The whole process was seamless and the team at Pulte made everything so easy to do. They were informative and answered all questions. Ensured everything was lined up, ready, and solved any issues that happened before and after closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Howard has been great from a sales perspective and made sure we were comfortable through the full process. Justin has been the best construction manager I’ve ever worked with. He’s responsive and executes as needed. In a perfect world, these two gents would be training your whole organization.

We started our home buying process with Gisabel, who was very attentive and answered all our questions. We really felt that she went to bat for us and was a great resource through the process if we had any issues with other teams. We started our home build with Kris who provided weekly status updates with pictures included. This was very helpful for us and made us a part of the build process seeing the home go from dirt to completion! When we first walked into the model home at the Briargate sales center we were wowed by the tall ceilings, numerous large windows & open plan. We returned a number of times to check quality of materials and construction and were never disappointed. Once we “pulled the trigger” all the Pulte people we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable & competent. Overall, a very positive experience.

For most of the homes' construction, we would get weekly updates from our construction manager, Wayne.
