Pulte (as well as Pulte Mortgage) was absolutely wonderful to work with. From our sales guy, Jack, to Ed, George & Chuck who were in charge of project management & warranties, everyone was attentive, friendly & responsive in a timely manner. Our home was built to our expectations and we are loving the neighborhood. Highly recommend !

Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! They were attentive to detail, quick to respond, understood our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Allyson from the design center was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. Judy, from the title team, was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive. We know there are many more team members involved in this process working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are extremely grateful to all of them! Thank you. One feedback we would like to provide is to consider painting the garage a fresh coat of paint after completion. Needless to say, our overall experience was a positive one and we would not hesitate to choose Pulte again and hope they are able to rectify the minor inconveniences through a process like this. You pay Peter to pay Paul and you expect brand new condition items and quality work. You don't get that. Left with dinged up and chipped visible work. Put lipstick over mistakes rather than actually replacing the part they damaged. Tub faucet isn't secured to the tub and turns like a lazy Susan. Backdoor let's water in, flows under the floor boards, and still hasn't been fixed. Windows and mirrors were scratched and not fixed. Carpet isn't properly seated under transition strips and leaves wedges that you slip into when walking across the floors. Not worth spending the price for a brand new house, with over priced labor and low grade work/materials, if the home doesn't look new or have the value that you paid for. We are very happy with our new home. The best part was the experience with our sales consultant Diane and the construction manager Dustin. They were both thorough, responsive and kind.

Charlene was great to work with from the beginning of the process. Not only was she pleasant each time we met, but if there was a question she could not answer, she did not hesitate to let us know and escalate appropriately. When things went into the building phase, Nate was very communicative and made sure my wife and I were kept to speed about each and everything going on. During the final walk-through, Nate made sure to address any additional things that we made him aware of. Charlene and Nate are amazing representatives of Pulte.

Overall it was a great experience during the entire process.

It took forever for my Pulte mortgage loan to be approved as they were ending a quarter and very busy. This created a lot of unnecessary anxiety! Overeall, the home is well-crafted, however, the finishers, painters, plumbing etc., did a less than stellar job. Lacked an attention to detail with lots of areas that will need repainted as the painters did not paint areas near trim, corners, etc. Tiles in main bathroom are uneven and a poor job over all.

good relationship with the team

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

The process from start to finish was smooth, well managed and on schedule. The people who helped make our home a reality were professional, kind and genuinely vested in delivering our family a great home!

The home was built with quality but not 100 percent finished . Trim packages and other qualities that should be standard are extra . House not really finished with unpainted garage , shower tile not sealed and do your own grass . Move in but can’t take a shower and yard mud becomes owner issue . Supervisor Nick was great , and responsive and kept buyer informed . Need follow up now on punch list items that were not finished prior to closing .

The process of buying the home went very well from purchasing it to moving in. There was a good handoff as from one phase to another. And before the final move-in we were clearly instructed about the house and its care and maintenance. The house was constructed and ready within the time quoted timeframe. We have moved a lot and this is our 6th new home so I am aware of the issues that can occur even in a new build. So far the main issue I have is with the wall paint and the wood trim. The walls smudge when you barely touch them. They clean up fairly easily but you are constantly having to do so. It’s annoying. Same goes for the wood trim. Since I have only been in the house less than 6 months it’s hard to give the most accurate review. We have had a few issues and they have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. At this point in time I would buy another home from Pulte and recommend it to others. ... More

Every person at every level and every step was helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond. It made this very large process far more manageable.

Pulte had what we were looking for in design, structure, and detail for a home. We love how fast the process was and can’t wait for our memories in this home!

The team at Pulte was so great to work with This is such a huge purchase, it is a lot to think about with so many decisions. I felt comfortable from the start. Working with Robb I knew I was in good hands. I was able to drive by and see the progress and Robb kept in touch with all the updates. Then I started working with Tom who kept in touch with me right thru to closing. Tom convinced me I would love my house and he made that happen. Great experience with a great team of professionals.

I would not recommend building with Pulte they do not stand behind their homes. Buyer beware!

Fantastic experience, very customer service oriented, fantastic group of people!

After close and moving in had some warentee issues and although they have been noted by Pulte warentee Contacts, subs are slow to respond. Have not seen the trim carpenters plumbers etc. We are very happy with our new home but wish the subs would come back to complete their work!

Could of taken more time on the jobs so there wasn't as many things to fix afterwards

Pulte built us a lovely home; our sales rep and construction manager were both very professional and responsive to our requests. From signing contract to move- in was 6 months, and our CM stayed in touch throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

I love our new home. We had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Everything is great honestly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is our flooring. The quality is not that good. It was stained before we moved in. I was told I can wash it of easily. It’s not true. Also it doesn’t feel or look nice. I guess we will change that as we have an opportunity.

Lots of pertinent information and decisions were left out of our sales presentations-we always felt "rushed". Then, it was pulling teeth to get appointment at the design center. We were surprised by the number of restrictions, like rectangular sinks, that were not oven offered options. We wanted an extra window, and even offered to pay double, but we were told no, with no explanation why. Lots of things like this made us skeptical even bit of the way. In the end, we now know we were "too nice" and still should've pushed for more, held our ground, and asked a lot more questions and demanded answers. ... More

Pulte Mortgage process itself needs work. Their documents request was extra. Resending documents as well. Unacceptable. I needed to bring in their Supervisor in twice to take care of concerns. My sales person, Builder and our contractor did a fabulous job walking us thru the process and answering all our questions. Thank you!

We have built 4 houses in the past 40 years and this has been the great experience . The construction manager and development sales person were great .
