Everything went very smooth. Very helpful and responsive sales and field manager. Thanks Jennifer M and Michael G for making buying and moving look so simple and smooth. Very happy with the house so far.

We are satisfied with the quality of the construction. There were some issues with the balcony during the construction process, which was resolved satisfactorily after several conversations.

From day one of stepping into the sales office, Ryan was amazing to work with. Hugely knowledgeable about everything regarding the homes, professional and just a kind human. Any time, I asked, text or emailed a question he was quick to reply. He is a huge asset to Pulte he made the home buying process easy and enjoyable. Also, Chris the construction manager on site was extremely helpful during the process. He also was great at responding to texts and emails.

The closing walk-through and the salesperson and are very impressive. They all have great knowledge and can express in common language that I can understand

The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..

The process of purchasing a Pulte Home was an awesome experience. The Pulte Team is amazing to interact with and extremely responsive. From the time we signed the contract to purchase to our closing, every person was extremely customer focused, responsive, and a joy to converse with throughout the closing process.

Pulte is a very professional organization, vertically integrated to make the buying process easier. I was incented to get my mortgage and homeowners insurance from them and saved all my closing costs. From start to finish, I closed in under 30 days. I highly recommend them as a quality builder in NC, and have had more positive experiences than working with Toll Brothers for my last house in 2000. I down sized for my retirement home with this purchase, and the technology is amazing compared to my last "luxury" home. We love the RDU area and Pulte has done a great job with their developments. I just bought a Pulte townhome and I’m loving it! The house is beautiful. A few minor issues with the doors but they have always very responsive and quick to fix anything I needed. I did have to ask for a few things that should have been automatic, like the key fob for the pool, mail key, and ring door camera (which was installed with no instructions and the doorbell on it doesn’t work). But overall very happy!

Our overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. They have been very helpful. Our ONLY complaint is that there are still a few items that have not been fixed from our blue tape meeting. But, I am sure those will be fixed soon.

Over all very good so far no issue it been couple month. I would really thank Blair who helped me lot during purchasing.
