Would like to see venders do a better job

Jennifer and Michael our sales person and construction manager were truly great going above and beyond. There are a few small things that still need done but overall entire experience was wonderful.

The overall sales experience was amazing. Quick responses to issue and questions. The closing experience also excellent. The aftercare is where improvements are warranted. Slow to respond to open tickets and resolve. I liken it to buying a new car and the aftercare service to the car lacking. Pulte homes are too beautiful and they need yo work in improving their after and customer care experience.

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

Good to work with and very responsive.

The salesman, Drew, was fantastic to work with and Bill was and responsive.

The sales person and building GM were great. They communicated often and immediately tried to resolve any issues or questions

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. Pulte built a beautiful home. We are overall happy with our purchase. There have been some issues in first month of move in, but so far pulte has tried to take care of issues in a timely manor. We looked at many homes and builders during our home finder process and overall pulte was the best quality for money with large lot size. Would recommend.

Great process.

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

I think the prices are fine and keeping us up on our property buying. The walk through was really helpful and Steve did a great job. I was disappointed in the job that was done on cleaning our place before we moved in. It looked like a rush clean job and not to my approval. We are still cleaning things up, dirt and paint. I would have like the sod grass installed before we moved in and would had some warmer weather to water. There was times when it was to cold to water.

Should fix few issues faster

There are items that are not functional. Front door latch. All the electrical outlets in the bathrooms.

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

Our home buying experience with Pulte was great. Tiffany the sales representative and Josh the Field Manager really did a great job and was extremely fun to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials at this point I would have to rate somewhere in the middle. I absolutely love the home however, the paint and drywall in several areas needs to be corrected. In addition, to smaller items. Trustworthiness, again Josh was great and he always completed the task how he said he would. As our primary point of contact he was great to work with! The reason for only 3 stars is because of my interaction with HVAC company that came out to my home to complete our warranty issue. The guy was extremely rude and I asked him to leave. Value for the price we paid. Perhaps this is more of a reflection of the Columbus Ohio housing market. But from an investment perspective, the base price of our home has increased by 30k since Feb. In addition, the 2 appraisals that we had completed in July and August by two different banks ( we found better pricing outside of Pulte Mortgage that they couldn't match) was 40K higher than our purchase price! With our home being the third closing in the new section; and with the majority of closings happening over the next three to four months I would assume our value will increase significantly! Responsiveness to issues. Like any new home you're going to notice items once you actually get into the house. Our home is no exception to this rule. Several items I'm still waiting to get corrected. But I trust that they'll be done soon. The HVAC sub was useless but Pulte Warranty did offer to come out and review the issues that I'm having. Nothing too major but at this price point I expect to have issues remedied fairly quickly. ... More

There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. Overall, Pulte has attempted to correct to our satisfaction all issues we’ve reported- and they’ve been responsive- but we feel like they should have ensured that we received the same high quality and high standards that they advertise given that we paid the price for the advertised higher standards. ... The sales rep was 100% helpful and had great insight on all the details about the house. There was several missed steps that's still not addressed until today November 3rd 2021. We still need our drywall fixed in the basement due to the fact that the shut off vile was drywalled in. And the plumbing guys cut an opening atop of the ceiling that needs fixed. Also we're still waiting on the drywall guys to bring a piece of the part to cover the vent in the non finished part of the basement. We have doors that still needs sanded down and smooth out at the bottom of the doors. There's also doors splitting at the bottom of the doors along with our farm sink that's chipping. The customer service is very very slow in responding to issues that needs addressed. Several things still needs addressed. The quality of craftsmanship is poor. ... More

Not crazy about having to do so much on-line. I prefer face to face interaction.

I had good experience with the builder

The experience was awesome but Pulte Mortgage underwriter was over the top nosey, intrusive and over the top with personal information
