Very responsive customer service from all pulte representatives! Build quality is solid, but there are some things that could have been cleaner. No issues impacting anything other than looks.

We enjoyed every process of our house building. The quality of the house and overall experience has been marvelous for us. Molly is excellent, polite, and cooperative. She is responsive with quick replies and also helped us understand every step since we were first buyers, especially since we are from an international country. Nathan- Our experience with Nathan as a construction manager is very impressive. He helped us to explain every detail of the house and all the other tiny details were taken care of before we moved. We like Nathan more than the previous manager and are happy that the process was taken care of by Nathan while we walked our house. One thing I’m totally disappointed with Pulte workmanship is the way the doors are fixed - All doors (except for 1) in first floor and second floor in our house are rattling. I have not seen that happen in any house. Apparently we were told that, that issue cannot be fixed. Wish someone could help. Other than that, we are overall happy with the construction and the response to our concerns. Will definitely recommend Pulte to others but will be happy if the doors issue is taken care of.

Was a good experience. My realtor Pam was great. Very knowledgeable regarding the overall house purchase & process. All of the Pulte members that I engaged with were available when I had questions. Seth was also very helpful. Spoke with him frequently. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.

Tyler was excellent during our construction process. He has been very responsive and fixed issues that came up on the day of closing. This is our second Pulte build, Tyler was by far a better representation of Pulte value and trust than our last experience in 2017.

Overall smooth process from initial contact through closing. I would recommend Pulte Homes . Only concern is with some of the sub contractors paying a little more attention to the detail in each portion of the building process.

Our home is beautiful and we feel we had good value and quality. Our issues have been primarily with communication towards the end of the build process. It seems this depends very much on who you have as we had excellent communication from our earlier contact point, sales manager, title company and mortgage provider.

They get the work completed very fast!

It was a good overall experience but they can improve in showcasing the interior selections on a computer. Sometimes looking at the small piece say a kitchen backsplash you don't get an idea how it will look. They could utilize virtual reality to show the selections made.

All questions and problems was answered and taken care of quickly.

We love our house, but we feel like some of the work was sub-par. For instance, the paint isn't precise in some areas, the trim boards have some gaps, and some outlets keep tripping the breaker from just using the vacuum. Also, for the price we paid, I feel like the finishes should be a little bit higher grade than what we got.

Any repairs needed are taken care of.

Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of our new home, although at the price we paid I puke have expected even higher end finishes. The building process went very smoothly. My only real criticism is post sale. The building supervisor had told us in our walkthroughs that the sod line (seed in the back and sides) would extend to the front of the house but it stops at the front of the garage. Now that they have our money, he says it was laid correctly. Not much we can do about it since we don’t have witnesses to what we were told verbally. I’m not sure they are in any hurry to replace our range hood or get our shutters installed. ... More

Love our new home, and Devin was awesome!

This is our second new home build (1997 and 2019). We built an "Ascend" model home with Pulte and moved into our new home in early October. The construction and layout are awesome. Pulte has taken convenience into consideration in their home designs. The upgrades are a bit pricy from our taste but have been well worth it.

The overall experience was positive and we are very happy with the home. There were a few minor problems along the way but they were responsive and corrected those timely. I think the house was a bit overpriced in the neighborhood but it was a seller's market and we got top dollar for our old house as well so you cannot have it both ways (sell high, buy low). The cleaning prior to move in left a little to be desired. There were (and still are) pencil marks on the floor from the carpenters and we are still cleaning those as we find them. For the most part the build process went smooth. As with any build there were hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner. As of 07/01/2019 the build quality and craftsmanship still exceed most home builders in the Columbus market.

Great home, building went longer than planned… communication in that area lacked.

It was not very easy going through all the paperwork and all the phone calls, But it started and ended on time and successfully. Thanks all.

At the design center, a small sample does not giving a same view as final product in the house, and result may be not as an expectation!

Positive experience with pulte home, I will recommend

We were very happy on closing day, and things we brought up were generally addressed. But now that we’ve been here for a month, we keep finding minor workmanship issues that have us concerned for the longevity of the home. We enjoyed this process overall. Hopefully we don’t find too many more issues that would change our minds about that in the coming months.

Lots of options to fit different budgets. Fastest builder in the Columbus area with other builders quoting 10 month build time while Pulte completed in 6 months. Process is fast so need to make decisions quickly and limited ability to change options. Overall happy with our decision to go with Pulte.
