Quality of material is very bad . Garrage door broke just next day , kitchen trolleys broken within the week , dry walls gets impact even for small punch , plugs not working , customer care do not pick up phone , emails dont getvresponses and ask photo for every complaint. If you are customer friendly you should immediately send your manager and ask for customer concerns . Even after so many emails no one turned up . Its complete disaster. Eric and Adam are the best. They understood my concerns and tried their best to resolve all the problems. Only feedback I have is when we add basement plumbing rough in , we expect that no solid pipes , dwv pipes or ducts run on that area to avoid low ceilings for future bathroom. As per our request, ducts are moved but solid pipe stayed. This is extra work in future and looks odd with unnecessary step in ceiling. Other than that, they are so supportive on all stages of home building. Thanks for all the nice work!

Our home buying experience with Pulte was overall very positive. They have always been very courteous and responsive to all of our needs, even after we moved into our new home. The quality of our home is, generally, very good. There have been minor imperfections but those have been taken care of or will be taken care of in the near-future. That said, in our opinion the quality of some of the fittings and fixtures leave much to be desired. From electrical fittings to locks and bathroom fittings, the quality is not a good value for money paid (even after all upgrades). We are having to change several of these fittings to our own choices, as a result. Also, there is very little space between adjacent houses - obviously an attempt to squeeze in more profit by selling more houses in the available space. The conclusion is that the personal side of things dealing with Pulte Homes people is excellent but the value one gets for money is not quite as good. ... More

I had a great experience with all the team members from Pulte, with every phase of the home buying process. The care and understanding they showed was tremendous. I have to also say a special thank you to Drew, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, no matter what time of day. He was always positive, kind, helpful, and took care of things promptly. Thank you to the whole Pulte team, for making this happen for me and my family.

Construction process communication was minimal. Don't expect consistent check-ins on the build. Water penetration issue in basement existed all up to 2 weeks before closing. Construction manager did not believe our communications and kept commenting it was wet from cleaning. I would micro-manage the build process if you decide to go into contract with them.

5 star experience in all aspects of purchase, build and move in. Very professional and highly motivated people.

The buying experience was easy and Molly and Nathan were great to work with.

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

Overall the process was relatively smooth. The buying process, and closing went smoothly. The close date pushed quite a few times and there was a miscommunication on when the house would actually be ready. It was advertised as being completed in July, and a week after I signed the date pushed to end of August. We didn’t end up closing until September which ended up costing me quite a bit extra in fees. The house overall was decent quality. The cleaners never showed up to clean construction debris and there was a layer of dust when we took ownership. We are very happy with our new Pulte Home. From the beginning of the sale through the close of our home, the process was easy and professionally handled. We were informed every step of the way and any issues that came up were handled in a very timely manor. The people at Pioneer Crssoing are great to work with and we thank them for making the building of our new home.

Very poor quality of workmanship overall - few examples include very bad cutting of the roof for pipes out, drywall finish around windows, baseboard footer, staircase railing, sod foundation, appliances not fixing firm in its place and many more. Materials are very cheap especially the lumber is very bad and all the fixtures looks very fancy but very cheap quality. As a renowned builder, I would expect construction managers to review the work performed by contractors, but I have never seen this during my entire home construction process. I had to visit property multiple times during the construction to find and report many issues, but no accountability taken to fix many of the issues reported or cheap fixes/workarounds are done. Chris was super helpful in assisting us in finding the right home for our family. He communicated very well from the first meeting, until after we closed. Greg was also very helpful and responsive when our garage door broke. He responded to my email on a Saturday night, and had the garage door fixed for us the following week.

Both were great to work with. Always responded to our many questions and always willing to explain things. Process was great!!

Lots of time and energy on the homeowner. Pulte project managers seem overworked so the only person keeping an eye out on your house is you. At the very minimum, we had to stop at our house once a week so we knew at least someone was monitoring quality. During our build, we told our project manager that our floors squeaked and was told by him that the floors would not squeak anymore once they install the LVP and carpet. WRONG! We move in and all throughout our house, it is nice and squeaky and reminds me of our 1930s apartment floor we were renting. We hired a third party inspector who showed us we had mold all throughout the drywall in the basement (lots!!, we have pictures) and we had to also point out to Pulte we had no attic insulation 10 days before closing. I would have a lot less gray hairs if Pulte had done quality checks themselves throughout the entire build. Our first project Manager Lisa was very underqualified and luckily we got Jason. Jason was miles better but we could tell Pulte had him managing a lot of homes so even he was missing issues in our home. At the end of the day, an overworked Jason over Lisa was fair better quality. We are not happy that Pulte took out a sidewalk panel and decided to pour a new panel and get rid of excess concrete all over the grass. How do you expect grass to grow with chunks of concrete?? Sloppy. Our dishwasher has not worked a single day since moving in. Sure, the cycle runs but the soap pod is found in the bottom every time we attempt. Why isn’t this someone Pulte checks before handing us the keys!! Lastly, the two required trees out front are very dead and that’s what Pulte gave us. I used an app to identify the tree and it told me the trees were unhealthy. These cost hundreds of dollars to replace and Pulte doesn’t take responsibility for installing dying landscape. ... More

Should have pass on more knowledge to first time buyers of new home , Customize flexibility of options and bath shower and pipe insulation , so much of insulation wastage in trash could have been used for this , Buyer coordination while lawn sod job being done, Final grading before SOD was not done and laid over rocks and uneven surface, have dead spots in lawn

We enjoyed working with Dana throughout the buying experience. Overall, we feel comfortable and are pleased with our home. Pros: 1. Pulte has some lovely standard options so that you do not have to upgrade everything. Their floor plans are great! 2. Great communication from Ben, Brian, and Dana on the building side. Our questions were addressed along the way. There were no hidden surprises. 3. The bonus incentives before purchasing were helpful. 4. Love the Moen products which come standard. 5. All important documents were explained and we felt very comfortable with the building process. Cons: 1. Many items needed attention right up to close from drawers and cabinets that were crooked, windows too tight to open, to paint mistakes, exhaust fan making a weird noise,and a few more. Not major items but Pulte needs to SLOW down. Put things in correctly the FIRST time. 2. Poor communication and delays on sod. Half the sod was dead and brown. Two weeks later, they had to pull it up. Again, SLOW down… be mindful. 3. After closing: Well, communication is more challenging. There is only one guy who oversees “ fixing” errors you catch afterwards, and that takes a while. But if Pulte double checked their work pre close, this could be avoided. Lastly, Nottingham Trace is a beautiful community. Love the clubhouse and walking path. The biggest drawback is the very restrictive HOA. You have to petition for so many things. I hope that can change. As long as people keep the area nice, we should not be so restrictive. It takes a long time to apply and get approval. Very positive home buying experience with Pulte ! The entire team was great during the home buying process and has been equaly positive post move-in. Questions have been answered promptly and issues are addressed in a very timely fashion. Some challenges with our new sod that we hope to have resolved. As a result of the great quality of the build and our overall experience to date, I recommend Pulte Homes.

So far my experience with Pulte is very bad. I will never buy again from Pulte or recommend it to any of my friend, I had to select 1 star ratings because there is no option to select less than 1 star, Pulte doesn't really deserve even a single star. Some of the highlights: - Build quality is very poor. - Almost every door in the house has one or other problem. - Air outlets do not work properly to close or open. - Bathroom/outdoor outlets do not have GFCIs. - Floor Squeaking sound all around the home. - cabinet issues. - Paid for the Sod but got lots and lots or Crab grass, feels like I paid for the crab grass. - Drywall finishing is not good. - Power outlets not working. - Sump Pump lid not there. - nails are popping from carpet and hurting toes. - there is endless list of issues. - There is Pond in the back of my home and the fountain is not working ever since I singed contract in November 2023. There was no proper walk through before the closing. Pulte Mortgage literally made me cry for the loan. Loan agents do not even know how to process the loans. I closed my home more than 2 months back, but issues are still there, Pulte is taking forever to resolve the issues. I hope this review is also not just for the namesake. ... More

When the stain of our woodwork did not match what was selected in the design studio, the construction project manager worked with us to remedy the situation. The warranty to remedy other construction issues is helpful as we continue to identify things that need addressed (door knob fell off closet door, drywall issues, etc.)

Good experience and I love the neighborhood I chose.
