From start to finish, this build couldn't have gone much better. Communication (which I value highly) was always a priority. Quick, thoughtful responses always were returned. Everything was done above and beyond code with good quality materials. The only issue we really have is the final grade. While a landscaper will deal with this, the final grade and yard was left with a ton of rocks, very uneven, and were not sure how it passed city inspection. Very happy with the home so far, there are a couple little minor things such as missed drywall mud that needed sanded before painting that we didn’t notice until we were moved in but other than that we are very happy with everything. Very easy experience and quick build.

the townhouse we purchased was already built and available when we needed to find a new home. The color scheme was what I like which was definitely a plus along with the quick move in.

Great builder but performing extra checks once things are complete could be an area for improvement.

Some of the contractors appeared to just want to get the job done and move on. Paint and drywall could have been better. Overall we are happy with our home

We enjoyed picking the options for our house and the process of building it went very smoothly. I’ve heard it can be stressful but that wasn’t the case for us.

We have built 6 homes. This one was the least amount of stress and our site manager Cody was great. He was very attentive and responsive. I was extremely pleased with the process. I was however disappointed with some of the quality of items we got in our pretty expensive home. Powder room sink, appliances, carpet. All sub par to what they should have been.
