Team was responsive to questions and requests. Appliances not high end but overall construction is good

Brett had a series of emergencies during our experience with him. It was a tough time to get any help from him during this time of his many personal struggles. We should have been assigned to another person when the builder noticed the escrow continued to be pushed back. Finally assigned someone the last day of closing. Home flooded on day 2 from quick Crete that had to be sawed out of the main drainage line to the washer. Construction manager kept saying it was not his problem till outside plumber told him what happened. Between construction manager and Brett it was a hard time to deal with both men as a female. They continued to make us feel like we were over exaggerating and didn’t have a point on the 2x prolonged escrow and the flood of the washer into the main home. Glad everything has been completed but it was a very difficult escrow and move in with these two individuals. Both were very condescending to women on multiple occasions. We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.

The building process was easy to follow and we were kept well informed of the process by our construction manager. We had access to observe the build anytime we wanted to visit the site and were permitted to bring up our concerns to the CM. These concerns were always addressed promptly and fairly by the CM. Overall it made a usually stressful process very seamless and efficient.

Do not go through Pulte Mortgage, it’s been a nightmare from the start. Also, the home was completed and closed yet the kitchen cabinet door was not installed and a month in has not arrived, There are scratches all over the cabinets and poor quality installation.

I had bad experience with buying this house ' and hope no one has to go through my Experience "and still have problems with taking care of everything the builder getting back to me.I have little hope with my expectations and only person who have meet my Experience was Ms.Terry the sales person.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

I had an excellent experience with Pulte. Their sales, construction, and mortgage teams demonstrated excellent communication from the onset and throughout the build process. They hit their milestones and enabled us to close on schedule. Their build quality is great and the design elements are thoughtful. Their post-sale warranty experience has also been great so far. Jon and Rob are quick to respond and resolve any items that come up. I'd highly recommend their homes!

Travis and John were incredibly helpful throughout the entire building process. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I felt involved and confident. I appreciated being able to stop by and see the quality materials and workmanship at each stage. It’s reassuring to know my new home is built to last. Plus, the area is beautiful and so peaceful—I couldn’t be happier!”

Too bureaucratic and some shoddy craftsmanship.

Brian, the general manager of the house, he was assigned to the house in last minute due to the previous manager left. He did a great job!

Insulation could have been done better. Noise is visible across the entire house

We had a great experience from the sales team, through the construction team. Peter was very helpful and we found him always available to answer questions and helpful in our decision making. Bryan was also great to work with as he was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive.

Pulte only cares about quantity not quality. Our construction manager was absolutely horrible and come to find out he had no prior experience. Our homes quality is completely unacceptable and it was not even cleaned when we came home after closing. It has been problem after problem. The vendors I’ve had to come multiple times just to fix one issue because the communication is either not there or their vendors are just complete garbage and have no idea what they are doing. We have been in for two months now, and there are still things that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing that are not fixed. Realtor sucked really bad. We hated dealing with her

Very happy with the home so far, there are a couple little minor things such as missed drywall mud that needed sanded before painting that we didn’t notice until we were moved in but other than that we are very happy with everything. Very easy experience and quick build.

Outside stone keeps falling off the house, took 4 days for someone to address a leaky roof

I was very happy with the whole buying experience. Walk through issues were handled with no problems. Been here a month and the only situation has been an HVAC issue. I'm OK with the Pulte's response to it but if option 1 is not available, there needs to be an option 2, with their third party.

Whitney (sales) was helpful (not pushing) and totally honest. She rapidly responded to our requests and was always available to address our needs. She is outstanding! David, our construction manager, was also very responsive to our needs and always willing to help - never argued with our finding. We have had 12 new homes - this is definitely among the best.

We built our new home with Pulte and couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Everything worked really well. Construction managers provided weekly updates through the process and issues that arose or we continue to point out are being addressed and followed up very quickly. Very nice job and great experience so far!

We we able to purchase a spec home, we were able to see it from the framing stage and on. The framing seemed completed with quality. However once drywall went on and the end stages of the house started coming together is where I had to monitor the house closely. There is absolutely no pride in anyone’s work anymore. Thank god I was able to walk the home on a daily basis. The superintendent was good to work with, but there was so many cosmetic issues. repairs that were completed, were actually worse in some cases. It was stressful trying to catch everything. Air conditioners were not spaced apart properly for airflow. One of The furnaces was dropped, drywall around windows not square, cement in the garage was poured too high, they had to grind the concrete to get the service door to open, microwave and oven not working; on and on. I guess that’s what you get for buying a trac home these days. I won’t ever do it again. Let’s talk about the after closing service. Terrible response time. They don’t care, you’re just another person. I have waited almost 3 weeks now for my 3rd party home inspection repair list with no phone call. I have lights that have a slight flicker to them in the back of the house after only actually being in the home for 1 week, sent an email and took them 2 weeks to address it, then for them to tell me they wont cover it under warranty and to try changing bulbs….
