The master bedroom bathroom shower was not stable and did not want to fix it

Closed two months ago and still unable to move into home

The house is a mess. We were forced to close over two months ago and we still can't move in. There are two bedrooms still without carpeting, there is carpentry still to be done, along with drywall repair and extensive painting still needed. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Stay away from Pulte.

Poor Workmanship

The overall workmanship of the home is not good, especially for paying over $300 per square foot. I closed on my house 6 weeks ago and still do not have a bathtub for the master bath and many other issues that were noted during the final walkthrough are still not resolved. Timeliness and responsiveness of correcting the issues is an issue as well. I would not recommend using this builder. They cut every corner possible to save money for themselves.

Our Closing Date changed Day by Day! Never had Final Walk through before we signed! Asked Christian He changed the subject Now Our House is a Mess Inside and Out! The Appliances Pulte made us order are Cheaper than what We paid for! And we're told by Christian quote "Your Lucky You Got Appliances at All!" Still Waiting for those! Were suppose to receive by October 26th sent a text to Christian, haven't heard a word! Even the hood over the cooktop isn't installed right Falling off in the front! Paid for a Higher toilet Did Not get that! Have 2 dents in the kitchen sink! Someone came ...

Complete lack of craftsmanship and communication. Pulte will not fix any issues (and there are a lot) until you email them every day for months, and even then the process to fix issues is exhausting.

Low build quality and trades. House has problems and builder has disappeared. Very disappointing experience and will never consider Pulte in the future.
