Diane (sales) and Dustin (Construction Manager) are very helpful. They responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. They kept us well informed during the construction process. Pulte was able to hit all the dates, including the closing date.

Very responsive to issues and requests. Takes the time to explain what is going on with the building process. Does his best to make things right.

I GOT THIS HOME ON 5/25/23, AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE GOING TO LEAVRL THE LANE AROUND THE HOME IN 2-3 WEEKS, IT'S ALMOST 5 WEEKS NOTHING DONE.

I would recommend Pulte Homes. I’ve been in my house 3 weeks and of course there are things I hoped to select like hardware, flooring, carpet, etc but it was a new and ready in 2 months which I needed. Make sure you go over every detail though so you know exactly what you are getting and there are no surprises at closing and final walk through like with what happened to me. I’m still happy though.

To date Brian has resolved the items I’ve found needing correction and or repair. I closed at the end of January but will be moving in the end of March AA I needed to come back to AZ to close the home I had here. I hope the Pulte response to action items I may find upon return is still high level customer satisfaction

The home building process was extremely easy for me. The sales rep and construction manager did a great job. pulte’s title company were not easy to deal with.

Pulte homes have a robust plan to build the houses. Their sequencing of activities are excellent. They have quality checks in place. The customizations sometimes fall through the planning process. The issues and corrections move slowly, but they track and get it done. Overall a great experience buying a Pulte Holme.

Overall, a solid experience. I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage, but the build went well. Ryan was a good construction manager. There are small aesthetic issues that are somewhat annoying, but I have confidence Pulte will fix these throughout the first year of ownership.

Site manager, Ed, responsive to needs. Always was prompt returning calls and treated us with respect. He did his best to adjust to circumstances out of our control and was always professional. He is a true asset to Pulte.

Overall great experience. Was never told Pulte does not finish the garages.

Excellent sales experience. Weak communications, responsiveness during construction. Closing was delayed three weeks. Lots of items in home still need to be fixed or completed with no repair dates given by Pulte. Pulte's title company was atrocious.

I have been in my home almost 1 month and many things still need to be done to complete it. Paint broken window cabinet door no towel racks and toilet paper holders and railing needs to be moved. This should have been done by now. I gave all my money and financed before I moved in. I expect the work to be complete by now.

Beautiful home that had great value at the time of purchase. Have a few concerns related to process, but overall a good experience

Good intentions and continued follow up with vendors to finish or fix issues and problems with the build. We like our home and are very happy with Steve and Mike. Eventually we are confident all issues will be completed to our satisfaction. They communicate and keep us informed. 98 percent of the house is complete and the balance of items should be resolved soon we hope.We are happy with our new home.

Production Manager and Sales folks were available, good listeners and treated us with respect. Open communication and quick response to questions or concerns.

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.

The process of building our house was great. Very accommodating with a few extra things that we wanted. But some of the workmanship was below average. Some things were not level or square and other things if not pointed out would not have been corrected

Good finishing home but grading was not done so great

The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Lastly, the quality of some the work they do is sub-standard, especially trim work. Some of the trim has gaps in it, is uneven, and a lot of it has gashes or scratches. Pulte says they will address this at the one year mark, so I cannot give them a complete review until then. I can list a few, but just telling couple of things I noticed which are not up to Pulte standard. I am not satisfied with Pulte did my garage. The sidings are tucked in properly

Could of taken more time on the jobs so there wasn't as many things to fix afterwards

The home is very nice, lots of little short cuts taken though. For the cost of the home I had higher expectations.
