I really like the one-stop shop buying experience offered by Pulte Home. It took away the stress having to shop around for my home insurance and my loan whilst ensuring the loan would be processed on time for Closing. The people are outstanding at Pulte. That's the KEY! Very happy with my home and thankful for Adrian and his assistance.

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. I have recently bought pulte townhome in apex, NC. Overall buying experince is smooth and quality of home is very good. I am very happy with service of construction manager. I highly recommend pulte homes.

Dan in the sales office was great. Chris the construction manager answered all of my questions. The house was completed and closed ahead of schedule. I love the new house, and I don’t even have a punch list - I can’t find a defect.

My recommendation would be to focus on quality installation of door knobs, hinges, etc. and some of the fine detail in that area. I noted poor craftsmanship in those areas. All others were excellent.

I just bought a Pulte townhome and I’m loving it! The house is beautiful. A few minor issues with the doors but they have always very responsive and quick to fix anything I needed. I did have to ask for a few things that should have been automatic, like the key fob for the pool, mail key, and ring door camera (which was installed with no instructions and the doorbell on it doesn’t work). But overall very happy!

From day one of stepping into the sales office, Ryan was amazing to work with. Hugely knowledgeable about everything regarding the homes, professional and just a kind human. Any time, I asked, text or emailed a question he was quick to reply. He is a huge asset to Pulte he made the home buying process easy and enjoyable. Also, Chris the construction manager on site was extremely helpful during the process. He also was great at responding to texts and emails.

The closing walk-through and the salesperson and are very impressive. They all have great knowledge and can express in common language that I can understand

Home buying experience with Pulte was seamless. However there is room for improvement in the area of communication (response time) and workmanship. Based on our interactions with the team we are hopeful workmanship issues will be somewhat resolved during warranty period.

Our overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. They have been very helpful. Our ONLY complaint is that there are still a few items that have not been fixed from our blue tape meeting. But, I am sure those will be fixed soon.

Pulse Home and all their staff were amazing making sure our house was ready, they respected deadlines and did not offer things they couldn't give. I recommend Pulte Home 1,000%

The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..
