The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..

Not happy with the quality of construction

During the final walkthrough there were more 60+ issues which were promised to be fixed before closing , but all issues were not fixed. Now I am requesting everyday the warranty guys and construction manager to create work orders who are not reponsive. Warranty team respond saying that issues will be fixed at build to year, which means the issues found during closing have to wait an year to get fixed. This is a very bad customer experience and making me feel not a trustworthy builder.

Worst sales consultants I have ever worked with. Total less you get you locked into a contract.

Worst sales consultants to begin with. Construction manager is never available for questions. The in answer he had S is that a host is built by humans so it will have issues and defects and will never be perfect. This is his standard answer to all the lousy workmanship on the house. Absolutely poor quality build.

I recommend a new Pulte buyer gets their own financing. Pulte mortgage was less than satisfactory and made me feel like I couldn’t afford their homes. My sales person, Nick was great. Very responsive and helpful. My builder, Adam was also very good responsive and helpful.

HVAC UNIT MOVED TO THE EDGE OF MY DRIVER WAY WITH VERY LONG CONNECTION BETWEEN THE UNIT AND THE HOUSE, THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AFTER CLOSING.

Do Not Trust Pulte Builders

Not a trustworthy company to buy a house. They change the words just like that. Until you sign the contract sales rep will haunt you. Once you sign the contract and pay the 5%, that’s it. Their real colors will come out. For a first time home buyer, this is not the company to choose for. I would say I had the worst experience with Pulte. Initially i thought it’s just me, then when I spoke to my Neighbour’s and friends who bought homes with Pulte, they echoed the same as I did. Bad bad bad experience..that’s all I can say

The good - Attentive and cooperative Sales team, decent project and construction managers, excellent team in lending department. The Bad - Really poor quality construction and craftsmanship. Too many issues with the house. Pulte outsources most of the construction to 3rd parties and they do a terrible job. Home inspector caught a lot of serious problems. You will notice cracks, crooked panes, windows, electrical outlets after moving in. Cabinet doors and drawers were not aligned. Cracks on crown moldings, glitchy windows, very poor finishing, uneven surfaces, weird floor cracking sounds, ...

Sometimes simple is great. We purchased a townhouse and didn't have too many criteria so Pulte was a perfect fit. Diandra and Madison were wonderful to work with. The design and selection process was effortless thanks to both of them! We bought at a time where supply was a common issue but Dustin ensured everything was built to expectation and in some cases exceeded.

This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. House quality is not satisfactory

The material used to build the house seems of not very high quality. I didn’t like the drywall thickness, power outlets and sturdiness. I can easily hear upstair and vibration from washer and dryer. Room door is cheap quality. I like the carpet used only.

During construction, I was notified that Pulte was changing cabinet vendors and the color of cabinet I initially chose would no longer be offered. I asked questions to the construction manager and salesperson to see if I could still get the color we picked from the original vendors at all, and if so, how long that delay would be. I didn't receive direct answers or updates on the situation for about two weeks. During that time, a new color was selected, installed in the home, then subsequently ripped out, then the original cabinets were ordered, but would cause a 3 week delay in closing. All ...

Unfortunately, I wish I could give 5 star reviews. While the manager was great, all the issues have began after we moved in. The quality of the products isn’t great, some caulk is already falling out, 6 weeks after we moved in and some of the items that were out in the punch list still not finished plus new issues came up. I think the house building process was rushed and the could have been a better quality control.

Kept me out of the loop majority of the time and periodically checked in to see how things were going, however, never actually followed up on anything. For example, asked him to fix a bedroom door that wouldn't close and he said he would come by that week and he never came. I asked him at move-in to remove some stickers from a window and 2 weeks later I went up to him in person and asked him to come right then to remove the sticker, but he never remembered to come on his own.
