Great customer service, Prompt responses from the sales team, build team and mortgage and closing team. Clarifiacation to my questions was prompt.

Do not go with Pulte Mortgage even if they are offering incentives. Their rates are way high compared to other sources. In addition, the sales consultant at our community is the really bad with communication. He kept us waiting without confirming accurate details that led to delay in closing and costing us with late fees. Its a good community but the experience with Pulte hasn't been great!

Please ensure everything is in written communication and I hope Pulte does a better job in hiring construction managers. Some especially mine was horrible

Bad experience with pulte home purchase, and never recommend to anyone else.

I was promised by Dana that Pulte wanted my home perfect that’s why it took so long to finish. Let me tell you my house is far from perfect! On my final walk through with Brian and Dustin I, my son and granddaughter pointed out all the flaws and marked them with painters tape. They took no notes and kept nodding at the mistakes. When I moved in a week later the tape was gone and nothing was fixed. They did manage to put handles on my laundry room cabinets that’s all. I sent them text messages asking when they planned on coming back and was told they were not. My walls have cracks in the drywall, my oven doesn’t shut properly therefore the food isn’t cooking properly, my very expensive quartz countertops have chips in them they won’t even come out to see them, my wood floors have marks and scratches on them, again to bad I’m told, some of my tile doesn’t even go to the wall. My bathroom wall has a hole in it I’m wondering if hold will appear. Something is making me sneeze constantly I can’t wait to see what my doctor says about that. For what I paid for the house Pulte should be ashamed of themselves. You had no trouble taking my money and now you have washed your hands and will not stand behind your product. I also had to pay the first half of the taxes and wonder how long before I’m reimbursed, I wasn’t here until December 17, 2024. I also got a balanced forward on the New Albany Master group. To say I’m totally upset with Pulte is an understatement. Oh I also had my irrigation system freeze and explode water and shoot water all over my dirt for hours, nobody cared to help. There are items that are not functional. Front door latch. All the electrical outlets in the bathrooms.

The layout is nice, and the kitchen countertops and floor throughout are nice. The people I've worked with are also nice. But I think that's where the positives end. The process from start to finish was very poorly communicated. The closing was extremely rushed and I'm not sure that's a good thing for a half a million property. 2 months in, I still haven't received things I was promised at closing, or things I paid for that were not included in the home. Would never buy from Pulte again and would not recommend to anyone looking to build new. I've built a new build before and it was night and day better than the process with Pulte. ... More

Every document was well explained and the overall process was easy

Issues from the beginning. Pulte Mortgage was a big disappointment however had to live with it.

The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

Both did a great job

Everything from the start was very clear and smooth. We loved the process and love put new house!!!

Post closure issues needs to be addressed quickly. Visiting vendor should be very polite with the home owners ( I have had a bad experience with the NWR electrician at AMS)

Not great! These builders are cookie cutting builders , they do not value customer experience and overall workmanship is not great.. However customer service is good though.

Craftsmanship isn’t there, landscaping is awful, cracks everywhere, cheap material. Do not buy from this company.

Home and surroundings good, workmanship and design good. Pulte mortgage however ruined our experience.

It was not very easy going through all the paperwork and all the phone calls, But it started and ended on time and successfully. Thanks all.

While designing our new home, everything has to be in the STANDARD choices, regardless of custom’s needs (health and safety issues)! After closing, all issues that I reach out to the customer service were pushed away to 3rd parties, none was resolved by the customer care department! We have spent more time and money to fix issues that they won’t help! I’m so disappointed!

Too bureaucratic and some shoddy craftsmanship.

Follow up on concerns after closing is a problem.
