The follow up since I closed on the home has been horrible.

Haley was very knowledgeable and informative. Loved working with her. She helped me pick the perfect house for me and my budget. Ed was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly with any questions I had. I absolutely love my new home and really enjoyed working with the Pulte team. Thank you!!

Good intentions and continued follow up with vendors to finish or fix issues and problems with the build. We like our home and are very happy with Steve and Mike. Eventually we are confident all issues will be completed to our satisfaction. They communicate and keep us informed. 98 percent of the house is complete and the balance of items should be resolved soon we hope.We are happy with our new home.

Not very responsive to issues.

Construction went as planned, no delays.

Poor communication Delayed closing with no notice until day of originally scheduled closing No mailboxes for 3 weeks after closing Unable to use driveway for 5 days after closing due to driveway being poured late because of late inspections 5 weeks after closing and closing checklist items have still not been addressed Nails and debris all over the roof Damaged garage door from subcontractors has not been replaced Drywall and paint touch ups still not completed

Production Manager and Sales folks were available, good listeners and treated us with respect. Open communication and quick response to questions or concerns.

Pulte offered options that fit our budget. Construction completed on time. Responsive to minor repairs needed within the first few weeks of living here.

Overall our experience has been wonderful with good quality and a responsive team to work with.

Don't close until everything is done

Pulte gives very few choices and charges a premium for many things that we felt should be included in a house. Although I realize Pulte is not a custom builder, we were disappointed by the selections, workmanship, and quality of building materials.

We have been informed of weekly progress, updates and what is the coming up. What we have seen is the material used is great quality, the workman ship is Ok. There are small issues we informed and Denver has been great to work through to get them fixed in timely manner.

Sales needs to spend more time with decisions

All models with small sandwiched furnace rooms beware of furnace noise issues.

Warranty folks doing a great job

Working with Robb was great and he was very helpful throughout the whole building process. He took his time to explain everything to us along the way and was very responsive to questions and concerns. We love our new home. Our experience during the sales process was not good. Jessica was great and so was the salesperson we talked to from the Avon Lake community, but Tom was incredibly rude to us. We almost did not buy a Pulte home because of Tom, but decided to look past his horrible attitude because we wanted the quality of a Pulte home in Avon. While we were deciding if we wanted to buy we had a lot of questions as this was a huge financial decision for us, and he told us we were irritating him. Building process very smooth from start to finish. Great communication and professionalism.

Solid investment. Attractive offering and sound delivery. Project mgr at my site was the award winner of my experience. Incredibly easy to work with.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Our site manager was just fantastic to work with. Robb was truly a pleasure to work with and would recommend pulte to anyone who asks.

From Sales to Closing - what a great experience! We love our new home!!

Need to be more flexible in non structural alterations i.e. cabinet lay out and basement flooring options.

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.
