We did not have a great experience in buying this home as from the beginning we had issues with the Field Manager(not mentioning the name as requested).There has been times where we have pointed out many issues and it has been resolved after a lot of emails ( and arguments always happened not thru email but face to face) specially in the yard grading , water accumulation in front of the house in Caul-de -sac where mosquitos are breeding and not safe for the neighborhood(when we approached the customer care they mentioned that accumulation of water is because of Dandi bags .No dandi bag is ...

Please thoroughly review the design diagram, specifications, and dimensions of everything in your home. It will be a large document, but it's important to take the time to go through it carefully. Here are a few issues I personally encountered that you might want to watch out for: No electrical outlet in the gathering room for a TV – this was missed in my case. I was promised by Dana that Pulte wanted my home perfect that’s why it took so long to finish. Let me tell you my house is far from perfect! On my final walk through with Brian and Dustin I, my son and granddaughter pointed out all the flaws and marked them with painters tape. They took no notes and kept nodding at the mistakes. When I moved in a week later the tape was gone and nothing was fixed. They did manage to put handles on my laundry room cabinets that’s all. The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

So far my experience with Pulte is very bad. I will never buy again from Pulte or recommend it to any of my friend, I had to select 1 star ratings because there is no option to select less than 1 star, Pulte doesn't really deserve even a single star. Poorly built. There are numerous issues with circuit breakers, concrete work is not done properly. Needs multiple follow-ups for every single issue. No confidence in the builder's inspection. Builder is more interested in getting good ratings than the quality. I have built houses with other builders like MI and Rockford. I would recommend them than Pulte.

The post sales experience has been disappointing. Workmanship is sloppy with poor quality control. Expected the home to have been in better condition upon closing, especially given it is a new construction. Issues pointed out at pre-closing were not addressed and 6 weeks later, still waiting for resolution. There have been new issues with the home just in the last 3 weeks. Customer Care is unresponsive. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend buying a house from Pulte. I had a horrible experience with Pulte. The field manager is not focusing on the build. I had many issues after closing my house. They are not fixing the problem yet. My field manager is lying a lot. They messed up the staircase, interior doors, curtains, rods, etc.; I will move to a higher level to fix all my issues.

Very very bad experience, don’t trust pulte. Had multiple issues through out the process but they don’t have time to fix it as they are very busy with other customers and don’t care about old customers. I made a bad choice building my dream home with pulte, please don’t do what I did. We built our house once in lifetime and they don’t care once they get the money.

I would have answered the 15 question build questions completely differently after I moved in if I had uncovered all the problems with my house. The ONLY thing that went well was the title company for this all cash purchase. My punch list is over 20 items long and no one provides updates on anything. The completely wrong counter/sink/mirror/light bar configuration was installed in my master bath. Blatant disregard for customer happiness and buying experience

PLEASE STAY CLEAR. Extremely horrible buying experience. They made mistakes in the basement for wet bar plumbing and bathroom rough-in plumbing but refused to accept it. They changed contractors 3 times over the course of the build. Build quality is extremely poor - hear squeaky sounds like the house is from the 80s. Zero professionalism and accountability. Horrible management and really bad workmanship make this an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. Do not build with Pulte.

The company refuses to solve any of the problems you point out about the homer unless you get someone who is very knowledgeable to argue with them. Things such as bumps all over the floors and a gaping gap between the floor and the parking garage door, half an inch crevice between the stove counter, walls that are protruding by about 1-2 inches, which are all normal according to Pulte. The small problems involves a crooked oven and microwave, which is useable but it could look better. Another is random nails missing from door hinges, which again is useable, but really could just not forget ...
