The quality of drywall, carpentry and attention to detail are not good. Also, after my walk through numerous items were supposed to be completed. A month and a half later I’m still waiting. Not enough management to oversee contractors. Electric was only service that was great. Disappointing once they have your money.

Emerald Woods is a great neighborhood. Pulte homes have exceeded expectations in Timeliness, Build Quality n Communication!!!

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes - from sales to the construction team everyone was very communicative. We love the house and any issues we had were taken care of immediately.

Overall ok. But no proper response for any issues.missed few things.

We have received an excellent home built with good quality materials and done on a timely basis. Our superintendent, has been an outstanding help through the whole process. He is followed up meticulously with open items and, has gotten the punchlist down to one glitch. However, that glitch is your painting contractor who’s work has been substandard and his responsiveness has been terrible. We have been in the house for six weeks and there are still two unfinished items on the outside of the house and he has yet to come back to do the touchup that was promised the week of closing which was May 27. Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Overall, a solid experience. I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage, but the build went well. Ryan was a good construction manager. There are small aesthetic issues that are somewhat annoying, but I have confidence Pulte will fix these throughout the first year of ownership.

Cory and Vanessa were great to work with, however the workmanship wasn't that great. And, friends are shocked when I mention that ceiling fan and hanging lights installation are not included as well as only one rack in a bedroom closet. Some of the painting was pretty sloppy, too.

I had/have multiple issues when i moved in. It's been more than couple of month's that i moved in and still lots of issues. Customer service is horrible. Even i could not get hold of any one while calling the emergency line.

If Pulte would take just a few extra weeks to finish a home it would make a world of difference. Pulte wants their money without regard to the large amount of money buyers are putting down for their homes. Unfortunately everything is driven by closing a certain number of homes every month so the last two weeks are crazy time as they rush to complete jobs. The trades are under pressure to get their respective jobs done so they rush to complete at the expense of quality.

I found it very easy to go through the building process starting on paper with Diane. She was my go to person with any questions. The process was well run from picking out the exterior colors, interior finishes to walk throughs. Our construction manager was really great.

Chuck, Corey, and Ryan were top notch. All made the experience very smooth, very informative, and surpassed our expectations!

We decided to buy our first home with Pulte because we had heard really good things. But the experience has not been good. First there were hardly any flexibility on choosing different options. There was only 1 model home but pulte was offering 5 different designs. They did not had good digital experience to help make decisions. Very rigid timelines and no much flexibility on making changes. They were adamant on closing because they wanted to meet there timeliness so gave the house with so many open issues and now to resolve them I have to plead to get the attention. The standard answer is by end of spring which can be in June. But the same things are already been taken care of new houses that are been built. So it gives the impression that once they got the money, we are not priority anymore. Finally the quality of construction is below par. I am coming from old rental apartmebt and J could see they having better construction. The way the things are now going I am sure all the good will and brand value will soon be lost. I had a horrible experience with sales representative, and upon asking the fellow neighbors in our neighborhood they had similar experiences. The sales representative was really rude and arrogant, and sounded like he wasn’t in the business in selling houses. There was a point where e showed me soo much ego and arrogance that I was gonna just walk out the office (his words- if you don’t want to buy houses we have other buyers in the line to buy the house and upon asking the reason for his behavior he responded I ask too many questions), but since I have been living in the neighborhood I really wanted to buy house for my parents. The sales representative was bad and I would not recommend anyone buying the house with pulte if it was the same sales representative. The design center appointment was really good I loved it, she explained and helped us through the whole Appoinment. The project manager/ field manager was awesome all the meeting I had with both the gentlemen was amazing, really helpful in explaining the process. Thanks. ... More

From the beginning when we were gathering information to decide to build at the location, we received excellent communication. We knew the choices we had for upgrades all the way to the finishing with the construction manager. Everyone responded to any questions within 24 hours and resolved any issues we requested. Highly recommend building with Pulte! Our home is beautiful and high quality.

We didn't select Pulte as our builder, we chose a location we wanted and they happened to be the ones building here. We have had similar challenges as other reviewers on this site. We monitored our home throughout the build process and were here every week. It is clear that the quality of some of the trades is lacking and the communication among them was not coordinated. There are so many examples of this, but I'll spare you the details. Lots of rework and repairs that could have been done right the first time if anyone was paying attention. It was very frustrating to watch it all happen and not be able to do anything about it. We were told by our construction manager that "it's all part of the process." We still have punch list items from the build that are not completed over a month later, as many other people have said. The house was certainly not clean as it should have been (or as we were promised it would be) when we took possession. If you are planning to build a home with Pulte, it's good to be prepared for these issues. It was incredibly exhausting to try and manage the build process and keep track of things that we would expect them to keep track of. In the end, we love our neighborhood and we love our home. It could have been a better experience and we would certainly never want to go through it again, but we made it through. Hopefully you will too! ... More

Work was done well and in a timely manner

Framing & Flooring work has been disappointing so far. Expected a lot more from Pulte.

Construction Managers Ryan & Chuck did an amazing job! Dawn, customer care agent, is also awesome, after close punch items are being addressed quickly and with great quality. I love my new home! I am extremely happy with the quality and value of the build, the steps along the entire process were well organized and seamless.

Site manager, Ed, responsive to needs. Always was prompt returning calls and treated us with respect. He did his best to adjust to circumstances out of our control and was always professional. He is a true asset to Pulte.

I’m extremely upset not finishing work after I moved like my laundry room should be gas point for my dryer I have numerous email phone call text but up to date I’m without dryer construction manager Ryan not helpful at all my flooring needs to fix over a month nothing done broken fence that’s before I moved in and numbers of promises still not been done I would not recommend to my friend or family I really had bad experiences with construction manager I’m very upset Thank you

I would not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. I anticipated the quality and craftsmanship to be below average, but Pulte went even below that. I have a strong background in construction management so I expected that I'd have to fix some minor issues, but each day that we are in the home, I find another shortcut taken by the contractors that they use. I would recommend to any potential buyer, do extra research and find a builder who still has pride in their work and treats customers right, instead of just a number. These homes are too expensive to be built this poorly.

Dustin and Diane were excellent to work with. Many last minute issues were pulled off to make sure we closed. They went above and beyond! Im more disappointed with the quality of painting, title work and cleanliness at the delivery of the property. For the price I paid, I expected way better.
