As a local Realtor in the Myrtle Beach area I get a chance to work with a lot of builders. I chose Berkshire Forest because of Pulte. From Graham Nelson right through to John Eagan and all of the trades he over sees, I was extremely happy with the process. I've sold numerous homes in this neighborhood since deciding to build here. It doesn't leave me with anxiety wondering if it will be a good fit for my client because I know I love it here, and I can firmly stand by the Pulte name!

I'm very happy with my choice of building in Pulte's Bradley Pond Community. I was able to get everything I wanted and then some, lot selection, model choice and upgrades at extremely reasonable pricing (even came in under budget.) Starting with my salesman Zach C., he was super easy to work with, diligent in ensuring everything was correct, my questions were answered throughout, was always available and stayed in contact during the entire build. The process from buying, building to closing was transparent, which is a rarity. Pulte's building approach is well above other builders I've dealt with. The build was smooth and timely. My Field Mgr, Nate H. was very thorough. We got together once a week, he always kept me in the loop & answered my calls the same day. You can tell when you're working with genuine people, it shows in their work ethics. I knew I was in good hands. I can honestly say, well done! Our Construction Manager Jim was over the top amazing to work with, he made this whole experience an amazing one for us. We had multiple visits to our homesite throughout the construction process and he thoroughly explained everything to us. Our sales rep Jerry was top notch, we had a great connection with him right away and he was very accommodating. Pulte finished our build 3 months early but we never felt that they rushed the process, one of the things we appreciated most was having our home completed before our closing date, to include all of our final walk through items. From start to finish everyone went out of their way to keep us informed on the progress of our home. any concerns we had were addressed quick and in a courtesy manner. I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from everyone at Pulte.

Easy process up to closing and Builders respond quickly. I like my home built as expected like the model home. Lived one month and found few issues but I believe those could be cared for by warranty service.

From the beginning to the end of the process, we had the best experience with our Pulte Home purchase. Sales process was super easy! Construction process was not without a few delays (not unexpected during these crazy times) but they kept us always informed and it went A LOT faster than some of the horror stories I've heard from other folks not using Pulte. Pulte hires excellent people and delivers a quality product. Questions answered promptly and honestly. In the end everything they said was proven to be accurate. From the buying process with Jake to the loan approval with Chris Haskin and Tiffany Walters to the construction with Nate Lawrence, they were always available and ready to inform and notify me of everything. I felt well supported and advised every step of the way.

This was my second home building experience with Pulte Homes. They have made vast improvements in the customer experience over the last 20 years. I LOVE my new house! All of the team members (from the sales representative to the construction team) have been very professional. The pandemic created supply chain issues which delayed the scheduled closing date. The communication during the building process with the construction supervision and sales agent was excellent. The assurance of quality of the home construction and the result after construction met and exceeded expectations. The help given after construction for warranties and post construction issues was very good.
