Quality of material is very bad . Garrage door broke just next day , kitchen trolleys broken within the week , dry walls gets impact even for small punch , plugs not working , customer care do not pick up phone , emails dont getvresponses and ask photo for every complaint. Very poor quality of workmanship overall - few examples include very bad cutting of the roof for pipes out, drywall finish around windows, baseboard footer, staircase railing, sod foundation, appliances not fixing firm in its place and many more. Materials are very cheap especially the lumber is very bad and all the fixtures looks very fancy but very cheap quality. As a renowned builder, I would expect construction managers to review the work performed by contractors, but I have never seen this during my entire home construction process. Multiple problems with quality of workmanship

Incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuations, unclean flooring (with paint stains everywhere), bad paint job (revealing drywall), and uneven walls. This is our second home with Pulte, and the quality has significantly deteriorated.

Our neighborhood has experienced so many issues. The only thing I can say good is location - close to everything. Everything else has truly been a nightmare. I don’t know if I’ve met a neighbor who had a good building experience. It seems they hire workers who don’t care about the work they do and then they have no quality controls in place to make sure work is being done correctly. And these are expensive houses! I would never build with Pulte again after my experience.

No one cares once they have your money

The trim on our cabinets is not lined up there's a nail coming out of our floor there's some epoxy left on a cabinet face there are tacks poking up at every transition to carpet we have paint splattered on our front stoop we have damaged shingles one of our cabinets are cracked a seam is opening up on our kitchen cabinet and several of our windows only open half way. we have brought this to the attention of the service team multiple times and keep getting told it they passed it on. It seems like it was passed to the trash cause no one cares

The final touches of our home were rushed, leaving us with unsightly mistakes all across our home. Lack of commitment, material weak and defective. I have unsolved problems from the installation with American Flooring, Whirlpool, concrete splashes all over my porch, drive way that is not paved due to lack of management that resulted in too late in the year so could not be done, cracked and weak material all over my house… warranty department is useless. I opted for Pulte because of the name, However, it is just an illusion. So many issues in the house and no one responds in a timely manner. We just have to follow up again and again, however, no one really cares. Pulte just wanted to close on the house and we got fooled thinking they will take care of the issues. But we were wrong. The final product is poor quality. Bad craftsmanship throughout the entire home. They rushed through the build it it shows. We have structural issues as well as "cosmetic" issues. It seems the structural issues would not have been brought to our attention by our construction manager and WE had to bring these to his attention. After contract signing, they don’t care about you. You have to chase 100 times even to get small updates. You will be lucky if you can get your home without any major issue.

Worse experience of my life

DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME!!!!!! We have been in this house for 2 months and it’s been horrible. We have had a gas leak. We have doors won’t close properly and hinges that pop and crack, flooring on first floor getting repaired/replaced for the second time, and major crack in the foundation. I wish I would have never bought this nightmare!!!!

A complete nightmare. Started during build process continued after closing. From sub par craftsmanship now to a new home filled with mold that made me sick! Only lived it 2 weeks had a major foundation issues. Then because lack of followIf i could go back I would never build with Pulte Homes! The home we received was NOTHING like the model home we toured. Contractors are horrible and Pulte does not check homes like they claim during the build process.

Do not go with Pulte Mortgage even if they are offering incentives. Their rates are way high compared to other sources. In addition, the sales consultant at our community is the really bad with communication. He kept us waiting without confirming accurate details that led to delay in closing and costing us with late fees. Its a good community but the experience with Pulte hasn't been great!

I was promised by Dana that Pulte wanted my home perfect that’s why it took so long to finish. Let me tell you my house is far from perfect! On my final walk through with Brian and Dustin I, my son and granddaughter pointed out all the flaws and marked them with painters tape. They took no notes and kept nodding at the mistakes. The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.
