Pulte has great home designs and floor plans. Staff were very attentive to our needs and answered lots of questions/concerns along the way. Now we have been in our home for 2 months, craftsman ship of the drywall and painters is mediocre at best.. very hit and miss.

We love our house, but we feel like some of the work was sub-par. For instance, the paint isn't precise in some areas, the trim boards have some gaps, and some outlets keep tripping the breaker from just using the vacuum. Also, for the price we paid, I feel like the finishes should be a little bit higher grade than what we got.

I am living in this home for almost 2 months. I love the home and Pulte built the way it was promised. I have only one comment to make. The walls of home are not insulated enough one can hear what's going on in that room. Example: when someone use the bathroom in the 2nd floor, other can clearly hear from the 1st floor. I am not sure how I can fix that now? I would Pulte seriously take this matter and fix it in future homes

Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of our new home, although at the price we paid I puke have expected even higher end finishes. The building process went very smoothly. My only real criticism is post sale. The building supervisor had told us in our walkthroughs that the sod line (seed in the back and sides) would extend to the front of the house but it stops at the front of the garage. Now that they have our money, he says it was laid correctly. Not much we can do about it since we don’t have witnesses to what we were told verbally. I’m not sure they are in any hurry to replace ...

Shop around before deciding to buy with Pulte. This will give you a better understanding of Value for your money. Take advantage of periodic meetings with the Field Manager such as the pre-drywall walk through so you have an idea of what goes into your home

1. The overall design and "flow" of the home are very nice. The master bathroom and kitchen are two areas that rate five stars! 2. The Construction Superintendent was (and continues to be) very responsive and easy to work with. He definitely rates five stars. 3. The customer service/warranty dept. has been very responsive as well. 4. In hindsight, we should have been provided with a complete list of available standard (and custom) options. We love our home. Our concerns along the way were not always received how we would have liked from the sales agent. We caught errors in the building process, that created delays. We were surprised by the lack of upgrades at this price point.

If you are getting an offer and would like to take a day or two to get back, get a written confirmation on the offer lock to get it, else you might loose thousands of dollars overnight like I did.

I did not purchase from the beginning, therefore my home was already designed and in the building process before I began. Overall the floorplan and location were great, the initial contacts for purchase were amazing. Construction and Financing individuals made the appropriate statements as questions were asked to help along the process. We love the design and location of our home! It is perfectly situated and has everything that we need close by. We've had to work with Customer Service on a weekly basis to get issues that were either constructed poorly or not working resolved. We still have on-going issues 2 months after moving in, but Pulte's Chris S. has been very attentive. That said, it's required at least one of us to be home to oversee and communicate this work for 7-9 days Monday-Friday. Great floor plan which is why we chose Pulte. Felt like upgrades were many and expensive, so beware what initial cost is. I can’t imagine anyone going with the base price they offer. The offered incentive was 5k off closing costs if we mortgaged through Pulte. It was the worst mistake we’ve ever made. With our credit rating of 840 and only needing to borrow 90k for our 525k home, we still weren’t approved within 2 weeks of closing. SO STRESSFUL ! We then went with a local bank who had us approved in 2 days, but we obviously had to give up the 5k incentive. Home build quality is good. We are ...

Should have pass on more knowledge to first time buyers of new home , Customize flexibility of options and bath shower and pipe insulation , so much of insulation wastage in trash could have been used for this , Buyer coordination while lawn sod job being done, Final grading before SOD was not done and laid over rocks and uneven surface, have dead spots in lawn

When the stain of our woodwork did not match what was selected in the design studio, the construction project manager worked with us to remedy the situation. We had a great experience with our sales rep Mandi. She is phenomenal! We also really liked and trusted our construction manager. However, there were a bunch of items right before we closed that still are not completed after 6 weeks of being in the home. It's quite frustrating that everything has to be handled via email when the construction manager or customer service rep could easily stop by our home and help address the concerns.

Each time I reached out with concerns or issues, pulte customer service team was prompt in their response. They acknowledged my emails and calls quickly, which I appreciated. There were noticeable imperfections with the finishing touches, such as paint splatters on fixtures and inconsistent grout lines in the tiling, which detracted from the overall aesthetics of the home. Some of the materials used seem to be of lower quality than what was promised. Construction Manager Tim has been proactive in addressing and resolving the issues I've raised.
