The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

I think the prices are fine and keeping us up on our property buying. The walk through was really helpful and Steve did a great job. I was disappointed in the job that was done on cleaning our place before we moved in. It looked like a rush clean job and not to my approval. We are still cleaning things up, dirt and paint. I would have like the sod grass installed before we moved in and would had some warmer weather to water. There was times when it was to cold to water.

Should fix few issues faster

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

Our home buying experience with Pulte was great. Tiffany the sales representative and Josh the Field Manager really did a great job and was extremely fun to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials at this point I would have to rate somewhere in the middle. I absolutely love the home however, the paint and drywall in several areas needs to be corrected. In addition, to smaller items. Trustworthiness, again Josh was great and he always completed the task how he said he would. As our primary point of contact he was great to work with! The reason for only 3 stars is because of my interaction with HVAC company that came out to my home to complete our warranty issue. The guy was extremely rude and I asked him to leave. Value for the price we paid. Perhaps this is more of a reflection of the Columbus Ohio housing market. But from an investment perspective, the base price of our home has increased by 30k since Feb. In addition, the 2 appraisals that we had completed in July and August by two different banks ( we found better pricing outside of Pulte Mortgage that they couldn't match) was 40K higher than our purchase price! With our home being the third closing in the new section; and with the majority of closings happening over the next three to four months I would assume our value will increase significantly! Responsiveness to issues. Like any new home you're going to notice items once you actually get into the house. Our home is no exception to this rule. Several items I'm still waiting to get corrected. But I trust that they'll be done soon. The HVAC sub was useless but Pulte Warranty did offer to come out and review the issues that I'm having. There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. Overall, Pulte has attempted to correct to our satisfaction all issues we’ve reported- and they’ve been responsive- but we feel like they should have ensured that we received the same high quality and high standards that they advertise given that we paid the price for the advertised higher standards. ... The sales rep was 100% helpful and had great insight on all the details about the house. There was several missed steps that's still not addressed until today November 3rd 2021. We still need our drywall fixed in the basement due to the fact that the shut off vile was drywalled in. And the plumbing guys cut an opening atop of the ceiling that needs fixed. Also we're still waiting on the drywall guys to bring a piece of the part to cover the vent in the non finished part of the basement. We have doors that still needs sanded down and smooth out at the bottom of the doors. There's also doors splitting at the bottom of the doors along with our farm sink that's chipping. The experience was awesome but Pulte Mortgage underwriter was over the top nosey, intrusive and over the top with personal information

Our Project Manager, Scott R., provided expert knowledge and support that really eased the entire process for us and helped us understand every step thoroughly, as well as help us make informed decisions!

The whole buying experience was handled so well by our sales person, Faith. She explained everything so well. Selecting our options was a fun time and the design staff were so helpful. Our project manager gave us updates and followed through with correcting any issues. Leugh is still here and didn't disappear after we moved in. So we feel like part of the community already.

Our home buying experience with Pulte was overall very positive. They have always been very courteous and responsive to all of our needs, even after we moved into our new home. The quality of our home is, generally, very good. There have been minor imperfections but those have been taken care of or will be taken care of in the near-future. That said, in our opinion the quality of some of the fittings and fixtures leave much to be desired. From electrical fittings to locks and bathroom fittings, the quality is not a good value for money paid (even after all upgrades). We are having to change several of these fittings to our own choices, as a result. Also, there is very little space between adjacent houses - obviously an attempt to squeeze in more profit by selling more houses in the available space. The conclusion is that the personal side of things dealing with Pulte Homes people is excellent but the value one gets for money is not quite as good. ... More

I was very pleased with our sales and project managers’ communication throughout the process. They were responsive and quick to help with any question or issue that came up. They also kept us in the loop if there were any milestones or changes. Loved working with them!

We had a few issues, only one big issue with the Power Company sub who does the hookup from the box to the house, which ended up delaying our closing a week. Pulte was good to work with especially the site construction manager, who was very excellent at keeping us informed as we were moving from out of state. At move-in we had a very short punch list of items and most were completed within the first few weeks.

A good experience overall. Our sales rep was forthright and honest. Our construction manager stayed on top of construction issues, although he coulbetter communicator. communicator. Ultimately, we're very satisfied with the home.

Very nice house. Very nice folks at Pulte. The warranty manager is extremely helpful with any little issues that arise after closing. They definitely want you to be happy and take care of things to make it right.

Great service from staff and timely construction

Very good communication about the status of the building process.

Very good and pleasant experience. The material used could be better but given the circumstances it was not a surprise. Overall, Pulte is a great organization to work with for a new home.

Pulte has great home designs and floor plans. Staff were very attentive to our needs and answered lots of questions/concerns along the way. Now we have been in our home for 2 months, craftsman ship of the drywall and painters is mediocre at best.. very hit and miss.

I am living in this home for almost 2 months. I love the home and Pulte built the way it was promised. I have only one comment to make. The walls of home are not insulated enough one can hear what's going on in that room. Example: when someone use the bathroom in the 2nd floor, other can clearly hear from the 1st floor. I am not sure how I can fix that now? I would Pulte seriously take this matter and fix it in future homes

Shop around before deciding to buy with Pulte. This will give you a better understanding of Value for your money. Take advantage of periodic meetings with the Field Manager such as the pre-drywall walk through so you have an idea of what goes into your home
