I have been a realtor for 20 years and has been buying home As an investor with different builders. Building a new home in Buda using Pulte Homes was the best experience. From the time that I signed the contract, my rep Kayla and the construction supervisor, Brandon consistently provided the updates weekly on construction progress. All my questions and requests have always been answered on the timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone that I know!

Construction Manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through every step of the house with me personally to make sure I understood every aspect of the home. Any questions at all were easily answered and very thorough. It is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable in his area and been doing this for a while. That put my mind at ease and helped me to understand the quality that I was purchasing.

I recently purchased a new home from Pulte Homes, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The quality of the home has been compromised significantly, and numerous issues have arisen. First and foremost, the purchase process was extremely stressful. Whenever Pulte Homes sent a document that required my signature, they marked it as extremely urgent and pressured me to sign it on the same day. They did not provide me with enough time to review the documents thoroughly and warned me that I would have to pay extra fees if I delayed. This high-pressure tactic left me feeling rushed and uneasy. Upon moving in, I noticed several quality issues. The garage floor is already chipping off, and sand comes off while walking on it. This is a serious concern, and I am worried about the overall construction quality. Additionally, the window frames have very little space, making it difficult to install window blinds properly. The carpet provided is of very low quality, which is disappointing given the investment made. Furthermore, the backyard & front yard has many potholes, and the sod was unevenly placed, leaving many patches and an unsightly appearance. Pulte Homes collected HOA fees for the rest of the year, but they did not select a vendor for lawn care for more than two months. As a result, no lawn maintenance was done for almost three months, yet HOA fees were collected for those months. To make matters worse, I discovered today that Pulte has provided wrong zip code in the closing documents. Now, I will have to connect with the law firm to get it corrected. Not sure how big is this change and how much hassle I must go through. In summary, my experience with Pulte Homes has been quite disappointing due to the compromised quality and the multitude of issues. I’ve had a disappointing experience with Pulte. They make big promises during the contract phase but fail to deliver. There are numerous issues in my new house that I did not expect to see in brand-new construction. My construction manager was unresponsive and seemed indifferent, neglecting to check the quality of materials or the dimensions of rooms, cabinets, and windows as the house was being built. The salesperson was more focused on pushing the closing without addressing the issues we discussed during the final walk-through. Additionally, they planted seeds, trees, and shrubs in the yard 2-3 months before completion but never watered them. By the time of closing, everything was on the verge of dying. My kitchen sink was already scratched before the house was handed over. It appears that Pulte is more focused on starting new projects than ensuring the quality of homes currently under construction. OK house in the end but not a great expirence

Construction Supervisor Matt was always responsive to email and phone questions. Kept us up to date regularly. His walkthrough was thorough and educational. He gets our top recommendation.

Overall it was really a great experience. Tim was very great to work with. He always addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to do so.

All Staff at sales are excellent. Very helpful. Especially Jill was my sales co-ordinator. She was amazing

Overall after a sluggish start issues are being resolved and addressed.

We are very pleased with our home and the team that worked on it. One area we wish Pulte would have improved was the cracks/ seams that are visible on most of the cabinet doors in the kitchen. Some cracks are large others you can’t see and this variation makes the cabinets look poor quality. We spoke to our construction manager multiple times and it was always “there’s nothing we can do” so it just feels like we were provided cheap cabinet doors.

We knew going in that the area we desired had higher housing costs, so the value is skewed. When adjusting for this, the value is there! From the first day, the folks from Pulte Port West were great. They expeditiously addressed any and all questions. From sales to the exterior build to the interior work and finishing, Tom, Rob, and Kayla were outstanding! We did have a few issues, but as noted, they were addressed to our satisfaction. We cannot of course speak for others, but with the cost of homes everywhere and the potential need for renovations at a high cost, building new became the primary avenue for us. Pulte Homes sales (Peggy) construction/ operations (Mark / Shea) outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism, detail oriented and a positive customer experience. Where the company needs work is there design center , mortgage co and after purchase concierge service. Overall, Pulte builds a beautiful, well constructed home.

Buying a Pulte home was an all around good experience. Staff members we worked with were extremely helpful and professional.

The whole process was great !!! Jared was simple the best !! He was on top of everything and resolved anything quickly. Everyone seemed so pleasant, and extremely hard workers ,

We had an excellent experience with Pulte. The quality of the building materials and the construction process were top-notch. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Paul, our construction manager, was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He calmed any concerns we had. The only minor downside was the price of the home, which is higher due to Bidenomics.

Drew was very responsive to questions issue before and even after closing.

Great customer service and resolve the issue quickly. Exterior quality is fabulous.

Mike was a very helpful engineer when we walked through the house

Lots of time and energy on the homeowner. Pulte project managers seem overworked so the only person keeping an eye out on your house is you. At the very minimum, we had to stop at our house once a week so we knew at least someone was monitoring quality. During our build, we told our project manager that our floors squeaked and was told by him that the floors would not squeak anymore once they install the LVP and carpet. WRONG! We move in and all throughout our house, it is nice and squeaky and reminds me of our 1930s apartment floor we were renting. We hired a third party inspector who showed us we had mold all throughout the drywall in the basement (lots!!, we have pictures) and we had to also point out to Pulte we had no attic insulation 10 days before closing. I would have a lot less gray hairs if Pulte had done quality checks themselves throughout the entire build. Our first project Manager Lisa was very underqualified and luckily we got Jason. Jason was miles better but we could tell Pulte had him managing a lot of homes so even he was missing issues in our home. At the end of the day, an overworked Jason over Lisa was fair better quality. We are not happy that Pulte took out a sidewalk panel and decided to pour a new panel and get rid of excess concrete all over the grass. How do you expect grass to grow with chunks of concrete?? Sloppy. Our dishwasher has not worked a single day since moving in. Sure, the cycle runs but the soap pod is found in the bottom every time we attempt. Why isn’t this someone Pulte checks before handing us the keys!! Lastly, the two required trees out front are very dead and that’s what Pulte gave us. I used an app to identify the tree and it told me the trees were unhealthy. These cost hundreds of dollars to replace and Pulte doesn’t take responsibility for installing dying landscape. ... More

Pulte Mortgage gives you hard time each email sent you have to start from the beginning and explain everything from Starting. From my experience I prefer to look to search for more professional Mortgage Co.

As first-time home builders, my wife and I were both excited and a little nervous about the process, but working with Pulte Homes made the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the initial purchase through the architectural decisions, design center selections, and all the way to the final move-in, the Pulte team communicated with us every step of the way. Of course, there were moments of "hurry up and wait," which I imagine is part of any building process, but overall, the journey was managed well. In terms of quality and value, we are thrilled with our new home. It’s beautiful and feels like a high-quality build. While no home is perfect, Pulte has been incredibly responsive to any issues we've encountered, both during the closing process and after moving in. Their service team has reassured us that any concerns will be addressed promptly, and they’ve followed through. Special recognition goes to our build partners, Charmain, Nick, Sam, and Chris. These four were truly the MVPs of our experience. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured we felt confident and happy with each step of the build. They genuinely cared about making sure we loved everything about our new home, and it showed. For anyone considering Pulte as their builder, we can’t recommend them enough. The design and build process was enjoyable, and the final result still leaves us in awe—we can hardly believe this beautiful home is ours! Wish a better product was delivered. Multiple issues from windows and house numbers not centered to sand in the plumbing causing little or no water pressure at fixtures. Too many issues to feel confident with the quality of the home. If Pulte offered a buy back program. We might be interested.

The entire process was simple and easy. Sam was phenomenal. He walked us through the process and kept us motivated. He was more excited for us than we were. And the builder Dallas was exceptional. He called me once a week and kept me updated on the building of the house. I was so pleased. Sam and Dallas are a great team. I’m in love with my new house. Sam, Dallas, and Pulte are the BEST!
