Keeping in mind that this is a tract builder, the experience was fairly good. The construction foreman and sales agent were both vey good to work with. The foreman addressed every issue we had during the construction. I will say that if we had not been diligent in our inspections during construction that the experience would have been much worse. There were multiple issues that needed to be corrected as we went along. Having said that, everything was corrected to our satisfaction.

Overall I am happy with my experience with Pulte but I had some issues which I was not expecting to have. They addressed most of them but still working on some of those. It is disappointing to deal with some of the items after you sign your house's closing documents.

Little upsetting on the broken water pipe that should’ve been caught before I moved into the home. However the repairs were quick. The garage door doesn’t have a weather seal which I will have to submit a request on. Other than that, the home is great.

I love my new home, features in the house are annoying and risky (smart features like security and garage door connect to wifi and have security risks), pest control tries to upsell you. Builders did an ok job, not the best but good. Underwriting not clear. 3.5-4/5

The buying experience was Ok. Although there were multiple small fixes, pulte has fixed the things even after closing.

Sometimes simple is great. We purchased a townhouse and didn't have too many criteria so Pulte was a perfect fit. Diandra and Madison were wonderful to work with. The design and selection process was effortless thanks to both of them! We bought at a time where supply was a common issue but Dustin ensured everything was built to expectation and in some cases exceeded.

Communication wasn’t the greatest would prefer that constructions managers have a work issued cell phone. Overall end product we are very satisfied with.

Pulte has a streamlined process of home buying and construction process. and is a one-stop shop for home buying and mortgage application. Quality of materials and workmanship can be bumped up a few notches

Ask questions and get everything in writing. Don't assume you are getting all the information or resources you need. Lots of checks needed which can be overwhelming so use the project manager as a resource to help you- they are knowledgeable and do want you to have a good home.

Our Field Manager Jonathan has been instrumental throughout the home buying process. He has answered every question we’ve had and has fixed any issue without any hesitation. We are very impressive with his responsiveness. However, we would love to have seen some more attention to detail as far as workmanship. There has been some instances where we can tell the work was rushed. No major issue, we just would have liked to see the quality a little better.

Construction manager Chad was so great to work with. Very responsive, friendly and followed through.

The process was quick and timelines/deadlines were met and exceed my expectations for a new construction.

We had a pretty good home buying experience with Pulte Homes. Though there were few initial hiccups around the time of closing and also after moving in, the Field Manager took care of all the high risk items after we moved in. Customer support from Pulte has been pretty good on fixing some of the urgent issues after we moved in. One thing we are not quite happy is we were not given a default white cabinets option during design center meetings, while another owner who was just around 2-3 weeks behind us in the home buying process were given a default white cabinets option. We ended up not going for white option as it was coming out to be pretty expensive. Another thing which is painful is the design center option bundles. We had to choose oil-rubbed bronze option throughout the house as there were not much options to pick and choose between bronze and other cheaper option for different rooms in the house. ... More

I always like Pulte homes floor plans because plans are designed keeping customer needs in minds and plans are suitable for all ages. I like Pulte site plans too , it provides bigger lots and nice backyards, and home elevations are modern and nice. But quality of workmanship varies from property to property due to lots of third party vendors ( multiple companies works with Pulte for same Community) . I observed same plan , same upgrades installed and constructed different way and quality levels are different, field officers response varies from client to client. Experience with Sales Office was good , but we wish we should have known all other available upgrades upfront so that customer might have customized as per their personal interest. Sales person are very friendly and very cooperative , but on flip side sale persons do not explains each and every upgrades i.e electric switches, wiring options, USB port details etc.. Backsplash design and color selections are very limited., Lighting included in base price very poor quality. Overall I have mixed experience in dealing with Pulte. My Suggestions: 1)Placement of pull down attic should have been better in some plans. 2)There should be an option to take out PPC and upgrade to something else. 3)Deck size should have been little bigger on crawlspace homes (specially length from home , 8 feet is not good enough) ... Only being in the home for a few days things have been good. Need more time for a proper evaluation.

Couple of issues but overall it’s good

Pulte's communication throughout the buying and building process was exceptional. We always knew the latest status and provided with opportunities to visit a representative in person to view the progress. While the home was of reasonable quality, the details in the workmanship was not great. It seemed the finishing touches were done in haste and we had to make several service requests to fix or refinish. The responses to the service requests were super quick.
