We built our new home with Pulte and couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Everything worked really well. Construction managers provided weekly updates through the process and issues that arose or we continue to point out are being addressed and followed up very quickly. Very nice job and great experience so far!

The locks are not the best quality. They get stuck at times. Microwave door handle is defective. Overall it’s a good home and local Pulte staff were very good and helpful with issues as we moved through the building process. With a new build I’d recommend using a home inspector. Our inspection revealed several issues which were corrected prior to closing. (Wiring was hooked up incorrectly, hot water tank needed minor adjustments etc). After the inspection all things were corrected.

The process from start to finish was smooth, well managed and on schedule. The people who helped make our home a reality were professional, kind and genuinely vested in delivering our family a great home!

The process of buying the home went very well from purchasing it to moving in. There was a good handoff as from one phase to another. And before the final move-in we were clearly instructed about the house and its care and maintenance. The house was constructed and ready within the time quoted timeframe. We have moved a lot and this is our 6th new home so I am aware of the issues that can occur even in a new build. So far the main issue I have is with the wall paint and the wood trim. The walls smudge when you barely touch them. They clean up fairly easily but you are constantly having to do so. It’s annoying. Same goes for the wood trim. Since I have only been in the house less than 6 months it’s hard to give the most accurate review. We have had a few issues and they have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We recently moved into our new home, and the experience has been very good. Brandon and Ed were both extremely responsive and regularly went above and beyond our expectations. This could have easily been an opaque build process, but Ed kept us up to date on everything that was happening and quickly resolved any concerns to our satisfaction. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and stayed involved to answer any questions long after we signed our purchase contract. I still can’t believe how quickly it all came together and we’re so excited to enjoy our beautiful new home.

The house is great and love the floor plan

Had built a new home many years ago with another builder, so this was a second-time-around experience for us. The process can be an emotional roller coaster, especially depending on the builder’s response to any questions or concerns. But working with Diane (Sales Agent) and Dustin (Construction Manager) was easy and enjoyable. All questions were taken seriously, responded to quickly, and resolved ASAP. We are especially appreciative of Dustin in managing our build and his oversight of the quality of construction. He truly was a joy to work with. Love our new home. Main issue is the 9 foot sliding door. It is very heavy and is still not adjusted correctly. Wish they could replace it with better product. For price of home it should be easier to open and close. Building manager Tom has been very responsive to our issues.

Our building manager Nick was truly amazing to work with. We literally came to the house every day and he put up with us in an extremely nice and kind manner. He answered every question we came up with and was also able to fix every issue that we noticed arise for the build. Highly recommend working with Nick if given the choice

Big daddy Ed was our rep for the building process in Columbia a station and his communication and responsiveness and professionalism was second to none.. he addressed everything we asked about and never made us feel unintelligent in any way.

Overall great experience working with Dylan and Ashlea. Would’ve been all five stars except for one issue the day of closing that took too long to correct. House prices are too high, but that’s not Pulte’s fault.

My wife and I enjoyed the whole process. The sales and design teams were very knowledgeable and they made it easy to design and build our home. The construction project manager was extremely talented and easy to work with making the build process a great experience. The post construction team was also very good at what they do and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home.

Haley was very knowledgeable and informative. Loved working with her. She helped me pick the perfect house for me and my budget. Ed was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly with any questions I had. I absolutely love my new home and really enjoyed working with the Pulte team. Thank you!!

Very good experience. Construction Manager on top of every issue that developed and provided quick satisfactory resolutions.

I would love to have a chance of configuring my house before buying, like a car configurator. With that, I would make better decisions on my purchase. I would like to have a bit more modern options on some details, like tiles - the options are all very 90's... Other than that, a very good experience. Happy with the house.

Our new Pulte home is the third Pulte home that we have purchased. We think that says a lot. There are always some little problems but Pulte handled them quickly.

Overall the build went well. The project manager Paul was great to work with and kept the completion on schedule and delivered the completion on time and as promised. There were a few minor details that we have found after moving in that need attention or correction, but Pulte has been very proactive in getting the issues resolved. Overall a great experience.

Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.

We were living out of state and working so it was hard to coordinate walk throughs but my sister and brother in laws did the walk throughs for us and Pulte representatives were great. We did meet with Garrett and the warranty representative after we were moved in for three weeks, they were very informative. We are going to send in via the service link as directed items we have seen since we moved in.

Overall great experience from Ed, our sales rep (as well as July in Aurora who didn't get the sale but helped direct us to the right home and neighborhood), Jeremy, our construction manager, Allyson at the design center and others.. Everything was finished on time (actually a few days early to meet closing on our new home) and work was as expected.

Overall very happy with speed and quality

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!
