Incomplete work left at the time of closing and was promised to fix right away but still not fixed. It’s been almost 3 months now, yet our garage isn’t fixed.

Very low-quality materials are used. The price is so high as compared to other houses which makes us not to refer any other customers to Pulte Homes to buy. The salesperson is not cooperative as we aspect.

Pulte Homes is not a good company to buy house. Pulte uses very low-quality materials to build houses which is not recommendable to other customers. It is worse company I ever uses. Please think before you purchase any house from Pulte Homes.

Pulte doesn't care about the quality of their product.

Pulte Homes - This is our third new build experience and by far the worst.

This is our third new build experience and by far the worst. From the very beginning sales experience all the way through to our closing and now into our one year warranty experience. It started with the sales agent making promises, in writing, that she couldn’t actually fulfill. After escalating the issue internally I was told by the sales agent’s manager, and I quote, “if I wasn’t happy, why did I choose Pulte”? After the build started I personally found many quality issues that were overlooked by the PM. This was most likely due to Pulte choosing the cheapest sub contractors. ...

We like the location, but we had trust issues with the sales process and the quality of workmanship and materials is below par.

The outside light fell apart within days of moving in when a moderate wind blew across our neighborhood. The plastic mold between our outside door and the door frame keep falling apart, making cold air rush into the building. The water heating system is a mess; when one bath heater is turned on, every other heating system goes cold. This means that everyone in the household needs between 30 minutes to one hour in the morning to take turns for shower.
