The sales process was bad. The sales rep didn’t listen to our concerns and let us make assumptions that he could have easily clarified. This lead to many disappointments when we didn’t get house feature we thought we had purchased.

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a few issues but they were addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Wasn't thrilled with the Pulte Title experience, but on the builder side and the management of the construction, we were satisfied. Would indeed do it again, knowing what we know now.

The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Lastly, the quality of some the work they do is sub-standard, especially trim work. Some of the trim has gaps in it, is uneven, and a lot of it has gashes or scratches. Pulte says they will address this at the one year mark, so I cannot give them a complete review until then. The home is very nice, lots of little short cuts taken though. For the cost of the home I had higher expectations.

Delivered on time. Everyone we worked with was helpful and responsive. No major issues but a few workmanship misses. Generally satisfied.

Overall the pre purchase, keeping us informed on timely manner, meeting deadlines, closing all worked great. Materials quality also seems to be good, but it is just the beginning. Post warranty attention needs improvement, need the team to share some ETAs or timelines which is missing. All homes do have some issues to fix after we get in which is normal but attending to it and giving ETAs needs improvement.

The process was a lot simpler than I would have expected. All post-move issues so far have been fairly minor and easily fixed. The materials, such as the paint are incredibly disappointing because of how hard it is to clean walls without the paint coming off. There were also so annoying upsell choices throughout the process that restricted you just because Pulte decided that's the way it was going to be. Most complaints though are fairly minor.

Too many minor open issues upon completion.

Surprised by the upgrades during the process.

Construction went as planned, no delays.

overall very happy with our home. Team has been responsive and building manager was great to work with

Anyone building with Pulte better hope they get a great supervisor as we did. He ensured the subcontractors build everything to plan, and most importantly the correct way.

We love the house and the floor plan. We are not happy with the quality of work from some of the contractors but Pulte has been responsive to getting these issues resolved

I am liking my space.

The staff I dealt with were great and quick to respond (Ashlea & Dylan). But the workmanship of the home was subpar. It seemed rush and sloppy in a lot of aspects, especially for the cost of the home

We have been informed of weekly progress, updates and what is the coming up. What we have seen is the material used is great quality, the workman ship is Ok. There are small issues we informed and Denver has been great to work through to get them fixed in timely manner.

I get it, Pulte is not a custom home builder but you are building new and the process of picking options was not smooth. Should use same checklist for everyone regardless of budget. Go over what’s included and what’s not. The materials for building the home were quality but the final fit and finish and what needed fixed was a hassle. Need to be more proactive to make sure everything is complete and up to standard without having the homeowner bring it to Pultes attention.

Cory and Vanessa were great to work with, however the workmanship wasn't that great. And, friends are shocked when I mention that ceiling fan and hanging lights installation are not included as well as only one rack in a bedroom closet. Some of the painting was pretty sloppy, too.

Framing & Flooring work has been disappointing so far. Expected a lot more from Pulte.

Quality of work was not what I expected

All models with small sandwiched furnace rooms beware of furnace noise issues.

I can list a few, but just telling couple of things I noticed which are not up to Pulte standard. I am not satisfied with Pulte did my garage. The sidings are tucked in properly
