Molly, Luke and the entire Pulte team at Towns on the Parkway in Dublin were exceptional to work with! We love our new townhome and feel like we hit the jackpot with location, selections, craftsmanship and value. We got an impressive interest rate through Pulte Mortgage, too which was well below the prevailing market rates. People should be running to buy at Towns on the Parkway! It's the best investment on new construction in Dublin!

Scott and Bill as Construction Mangers did an excellent job, so did the sales consultant Greg. If there were any issues or concerns, they found a way to address it.

Highly recommend Pulte, great support from the CM

I had a great experience starting with Gregg in the sales office, to the emails I received to update me on the building process to the final walkthrough with Bill and received prompt responses help to a couple of items after I moved in. I could hardly find anything to write down at the final walkthrough because the workmanship was excellent. It is clear their years of experience has taught Pulte how to streamline the home building process and provide great customer service. I highly recommend them as a builder.

Jason was fantastic and very thorough the entire process

Not only did Bob exceed all of our expectations throughout the home-building process, we really felt he listened to and heard us through every question and concern. We were very well taken care of the entire time by everyone at Pulte (except Pulte Mortgage) and are already recommending them to our friends looking to build soon.

Everyone at Pulte made the process fun and easy, from beginning to end.

Had a great home building experience with Pulte!

I have an excellent experience all through my home building process with Pulte Homes. The sales representative and the VP sales were very friendly and experienced. The staff member that attended to me during my visit to the Pulte Homes Studio where I selected my home materials and fittings was friendly , experienced and shared in-depth thought about each material and fitting. I also have excellent experience with the mortgage team and construction team. I received timely progress updates from the mortgage and construction teams. The work quality is excellent and completion time to handover was as planned during the pre-construction meeting with my house construction manager. My construction manager and sales manager were a gem and super responsive

We met with Jordan in March and put our home under contract. We appreciated how she went through the options with us and helped us select what was important for us to receive in a home. From there, Tyler took great care of us. He kept us informed throughout the process, made time to meet us at the property on separate occasions, and properly set our expectations of when the home would be completed. We believe we have received a quality home, delivered at a good value. The home came in within our budget, and seems to have been well constructed. While there are a few items we would have liked to better understand at the outset (such as window options, the look of the front exterior with or without an extended garage, colors, etc.), we are pleased with our home and rate our experience as top-tier. ... Overall, a great experience building a new home. I have heard horror stories about building a new build home but, we did not experience any problems. It was much quicker, from Dig date to move in date, than anticipated, only took 5 months. We love our beautiful home!

As newbies in the home building experience, I gotta say Pulte far exceeded our expectations. With Dana at the helm and helping us get the initial process started, and Sydney with the design, it was evident these professional ladies believed in the product and were very helpful along the way. Experiencing Bob, as the construction manager, was a delight and he was great at getting the job done and fun to work with. I would recommend this community to friends and family because of our experience.
