I appreciate the time and efforts of all team members who helped us along the way. I was a disappointed in the state of the home and yard. The house was not thoroughly cleaned upon completion and we are still finding areas covered in sawdust, etc. The sod was and remains patchy in appearance. Attention to detail was lacking but I suppose expected in a large corporation operation.

I love my new home! From the beginning design process and thru the build process I was kept informed and all my questions were answered promptly. My sales rep and contractor were very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and guided me thru the process, minimizing the stress associated with having a house built. However, for the price of the home I wish there were more upscale options included for my home type, the ranch home. Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy. the construction manager Josh helped a lot and explains all the Queries at the right time as I am the new buyer. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Communication from Pulte needs lot to be deserved. No indication on dates / delays and hiding behind statement indicating per Pulte Policy is not right and needs to be addressed. Delays happen but Pulte needs to be pro-active and inform Customers of the same, very disappointed with lack of updates/communication from Pulte

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy.. I would recommend pulte to anyone.. Also the construction manager explains the process from the start at various milestones and always ensures clients are happy with the homes..

Bad experience... Firstly, when I bid my home, I entered a price for $28xxx for the amount I will to pay additionally, and they increased this number by $4000, which ends up with $32000. Also got a first month electricity bill for near $600, and I even didn't completely move in to my home. I only stay during weekend and there is no way causing such amount. Also called inspection and warranty, no body ever give me a responsible advise and result. Called warranty to repair my window, nobody ever showed up. Never going to buy their home again...

Pulte homes are known for their built and quality. Although I can say I am happy with my new home, the same cannot be said for the buying and building experience. The communication from the site manager, the loan office as well as the sales agent was lackluster. Every little update required communication from the customers part and never was anything communicated by the initiative of these company employees. Overall I’m happy with my home, however if you must buy a pulte home keep into consideration it might not be a wholesome experience.

I was in overseas and could not get the inspection check. Site manager has did the inspection and checked everything is good, but I have issues with door locks for garage door, bedroom door, and ground floor bath door has closet lock, and some other issues were reported via email to site manager but no response. Not satisfied because if pulte can’t take care of minor issues then I doubt for major.

Our experience with Pulte has been wonderful. We started this process a little over a year ago and are so happy to be in our new home. Everyone - Cory Claiborne, Robert Rue, Ani Rue, and Chris Madren - were absolutely incredible through this process. Everyone communicated thoroughly with us at each step and celebrated with us when we finally were able to be home. We can’t thank all the individuals enough. Thank you for helping us find our perfect home!!

Field manager ignored buyer’s concerns throughout the build process. Due to supply delays, Pulte took shortcuts to keep production moving. This meant drywall, floors, cabinets, and appliances were all installed before windows and exterior door were installed. No effort was made to cover windows from the elements. Issues that were not corrected prior to closing, were promised to be corrected within 30 days. It’s now over 2 months passed closing and issues have not been resolved. Pulte has stopped responding to correspondences. Overall quality and craftsmanship of the house is appalling. ...

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it. So after our house was framed we had to have a mold treatment, which we had to ask for. While all this was happening we had a horrible experience with the sales manager in the area. First day move-in to new home, electrical issues

First day moving into a new home we found out HVAC system was turned off due to bad circuit breaker and this is during peak winter. Also found door bell does not work. This is bad I did not expect this from Pulte builders. I dont know what else I will find out more in the future. I think quality of materials worsened.

Great Neighborhood to build

Woodbury is an amazing neighborhood. My wife and I fell in love immediately. We love our new lot and are beautiful new home. When you are dealing a trac builder, you have to understand what you are paying for. Pulte did a great job managing the build and hitting their timelines. Some of the craftmanship isnt the best but overall a great home. We love it.
