process and nice home

It is almost 2 months but Pulte is still not able to have internet setup at my place since it is a part of HOA bulk service. Even i am paying HOA and it is still not setup yet.

We have several issues mainly related to design and architecture ranging from unreachable switches to rain water getting into the house from exterior door. Can’t even open the back door of suv while parked in the garage. The plumbing clean outs are installed in the master closet!!!!! The namesake laundry room is designed poorly. I could go on…..

If you want the best built home and the relationship with the Pulte staff especially the project manager then you should buy Pulte home. I can’t say enough about the ongoing relationship after I bought my house, with the project manager, he stops by checking if everything is okay? It is very comforting to know Ken is there way after I bought my house, this has been an incredible experience. I recommend Pulte homes for quality and excellent customer service even after you bought the property.

I would never buy another house from Pulte Builders. First off before we closed the builder would not do anything about a large crack that ran over 10 feet in the garage. This formed in the beginning process of building and there solution was to just cover it up and move on. I asked for test to be done in that area to confirm there were no foundation issues and they refused. I asked for an extended warranty on that area due to it forming so quickly they refused and said if we didn't go to closing we could be charged for holding up the closing. We had a closing list was suppose to be completed right at closing which they did do most of but we are still waiting on an issue with our backdoor and haven't seen any urgency about finishing the list that was suppose to be completed at closing. Now after living in the house we are noticing small craftsmanship issues but the main thing is that the floor on the second floor is uneven and so uneven that it had to have been noticed by both the carpet installers and the tile installers. The vanity in the bathroom is not level because it is such a dramatic drop in one area. So Pulte instead of fixing correctly again decided to just cover up a problem rather than fix it. I am truly worried about the craftmanship behind the walls that I can not see. ... More
