Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of our new home, although at the price we paid I puke have expected even higher end finishes. The building process went very smoothly. My only real criticism is post sale. The building supervisor had told us in our walkthroughs that the sod line (seed in the back and sides) would extend to the front of the house but it stops at the front of the garage. Now that they have our money, he says it was laid correctly. Not much we can do about it since we don’t have witnesses to what we were told verbally. Pulte was very smooth in how they walked us through the design and financing process. The supervisor went out of his way to ensure the house was not only completed as scheduled, but he routinely ensures that any repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. Overall, great builder and would definitely build with again.

The whole process, from choosing the plot, to the extra's, to the inspection on completion and finally living in the house, and in the community, have been first class. You can always find something to complain out, and I am sure some will, but for me this was a great experience and we could not be happier with our new home.

We absolutely love our new home, such a family friendly open floor plan with great use of square footage. Our Pulte rep was very clear on upgrade prices from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect. Construction stayed on schedule even during the pandemic. While we’ve only been in our home a few months, so far it’s been amazing and we’d highly recommend Pulte to anyone.

Dale and Chris were both responsive to our requests. The mortgage company and Title company were both very good. Drywall contractor in particular was not up to snuff. After move in the warranty call center process left much to be desired. Concrete contractor got concrete splatters on the Allura siding. Getting that corrected has been a lot of hoop jumping. Down spout underground drain pipe are too small and on heavy rains the downspout shoots water like old faithful. Spreading mulch everywhere.... In process of repair.

My wife and I really enjoyed the design and build process, our sales representative and project manager were thorough and transparent. Just wish the final product would have been as perfect as the rest of the process. We have been in our house 2 months and so far we have had minor water intrusion in our basement, our AC went out, we are having minor electrical issues, and there are multiple cracks in our basement walls. To make matters worse, we have come to expect less than caring, some might say passive aggressive responses after emailing customer service with these issues.

The best part of the build is that they have done this at a pretty good pace and kept up with the timeline as promised (in fact a week before the tentative completion date). However the overall build quality is not to the expectations. It is quite evident in the finishing or touch up works done in the last minute and the very shabby job of cleaning the house or power washing the basement and garage. It was delivered in a "not so clean" state. Not satisfied !!!

The sod was delayed, for install, full of weeds & planted on rocky, poor soil. The microwave is a nuisance to use and loses time everyday. The heat/air system is totally off balance. You roast upstairs in the loft, while freezing on the main floor. The house being built next door is but an arm's length away!

The entire process was smooth--All of the Pulte staff from beginning to the end was excellent--Quality of the home was a good value. Responsiveness and follow-ups met my expectations.

While workmanship is decent, numerous issue around the subdivision including ingress/egress issues and drainage issues. Columbus staff has not been responsive except with generic vague responses nor seem trustworthy at this point.

Low quality contractors, work completed is subpar for the money spent.

There were a few items that should be included in a house. A garage door opener, pulls on cabinets, and vents in the toilets. You all really seem to step over dollars to save pennies. If I would of known the above along with the fact that you were not willing at all to help with changes on a house that was not sheet rocked is very disappointing. Would not recommend you all or buy another home from you.

Love my new home! The interior and exterior are great. Best place I have lived so far.

If you chose Pulte you just need to make sure you check in almost daily. Take pictures of defective or incorrect work for documentation, also take pictures of where your plumbing is in the whole house so it is less likely to hit a pipe down the road. Make sure you check that the options you paid for are actually getting installed.

I wouldn't call Pulte the worst builder or the best builder. I wish there attention to detail was better. Small things got overlooked mostly finish work and now I'm stuck asking them to be fixed or fixing them myself. 1. Cabinets were installed but some how they were not level and counter top took a 1/2 inch shim.... 2. Cabinets were installed but never properly adjusted. Over 1/4 inch gap between all doors and crooked doors. 3. Trim through out the house has nails that were not punched and covered, the nail holes that were covered were smeared on and painted over and I can see the filler roughness everywhere. 4. Door strips that prevent air from coming in are covered in paint. 5. Shower creaks when standing in it, use some spray foam under it when installing and it would never be an issue. 6. Stove wasn't level when moving in. 7. The paint the house is all flat paint that constantly gets a mark if you rub up against it. Use a Semi gloss and it would be 100 times better to clean. 8. When doing finish work around light sockets and switches , the were not removed and now have paint/mud on many light switches. They also have a line where you can see the painted against them and didn't remove. I could go on and on about finish work. On the other hand the super was always willing to answer his phone and take care of issues. He was great during the building process. He listened and explained the process well. It's really hard to notice all the little issues prior to moving in, but when you have time to really look at all the finish work it leaves a lot to be desired. Affordable, creative, open floor plans.

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. We just moved into our new home The Retreat at Glenross. Great overall value and located in Olentangy schools. Pulte was amazing through the purchase, financing and assisting with any house issues after closing. Amazing neighborhood with 2pools, golf course, basketball, sand volleyball and Frisbee golf - all in the neighborhood!
