Could I have saved some money and had better materials if I purchased an older home and remodeled it? Yes. Did I want to live through that year long experience with 2 small kids? Absolutely not. You are overpaying for some of the convenience with any of the large builders and they need to make a profit with the materials - just know that going into the experience. Everyone at Pulte was responsive and great to work with during the entire process.

Overall we were pleased with our new home.

We had a great experience from Chris our sales person to Greg and Brendan, our building supervisor. Everyone kept us posted and answered all questions we had in a timely matter. I would recommend Pulte to anyone wanting to build a new home.

Steve was incredibly responsive to every inquiry my wife and I made about our home throughout the build process. We, as first time builder, were incredibly inquistive about all the details and he was patient and informative at every step. We also appreciated Claires timely responses to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. Both have continually been great even after we closed.

I was hesitant to build a home at this time in my life, but after speaking with Sam, I felt more comfortable. He answered concerns and was very enthusiastic to include my family in the process. Nick was also helpful and communicative in the process.

Our building manager, Karl was amazing!!!!! He was very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Our closing date changed three times, which was frustrating due to having to move out of our other home. Love the layout of our home. The option selections were pretty good. The quality we question due to unstraight walls and ledges. Definitely feel we overpaid for our home. We are overall happy just a few things here and there.

Marrisa (sales) was wonderful and always very helpful! Larry(superintendent) was amazing!! He made the whole experience trustworthy. He always solved problems in a timely manner and helped us feel very good about our purchase. Pulte is lucky to have both of these professionals!

Chris and Bryan worked with us on our build in Parkside. Both were openly communicative and available to answer questions and provide help whenever we needed it. Thank you both for making our home building process as stress free as possible!

All new builds will have their share of issues. Subcontractors rarely pay attention to the small details and tend to cut corners throughout the building process. This will definitely happen regardless of who you build with. However, the biggest difference we had when building with Pulte was the leadership team and their commitment to making things right for us. Our superintendent, Brian L., and his team did a phenomenal job of handling our issues in a timely manner and ensuring that everything with our new home was up to our standards before closing. It was his attention to detail that made the difference for our family. Overall good builder and beautiful homes.

Would like to see venders do a better job

Jennifer and Michael our sales person and construction manager were truly great going above and beyond. There are a few small things that still need done but overall entire experience was wonderful.

The overall sales experience was amazing. Quick responses to issue and questions. The closing experience also excellent. The aftercare is where improvements are warranted. Slow to respond to open tickets and resolve. I liken it to buying a new car and the aftercare service to the car lacking. Pulte homes are too beautiful and they need yo work in improving their after and customer care experience.

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

The sales person and building GM were great. They communicated often and immediately tried to resolve any issues or questions

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. Pulte built a beautiful home. We are overall happy with our purchase. There have been some issues in first month of move in, but so far pulte has tried to take care of issues in a timely manor. We looked at many homes and builders during our home finder process and overall pulte was the best quality for money with large lot size. Would recommend.

We have moved in our new home in August The building experience was great But there was some issues happened after we moved I have contacted support team various times Follow up various times After creating various requests Called and emailed several times After more than a month No one contacted me yet Ticket no DS2443647 was opened September 5th Someone named Garry suppose to contact me And that was response I get every time I contact Also that phone number they provided us no one answered no matter when you called and no matter how much you hold the call

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.
