Drew/Logan/Karl were super helpful throughout this home buying experience. We are loving our home so far and are looking forward to the memories made in the Limestone Ridge Community.

Where I have so much issue with sales person , design studio . They did not explain and go through me lots of the stuff . I feel I been loot spend over and extra money where i shouldn’t have to spend . After construction time my most of the dry walls are broken I have lots of pictures and I put in a Facebook tag pulte as well then Joe regional manage involved by the time he come and I showed him my dry wall done with mud and stuff so I can’t show him I am definitely sure those broken drywall’s never replaced. Also after closing my driveway just completely, garden just completed and they put the pipe from the roof to going to drain it’s keep flooding I report to the contractor and he said it’s normal . I hire another contractor and he told me it’s is not normal they has to come and fix otherwise those water goes to the basement . Also when I open a garage my my garage door to home enterance door open it is not fix properly. Also bed room lock after painter came and he took off never lock . In garage all 3 side have big gap start between the wall and garage sides . Also beside of my house there is a big gap start as well . I am putting this all the pictures in Facebook please review and let me know after spending tons of money not a good work and let me know my complaint is legit or not . Thanks ... More

Our new Pulte home is extraordinary! From start to finish, the process and the people were near perfect. (We have now built three homes, and this was our best experience by far. My new home is all some I end my wife are so happy to live in our dream home we are much grateful to pulte we believe about 4 of our friends are planning to buy a house from pulte very soon

House is nice, most of the workmanship is good, a couple of things I was told were not accurate

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

The post sales experience has been disappointing. Workmanship is sloppy with poor quality control. Expected the home to have been in better condition upon closing, especially given it is a new construction. Issues pointed out at pre-closing were not addressed and 6 weeks later, still waiting for resolution. There have been new issues with the home just in the last 3 weeks. Customer Care is unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Lot of quality issues and issues with workmanship. Even after the closing day there were lot of paints issues that were not fixed. I have talked with few others in community and their experience is similar. I driveway I understand it can’t be done because of winter time but they didn’t even remove the nails from driveway which caused 3 tire punctures and tire replacements for guests visiting the house. Cabinets not done properly and I am still waiting for them to fix after more than 45 days after closing. Overall not so great experience. They charge you a lot of money for simple upgrades which other builders have included in their price. ... More

Everything was easy and everyone from the sales consultant, construction manager to title were amazing.

Pulte builds great quality homes for the right price.

The response to issues with the building is in question. I have submitted three requests about two issues and no one has responded.

The building time on my house was great!

I am writing to relay the experience we’ve had so far in our experience with Pulte. We were one of the first people to move into Homestead at Scott’s Farms. We were very excited to move back to Ohio after being in South Carolina the past 7 years. However the love of the new home has quickly faded. In the month of being here we’ve experienced two major issues with the home and now are questioning the overall quality and safety of the home for our family. The first night in the house we identified we had zero heat in our master bedroom. It took nearly three weeks to resolve and was identified the issue was caused by faulty installation by the electrician who damaged the ducts. This resulted in the floor having to be tore up. Then this week we woke up to no hot water. They believed the unit needed to be replaced which meant we’d be without hot water for over 24 hours due to a lack of urgency to address the problem. When they came to replace it today it would still not work. They then identified it must be an electrical issue. When he arrived the technician identified that due to improper installation the breaker had melted multiple units in the panel nearly resulting in a fire. I’ve attached pictures. Overall, we understand there are things that happen with new homes as this is our third new build home. However these are things which are completely unacceptable and the most recent has resulted in us questioning the safety of the house for the family and if purchasing a Pulte home was the right decision. Molly, Luke and the entire Pulte team at Towns on the Parkway in Dublin were exceptional to work with! We love our new townhome and feel like we hit the jackpot with location, selections, craftsmanship and value. We got an impressive interest rate through Pulte Mortgage, too which was well below the prevailing market rates. People should be running to buy at Towns on the Parkway! It's the best investment on new construction in Dublin!

From the outset, Pulte just felt different than other home builders. Our sales associate Eric was super attentive to questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The construction manager Tyler is beyond amazing. He’s very responsive and gets things done. We utilized Pulte Mortgage for our loan which was somewhat difficult, but in the end worked out just fine. Now in the home about 45 days and everything has been great. Just like any new home build, there are little things here and there, but very satisfied with the workmanship.

Each time I reached out with concerns or issues, pulte customer service team was prompt in their response. They acknowledged my emails and calls quickly, which I appreciated. There were noticeable imperfections with the finishing touches, such as paint splatters on fixtures and inconsistent grout lines in the tiling, which detracted from the overall aesthetics of the home. Some of the materials used seem to be of lower quality than what was promised. Construction Manager Tim has been proactive in addressing and resolving the issues I've raised.

Scott and Bill as Construction Mangers did an excellent job, so did the sales consultant Greg. If there were any issues or concerns, they found a way to address it.

Highly recommend Pulte, great support from the CM

I had a great experience starting with Gregg in the sales office, to the emails I received to update me on the building process to the final walkthrough with Bill and received prompt responses help to a couple of items after I moved in. I could hardly find anything to write down at the final walkthrough because the workmanship was excellent. It is clear their years of experience has taught Pulte how to streamline the home building process and provide great customer service. I highly recommend them as a builder.

Overall, we love our new home! However, the process of getting there was stressful one. There were four different construction managers assigned to our neighborhood throughout our build process. Karl transitioned out partway through, but he was great while he was here! Ken is very friendly to work with, but wasn’t great about responding to communication or getting much real work done. Liam seemed competent although not particularly friendly. We felt a bit rushed at our final walk-through. We gave the team over a week to get some final punch items complete, and the night before closing nothing had even been started. Our sales manager, Chris was very responsive and helped us keep the construction managers accountable. However, we were frustrated by some of the information we were told at contract signing that changed along the way. We always expected the timeline would be delayed from what we were quoted, but we did not expect it to take a full 40% longer than anticipated. If you look closely, there are quite a few uneven things in the home. But if you look past that, it’s a beautiful home, and we’re excited to be here. ... More

Jason was fantastic and very thorough the entire process

The experience was awesome but Pulte Mortgage underwriter was over the top nosey, intrusive and over the top with personal information

We signed to buy a quick move in home which was completed up to structure. Nobody mentioned before contract that garage will be incomplete, incomplete drywall and with no paint. After just move in they increased the HOA without any prior notice. The exterior works finishing is not good. Its differs from what we saw in model home. The floor, stairs make cracking noise when we walk, the carpet joining is visible.
