I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte ! From the very beginning Claire, at the model home, was a great guide through the process. The site manager, Steve, was helpful through the building stage. The attention to detail and quality is evident throughout our home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone considering a new home.

Bob was fantastic throughout the build process, any issue or concern that was brought to his attention was handled appropriately and swiftly. He made the entire process smooth. Eric and Adam are the best. They understood my concerns and tried their best to resolve all the problems. Only feedback I have is when we add basement plumbing rough in , we expect that no solid pipes , dwv pipes or ducts run on that area to avoid low ceilings for future bathroom. As per our request, ducts are moved but solid pipe stayed. This is extra work in future and looks odd with unnecessary step in ceiling. Other than that, they are so supportive on all stages of home building. Thanks for all the nice work!

The buying experience was easy and Molly and Nathan were great to work with.

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

Chris was super helpful in assisting us in finding the right home for our family. He communicated very well from the first meeting, until after we closed. Greg was also very helpful and responsive when our garage door broke. He responded to my email on a Saturday night, and had the garage door fixed for us the following week.

Construction Manager was very helpful, responsive on issues brought to his attention as was the post construction manager and team as of this daye

The building time on my house was great!

From the outset, Pulte just felt different than other home builders. Our sales associate Eric was super attentive to questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The construction manager Tyler is beyond amazing. He’s very responsive and gets things done. We utilized Pulte Mortgage for our loan which was somewhat difficult, but in the end worked out just fine. Now in the home about 45 days and everything has been great. Just like any new home build, there are little things here and there, but very satisfied with the workmanship.

Luke as construction manager and Molly as sales, both did a great professional job.

Chris and Jason were helpful in different stages of the purchase which made the decisions made easy. Thank you.

Overall, our experience was great. There were a few workmanship issues with a couple of trades but all were recognized and addressed by Pulte Homes. Still working on getting a few small issues resolved due to some staff changes but they are getting resolved. Love the neighborhood!

Steve, our construction manager was great to work with. Steve provided weekly progress updates and was very responsive to all of our questions during the build process. Eric and Steve ensured that we closed on time.

Our building manager, Karl was amazing!!!!! He was very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Our closing date changed three times, which was frustrating due to having to move out of our other home. Love the layout of our home. The option selections were pretty good. The quality we question due to unstraight walls and ledges. Definitely feel we overpaid for our home. We are overall happy just a few things here and there.

The whole buying experience was exceptional from start to finish . The gentleman that started us on the experience was completely professional at all times answered all our questions and made all necessary phone calls . Helped us every step of the way . The original project/ property manager was A1 . The only hiccup was when we went to close . The office In general was not totally prepared to do what was needed . As a matter of fact the manager came into the room to apologize, which was not necessary. That finally got everything straightened out and all were satisfied. That was our only problem with the whole build and paperwork portion of the process. ... More

Marrisa (sales) was wonderful and always very helpful! Larry(superintendent) was amazing!! He made the whole experience trustworthy. He always solved problems in a timely manner and helped us feel very good about our purchase. Pulte is lucky to have both of these professionals!
