quality materials, great staff. delayed/late items that were incomplete at closing are taking very longer to complete.

Pulte is not a custom builder. It’s quantity, not quality. There is an obvious lack of pride in workmanship amongst the trades and not much accountability from Pulte.

We signed our contract in Aug. 2019, right in the middle of National covid issues. As a result, there were labor issues and supply chain issues along the way. In the end, our sales person and field manager worked very hard in ultimately delivering a quality house to us. We are overall very happy and would do it again.

The designs are great however construction phase was a challenge.

Bought this home after coming to know Pulte homes are good at construction and they take care customers well. Realized that they are no more as the community was sold out and they wanted to handover the pending homes soon and move out. It was supposed to be inventory home with upgraded materials and we did not have a chance to choose any further. Had poor laundry flooring, handrails, poor paint quality (know that we had to wait for a year to settle down, but the paint that I got was very poor quality). More than a month now after closing but there were many pending items and still not fixed. There were many missing items in the build (tissue holder, towel holder, towel ring), back side door entry door was fixed right in front of floor air vent. Some of the fixtures (done via contractors) had loose fittings, improper workmanship. One would think the field manager is the one who pulls over all contractors and inspect what is in the build and what was completed however we had to end up in telling him many missing things. Not sure how they would keep their promise of coming back after 1 year to inspect and fix things once the home settles down. ... More

Pulte pushes using their mortgage company, but they do not know what they are doing and do not communicate well. We waited for 4 months for a decision only to be rejected and told I had three weeks to get a full mortgage commitment or the entire deal would be voided. I had two mortgage approvals within two weeks. Building process was slow (6 months) with little to no communication until the end of the process. Multiple homes were started after ours and delivered weeks before. Even after 6 month build time, there are multiple outdoor items which need completed more than a month after closing. Overall the value was there due to an increasing market, but the length of transaction (10 months from signature to closing + 1 month later still waiting for landscaping and grass) and the lack of communication would make me hesitate to ever recommend building with Pulte ... Good quality and met the time lime as promised. After closing reported the water stagnant issue, not getting response.

The building portion of the process was great. No complaints. However, now that we have moved into our house the response is slow on getting something fixed. Very disappointed with that.

We did not have a great experience in buying this home as from the beginning we had issues with the Field Manager(not mentioning the name as requested).There has been times where we have pointed out many issues and it has been resolved after a lot of emails ( and arguments always happened not thru email but face to face) specially in the yard grading , water accumulation in front of the house in Caul-de -sac where mosquitos are breeding and not safe for the neighborhood(when we approached the customer care they mentioned that accumulation of water is because of Dandi bags .No dandi bag is there atall as all grass has been laid ,still there is water accumulation converted to slime), the AC vent does not cool the master bedroom. Apart from this anytime we bring issues to the Field Manager, instead of handling the situation he tells in front of other contractors working in the site that "we are putting words in the contactors mouth", he is "running out of explanation" etc etc. He talks in a very bad way and also regarding the grading issues in the backyard he said that even if we get it inspected from 3rd party contractor he will do nothing about it . Many of our friends have moved to Pulte because we always had great word but with personal experience we will never recommend it to anyone. We have felt demeaning and absolutely talked down by the field manager in various occasion. ... More

The overall experience was okay. Be extremely prepared to pay attention to all of the various details since you will have a short window to make updates and changes throughout the build process. The quality of the home is okay, but the attention and quality of the finishing details left a lot to be desired. We were not pleased with the drywall, paint and trim work. Overall, it looked very rushed to meet deadlines and the lack of quality shows.

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

There have been a few inconveniences with have a rent-a-John in front of our house, landscaping crew running over water meter and Delco having to come out to mend the issues.

Josh was exceptional and went far and beyond his job description. What n amazing person to have the entire time from beginning to end

The field manager worked so closely with me to ensure I knew what was happening, addressed concerns promptly, etc. Excellent communication. Also, I was so extremely expressed with all the crews that worked here. The were ambitious, conscientious, and had excellent attitudes, often working on weekends as well. Weather did not stop them - during brutal cold they continued to frame and roof my house, as well as landscape etc. during 90 degree weather.

I am satisfied with most Pulte has done. The after part needs some help. We have had some plumbing issues that are not emergency’s. Reached out to Pulte to see about getting repairs now so the issue does not get worse. It has been 2 weeks and have not heard back. Not sure if their customer service team is backed up. Either way they need to do better here.

Very good and pleasant experience. The material used could be better but given the circumstances it was not a surprise. Overall, Pulte is a great organization to work with for a new home.

Our experience was very positive from our investigation of the Nottingham Trace community through move in.

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

Our field manager was amazing. He along with the sales rep really made the experience for us seamless. Really enjoyed the process and they have been very supportive

With the massive shortages in building materials, Pulte was able to deliver our home on time. In today’s market this is no easy task.

I was amazed with the speed at which the builder completed the home, even with all the COVID and supply chain delays. Furthermore, there was no sacrifice to the quality of the work.

Both Dale and Dylan Pulte’s Superintendents were great. Quality of work for the price was average or below. Had a house built previously for $100,000 more, and quality was 1,000% better.

Building with Pulte was a very easy process. While building during a pandemic, of course there were some unforeseen issues in getting materials, but the entire team did a fantastic job in communicating to me weekly where we stood on the new home. We have only been in the new home a few weeks, but it’s great that the team still responds and helps with any questions or problems we have.

Overall the experience was good. After you move in, the service was ok. It is the home owner's responsibility to contact the individual contractors if there are an issue instead of calling Pulte.
