Communication from Pulte needs lot to be deserved. No indication on dates / delays and hiding behind statement indicating per Pulte Policy is not right and needs to be addressed. Delays happen but Pulte needs to be pro-active and inform Customers of the same, very disappointed with lack of updates/communication from Pulte

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. The builder that I worked with was very responsive and took care of my concerns and issues in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience and love my new home.

This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. The only frustration we have had is with appliances and their support teams. The gas range is leaking and the dishwasher has dissolving issues. We have been following with the product support for weeks now and nobody has shown up for weeks now. It is impossible to get them on phone and the wait for a resolution is torturous and endless. Pulte should vet such vendors and check their support credentials. Apart from this, We had good buying experience starting from our first visit to enquire until move in. We did have some hiccups through pulte finance but I can let that go. Big shout out to Patrick and Anthony for being there for us. When buying a new build it’s important to see the home before you buy. The process of buying was fine. Knowing the details about the home are just as important.

Moved into a brand new home. Had a roof leak within few weeks.

Has issues with flooring and lots of noise from neighbors even if they are walking in their own second floor

Overall quality of build doesn't seems to be great. Wish I had a better construction manager ( My construction manager: Colin).

Field Manager has a problem with keeping appointments he made for warranty maintenance. Defective blinds STILL have not been fully corrected, Exhaust fan in bathroom replaced-upstairs bathroom exhaust starting to go out. Bathtub faucet needs to be replaced,, going on 60 days and nothing. Finish/surface of concrete driveway and walk way is flawed. Brown stains & dark spots. Advised RDU Warranty was told it was not their problem.

We brought the home with vallybrooke plan with elevation 22,two windows in this plan kept on bathroom and one in closet-both won’t give the use of windows. Another plan issue is even though home is more than 3300 there is no proper media room- loft space is designed kind of waist like many doors and closet-we don’t have a place to keep our projector-we went with this plan because pulte agent mentioned this plan have big loft for projector but after built we realized that this room is not useful for media room purpose

The construction manager was very responsive to problems that arose during the final phase of construction.

Construction Manager was great! He kept me abreast of the progress of my home! Quality of construction and overall work was great! Had some difficult time dealing with Pulte Loan process group! But at the end it all worked out!

The design and style of Pulte Homes, location and the neighborhood layout are what lead to our decision to purchase a Pulte home. We are very happy with our home overall. That said, to be honest there are some small quality issues, which the team is quick and responsive to resolve, but they do exist. At the end, there was some rushing and it resulted in floors and paint splatters not being fully cleaned up and some other small blemishes like excess grout in the master shower, etc. I would highly recommend Pulte, they are great to work with.
