From start to finish, this build couldn't have gone much better. Communication (which I value highly) was always a priority. Quick, thoughtful responses always were returned. Everything was done above and beyond code with good quality materials. The only issue we really have is the final grade. While a landscaper will deal with this, the final grade and yard was left with a ton of rocks, very uneven, and were not sure how it passed city inspection. All I can say is that I would never recommend Pulte to anyone ever! There is dried plaster and junk under the carpet so we step on bumps all over the floor, painting and trim work is terrible inside and out.. I can go on and on!!
