Needs improvement of there quality and work.

The buying experirence was superb until it came to closing. The price submitted to the county was incorrect and to be perfectly clear this was discuss with the Pulte representative before closing and she froze on this issue or opted to do nothing. Now my taxes are not incorrect. Further I overpaid money at the closing over a month ago and still have not received my refund due to overpayment. Help! I think Pulte can do better! I require your help in fixing this issues including the somewhat minor repairs conveyed to Pulte at closing.

The entire Pulte experience was exceptional. Everything was geared toward the customer. From working through the sale with Amanda, who was extremely knowledge and accommodating - the title, closing and even the insurance were seamless. Post sale the project manager Cody was there and made himself available for every question and request. It was a job well done be the entire team

This is our third Pulte home and by far the worst workmanship. Work orders are not addressed in a timely manner. The trades do not protect floors, walls, etc while doing work. I have submitted several items to the portal and it takes weeks to get a response after I follow-up.

Good home, and Great support from the financial team specially Wendy Hendrick, however no response from the warranty team since closing two months ago. There are 5 issues identified during the closing on March 22nd and there is no commitment or timing from the warranty team to close issues agreed during closing.

We paid alot for the home but didn't get the quality we expected. From plumbing leaks in ceiling to basement walls leaking. Some of these issues are still not fixed. The delay in these issues getting fixed is causing me a hardship in dealing with cleaning up after repeated leaks and therefore leaving this review.

The language of the sales person changes once you sign the contract, they never give you all the correct information to make informed decision. But the knowledge of sales person was good and helped us make great selections. Construction manger very rigid, he is just for passing information, only time he was responsive was when he wanted a rating of 10. Customer service team responds to issues as per their convenience. The whole home construction experience is designed as per Pulte convenience and not Customer convenience/satisfaction. At the end but the house was good the experience was bad.

Dustin addressed all our questions and any issues that we wanted addressed on a timely basis. A newly built home is not ever going to be perfect day one, but that was Dustin's goal and he definately followed up after we moved in to make it so. We are really enjoying our new home. Very satisfied!

Had an incredible build experience from our first meeting with Jessica to all the time, energy & effort that Dustin put in to keep us on time and prepared for everything. I’ve already told numerous people Pulte is the way to go if you build new! Would give 10 Stars if I could. We love our home!!

Sales team and construction managers were responsive and helpful

From sales (Julie D.), to construction (Brian M.), to the title and closing process (Judy B. and team), Pulte made me feel like part of the family, very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I could not be happier!

The sales experience was amazing, all of our questions were answered promptly and confidently. The build process should and close should pay more attention to details. Some of the contractors appeared to just want to get the job done and move on. Paint and drywall could have been better. Overall we are happy with our home

I feel like the home was well built. Our contractor Brian was responsive to concerns and it’s designed so well. We love how our home looks and Brian went over and beyond.

We were out of State the entire build. Cody the project manager called us once a week and did a FaceTime walk through with us. He pointed out all the build as it progressed. We found a few things that needed attention when we moved in and Cody sent the particular repairmen to solve the problem in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our Pulte Home

Our experience with Pulte from start to finish was excellent. Sales, mortgage, and construction manager were all great to work with and are very responsive.

Cody was hardworking and advocated to get my needs me. He was tenacious with supporting the viewpoint that he was there to serve and minimize concerns.

My initial experience with Pulte was great and I was excited to build a new home. with them. The location is great, the neighborhood is wonderful and I was ready for my dream home. The further we moved into the building process with Pulte the more the excitement changed to disappointment and frustration. On every interaction, either we were misinformed, limited or not told the truth about matters we had concerns with. We were told they would look into it and get back to us and it never happened. Or we were told they have now moved passed that stage of the build and there is nothing that can be done, or we were simply ignored. The customer service was not customer oriented, but builder focused. When issues were addressed I was left feeling as though I was the problem. How about the problem is the problem and you look into it. Things were left unfinished and we never heard from Pulte again. We have been in our new home for seven weeks and have not heard anything more about making repairs to the items we requested at closing. On a rating scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. I rate the experience, customer service and repairs a 2 out of 10. For the price I paid for this house I expected quality workmanship and materials. Good: 1. My home was built on time as promised, 2. The quality of construction was good, 3. The construction Manager and sales team responded promptly. Bad: 1. Limited knowledge of sales reps(Please check the documentation on what you are getting for what you are paying). 2. Worst experience with their Mortgage team(The work is slow as a Sloth and no accountability nor updates as promised). 3. They won't accommodate any changes after you sign the contract, even minor ones. Once you sign, everything mentioned in the contract is set in stone.

From Michael on the sales team, to the Pulte Mortgage team, to Jose as the site manager, everyone we have interacted with has been extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the finished product is everything we could have hoped for. We love our new home. We have built 6 homes. This one was the least amount of stress and our site manager Cody was great. He was very attentive and responsive. I was extremely pleased with the process. I was however disappointed with some of the quality of items we got in our pretty expensive home. Powder room sink, appliances, carpet. All sub par to what they should have been.

Pulte does an exceptional job on the front in selling the home however the experience post sell is horrible. To get things accomplished is like a second job. It's unfortunate the repairs/warranty items become a line item. Pulte attempts to hold out on repairs until homeowners give up

Overall the experience has been fine. I was set on the lot so I built with Pulte. Our sales representative, Jessica was misinformed on a number of items so we had to push hard to try to get what was promised. Dustin was excellent during the entire build. Quality of material and some crews need to be improved at this price point.
