We signed our contract in Aug. 2019, right in the middle of National covid issues. As a result, there were labor issues and supply chain issues along the way. In the end, our sales person and field manager worked very hard in ultimately delivering a quality house to us. We are overall very happy and would do it again.

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

Our experience was very positive from our investigation of the Nottingham Trace community through move in.

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

With the massive shortages in building materials, Pulte was able to deliver our home on time. In today’s market this is no easy task.

Nick is the project manager. He is amazing. The experience has been great despite come construction challenges. Those challenges are made up by open conversations and honesty.

Very friendly team to work with

Pulte is a reputed company and I purchased my new home in columbus area. The overall commitment was excellent and they did things as per my specifications. Materials used are of good quality and overall construction quality is very good.

It was great working with them

We had a wonderful experience with Tiffany, Josh and their teams. We had a ton of questions and they were eager to help. They assisted us where possible and helped point us in the direction to someone who could help if they couldn't. They were professional and always supportive throughout the process. We really enjoyed it and love our house.

We love our new house and the floorplan, Martin Ray. It's very open and spacious along with several enclosed rooms on the main floor. Be sure to get the sunroom and the upstairs to lower your cost per sq ft. for eventual resale. If you are over 62 and have a nest egg, the HECM financing is unbelievable. Our salesman, Jay and construction manager, Jayson were excellent. The only negatives were a couple of the door placements that opened the wrong way. Also, the appliances were not very high quality. Whirlpool dishwasher died in 1st month, garbage disposal is noisy and slow, Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker needed fixing. ... More

Great home and great experience

Pulte was very smooth in how they walked us through the design and financing process. The supervisor went out of his way to ensure the house was not only completed as scheduled, but he routinely ensures that any repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. Overall, great builder and would definitely build with again.

The entire process was smooth--All of the Pulte staff from beginning to the end was excellent--Quality of the home was a good value. Responsiveness and follow-ups met my expectations.

I would highly recommend Pulte homes

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. We just moved into our new home The Retreat at Glenross. Great overall value and located in Olentangy schools. Pulte was amazing through the purchase, financing and assisting with any house issues after closing. Amazing neighborhood with 2pools, golf course, basketball, sand volleyball and Frisbee golf - all in the neighborhood!

There are items that are not functional. Front door latch. All the electrical outlets in the bathrooms.

I think the prices are fine and keeping us up on our property buying. The walk through was really helpful and Steve did a great job. I was disappointed in the job that was done on cleaning our place before we moved in. It looked like a rush clean job and not to my approval. We are still cleaning things up, dirt and paint. I would have like the sod grass installed before we moved in and would had some warmer weather to water. There was times when it was to cold to water.

Should fix few issues faster

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. Overall, Pulte has attempted to correct to our satisfaction all issues we’ve reported- and they’ve been responsive- but we feel like they should have ensured that we received the same high quality and high standards that they advertise given that we paid the price for the advertised higher standards. ...
