Don't Trust Pulte Mortgage!

Extremely disappointed with Pulte customer service. They are non responsive and can not provide updates or ETAs. Many items were not completed at move in and little has been resolved after 3 weeks

Shoddy build quality with an extremely low level of respect and care for your home. They hire the cheapest labor they can - many don't even speak English - and it shows. Truly a production style build process in which corners are cut. Communication is incredibly lacking and you are treated like you don't matter and aren't a part of the process. I would never, ever, ever build a home with Pulte again.

I would not recommend building with Pulte they do not stand behind their homes. Buyer beware!

My wife and I are not happy at all with Pulte homes. We have crooked walls, leaking roof, house infested with centipedes etc. . Vanessa lied to my wife and I.

Poor communication starting with the sales representative to the field manager, etc. pre to post close. Careless mistakes made during the build process like drywalling over areas and very poor craftmanship from crooked framing, uneven door trims, nicks in walls and woodwork, chips in cabinets, scratches in exterior materials, gaps in installed items, woodwork, garage frame, missing materials, caulk that looked like a 4 year old did it, misalignment of doors and hardware, defects in materials that had to be replaced already...the list goes on. That they did not do many things that needed to be done!

This was supposed to be the happiest time of our life but it has absolutely been a nightmare! We actually had others by in the same community as us and we regret it! They have had very similar problems also a lot of the work very subpar and we’re still having many issues! We have to call or text many times over before we get a response! It has been an absolute nightmare and would never build with Pulte again.

I searched the web for reviews on Pulte before signing my contract and most were pretty bad reviews. Unfortunately for me, I moved forward with the purchase and here I am, adding to the bad reviews. I should have known better and I'll be kicking myself for a long time. Overall, the subcontractors performed subpar work and all their work went unsupervised by the Pulte field manager. The field manager told me during and after construction that he was too busy to supervise and quality control the subcontractors. That's great news for a new homeowner. The cheapest materials they can be and the worst workmanship it can be on top of sloppy work without any thoughts in mind. Customer service is so bad as well as we are 3 month on with punch list items for repairs still pending.

Multiple issues already in first 6 weeks, including plumbing, electrical, garage door, exterior. Poor quality with painting, molding and carpet. Carpet is terrible. Our kids get scratched from tack strips sticking out.

I have found the workmanship quality on Pulte Homes is terrible. I would never purchase a Pulte home again. Very unhappy with the quality of workmanship. We hear nothing but excuses as to why things are not done right.

If you're looking for a builder with little options and sub par attention to detail, then I would suggest you consider building with Pulte. We did our 2 hour walk through and upon closing less than 5 days later none of the punch list items were complete. We were then forced into closing even though the walk through items were not complete as they notify you 2 weeks prior to closing and most people are in the process of closing their past home. Quality of the material and build is way below expectation of a new quality home. If I can rate minus star I would’ve given a minor star. I would never recommend building a home with Pulte to anyone. We have been in our new home for about 3 weeks and the entire experience start to finish was miserable. The sales guy, Tom H, has no customer service skills and once our deposit check cleared, he basically told us we weren’t a priority and that we were at the mercy of Pulte given we signed the Purchase Agreement. Closed two months ago and still unable to move into home

The house is a mess. We were forced to close over two months ago and we still can't move in. There are two bedrooms still without carpeting, there is carpentry still to be done, along with drywall repair and extensive painting still needed. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Poor Workmanship

The overall workmanship of the home is not good, especially for paying over $300 per square foot. I closed on my house 6 weeks ago and still do not have a bathtub for the master bath and many other issues that were noted during the final walkthrough are still not resolved. Timeliness and responsiveness of correcting the issues is an issue as well. I would not recommend using this builder. They cut every corner possible to save money for themselves.

Complete lack of craftsmanship and communication. Pulte will not fix any issues (and there are a lot) until you email them every day for months, and even then the process to fix issues is exhausting.
