Overall the pre purchase, keeping us informed on timely manner, meeting deadlines, closing all worked great. Materials quality also seems to be good, but it is just the beginning. Post warranty attention needs improvement, need the team to share some ETAs or timelines which is missing. All homes do have some issues to fix after we get in which is normal but attending to it and giving ETAs needs improvement.

Pulte let their deadlines and we close on our house on time. Once they sell you their house, however, their customer service is poor.

My wife and I are not happy at all with Pulte homes. We have crooked walls, leaking roof, house infested with centipedes etc. . Vanessa lied to my wife and I.

I will start by saying our Pulte sales and selection process was awesome and I would have given that 4 or 5 stars. We were well informed throughout, everything with construction stayed on track, and we were able to move in a month ahead of when we expected. I really want to love this house. By all appearances it is beautiful. But we've had problems with the "bones" of it that make us question the quality. The responsiveness to our concerns is not exactly stellar. We try to be understanding that all new homes have kinks and availability of help is a challenge. But these frustrations really did take away from the excitement and instead made our first 30 days stressful as we wondered what else would happen. I recently moved into my Pulte Townhome. For the price I paid I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. Pulte is more concerned about putting up homes quickly rather than the quality of the home. Here are just some examples- 2 bedrooms wired wrong tripping breaker, tacks not nailed down in carpeted areas hence pricking bottom of feet when walking on, garage door broke after 2 wks Bc it was installed improperly, sloppy trim work, worst painting job I’ve ever seen where painter totally missed doors and trim and on trim painted over drywall dust and bits of dry mudding instead of wiping it off or removing it, AC vents, thermostat and cold air return mounted crooked. And the worst example - plumber installed toilet in powder room incorrectly. Instead of tank bring just a couple inches from wall it was like 8-10 inches. I literally could fit through the space. Satisfied with overall process. Unfortunately, the closing was rescheduled twice due to completion issues. Difficulty with follow up requests.

The personal experience was great. I think Pulte should have made the driveway 2 feet wider. There should be a hose bib in the garage as a standard feature. The the flex room and the second bedroom could be a bit larger to make them more usable. The Moen garbage disposal is a downgrade. But basically I really like the house.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my home building experience with Pulte Homes. Pulte Mortgage especially did an exceptional job keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

The process was a lot simpler than I would have expected. All post-move issues so far have been fairly minor and easily fixed. The materials, such as the paint are incredibly disappointing because of how hard it is to clean walls without the paint coming off. There were also so annoying upsell choices throughout the process that restricted you just because Pulte decided that's the way it was going to be. Most complaints though are fairly minor.

In spite of Covid supply chain issues we were able to get a house built that we really love! Nothing is perfect but overall we are very happy with our new home.

The quality of drywall, carpentry and attention to detail are not good. Also, after my walk through numerous items were supposed to be completed. A month and a half later I’m still waiting. Not enough management to oversee contractors. Electric was only service that was great. Disappointing once they have your money.

Emerald Woods is a great neighborhood. Pulte homes have exceeded expectations in Timeliness, Build Quality n Communication!!!

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes - from sales to the construction team everyone was very communicative. We love the house and any issues we had were taken care of immediately.

Overall ok. But no proper response for any issues.missed few things.

We have received an excellent home built with good quality materials and done on a timely basis. Our superintendent, has been an outstanding help through the whole process. He is followed up meticulously with open items and, has gotten the punchlist down to one glitch. However, that glitch is your painting contractor who’s work has been substandard and his responsiveness has been terrible. We have been in the house for six weeks and there are still two unfinished items on the outside of the house and he has yet to come back to do the touchup that was promised the week of closing which was May 27. Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Overall, a solid experience. I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage, but the build went well. Ryan was a good construction manager. There are small aesthetic issues that are somewhat annoying, but I have confidence Pulte will fix these throughout the first year of ownership.

Cory and Vanessa were great to work with, however the workmanship wasn't that great. And, friends are shocked when I mention that ceiling fan and hanging lights installation are not included as well as only one rack in a bedroom closet. Some of the painting was pretty sloppy, too.

I had/have multiple issues when i moved in. It's been more than couple of month's that i moved in and still lots of issues. Customer service is horrible. Even i could not get hold of any one while calling the emergency line.

If Pulte would take just a few extra weeks to finish a home it would make a world of difference. Pulte wants their money without regard to the large amount of money buyers are putting down for their homes. Unfortunately everything is driven by closing a certain number of homes every month so the last two weeks are crazy time as they rush to complete jobs. The trades are under pressure to get their respective jobs done so they rush to complete at the expense of quality.

I found it very easy to go through the building process starting on paper with Diane. She was my go to person with any questions. The process was well run from picking out the exterior colors, interior finishes to walk throughs. Our construction manager was really great.

Chuck, Corey, and Ryan were top notch. All made the experience very smooth, very informative, and surpassed our expectations!
