Our new Pulte home is the third Pulte home that we have purchased. We think that says a lot. There are always some little problems but Pulte handled them quickly.

Love my new home. Absolutely beautiful!

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall the build went well. The project manager Paul was great to work with and kept the completion on schedule and delivered the completion on time and as promised. There were a few minor details that we have found after moving in that need attention or correction, but Pulte has been very proactive in getting the issues resolved. Overall a great experience.

Be diligent about addressing issues with the home. They’ll try to sneak them by you and cross their fingers you don’t notice. We upgraded and paid for paint and have been horribly disappointed. There were several spots that were missed. A lot of dry wall issues because someone left the windows open and it rained and the drywall on the windowsills are all cracked. Front door painted black but painted with the door open so there is black paint splatter on our light gray floors. Uneven walls. The trim on our stairwell was painted white which splattered on the upgraded rod spindles. It’s hard to look past all these issues. The list gets longer the longer we live here. Low build quality and trades. House has problems and builder has disappeared. Very disappointing experience and will never consider Pulte in the future.

We had a few issues but they were addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Wasn't thrilled with the Pulte Title experience, but on the builder side and the management of the construction, we were satisfied. Would indeed do it again, knowing what we know now.

Great from start to finish

We love the house and the floor plan. We are not happy with the quality of work from some of the contractors but Pulte has been responsive to getting these issues resolved

Had a great experience with the Pulte building process.

Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.

Not thrilled with everything for the price. One coat of paint on all the walls. Giant knot holes in wood of basement steps. Carpet racks poking through carpet. Construction seems very rushed. Not what I thought was going to get for the hefty price tag.

Very happy with the layout of the house. Very disappointed that we’ve been in the house for 7 weeks and we still haven’t been graded, our patio is not in, and we have no timeline for when that will happen.

Pulte responds to minor issues in a timely manner. However, I have no driveway, only rocks and front steps that are pressed wood. Very unsafe. Have lived here almost a month and they say “soon.” Why? It’s almost June. My back porch is about 4 feet off the ground. No railings.

Every issue that we had before completion was addressed.

I have found the workmanship quality on Pulte Homes is terrible. I would never purchase a Pulte home again. Very unhappy with the quality of workmanship. We hear nothing but excuses as to why things are not done right.
