Outside stone keeps falling off the house, took 4 days for someone to address a leaky roof

I was very happy with the whole buying experience. Walk through issues were handled with no problems. Been here a month and the only situation has been an HVAC issue. I'm OK with the Pulte's response to it but if option 1 is not available, there needs to be an option 2, with their third party.

Whitney (sales) was helpful (not pushing) and totally honest. She rapidly responded to our requests and was always available to address our needs. She is outstanding! David, our construction manager, was also very responsive to our needs and always willing to help - never argued with our finding. We have had 12 new homes - this is definitely among the best.

We built our new home with Pulte and couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Everything worked really well. Construction managers provided weekly updates through the process and issues that arose or we continue to point out are being addressed and followed up very quickly. Very nice job and great experience so far!

We we able to purchase a spec home, we were able to see it from the framing stage and on. The framing seemed completed with quality. However once drywall went on and the end stages of the house started coming together is where I had to monitor the house closely. There is absolutely no pride in anyone’s work anymore. Thank god I was able to walk the home on a daily basis. The superintendent was good to work with, but there was so many cosmetic issues. repairs that were completed, were actually worse in some cases. It was stressful trying to catch everything. Air conditioners were not spaced apart properly for airflow. One of The furnaces was dropped, drywall around windows not square, cement in the garage was poured too high, they had to grind the concrete to get the service door to open, microwave and oven not working; on and on. I guess that’s what you get for buying a trac home these days. I won’t ever do it again. Let’s talk about the after closing service. Terrible response time. They don’t care, you’re just another person. I have waited almost 3 weeks now for my 3rd party home inspection repair list with no phone call. I have lights that have a slight flicker to them in the back of the house after only actually being in the home for 1 week, sent an email and took them 2 weeks to address it, then for them to tell me they wont cover it under warranty and to try changing bulbs…. Sales and Mortgage: Excellent! Construction Manager and Warranty: Kind, friendly, and responsive, but often provide incomplete or unsatisfactory resolutions.

One of most disappointing factors is that the whole wide world is running towards the impact windows, while Pulte is running in opposite directions. In today’s market, specially in Florida, even 200k valued houses have impact windows are being installed. It is hard for me to understand that a house valued over 1/2 a million is 3-decades behind using hurricane panels. Whoever came up with this idea in 2024, seriously need help

Follow up on concerns after closing is a problem.

Quality of material is very bad . Garrage door broke just next day , kitchen trolleys broken within the week , dry walls gets impact even for small punch , plugs not working , customer care do not pick up phone , emails dont getvresponses and ask photo for every complaint. If you are customer friendly you should immediately send your manager and ask for customer concerns . Even after so many emails no one turned up . Its complete disaster. Pls give me a call and i will explain what i am going through. Even closing documents signed on closing day with title company is still not received. I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside. Warranty manger came here to inspect but didn't took any action on my backyard, I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. After few days I raised the ticket to fix the backyard and Ron stopped by and had as look and we came to an agreement that my lawn need to be fixed but later on he said that he is not going fix it because my 30 day warranty is completed but I raised the ticket with in 30 days. If you guys can help me in this it will be great because I paid premium to the lot but still after that I got uneven backyard. :) Matt is awesome :( buying process with PGP title was bad, with errors. We dont trust them, with lack of integrity. HOA increased way more than inflation. We were rushed to buy quick as sr management wanted $$ for quarter ending

Our construction manager Brian made the entire process amazing! He is an asset to Pulte and I would choose Pulte because of him. He made the process smooth and he is genuine and caring. You can tell he enjoys what he does and he does it well.

Ms. Shelly helped us find our dream home! Ms. Lori made sure we had all of our ducks in a row to make our dream and reality, and Mr. Jason made sure our dream home was in tip top shape, ensuring everything was perfect and to our satisfaction! We are so thankful to our Pulte team for our amazing Pulte home. Our family lovessss it and will be forever grateful!

Don't trust them. What they say and what they do are 2 totally different things. Was told my garage would have an extra step or 2 into my house. Ended up with 5 steps and a whole landing. I can't fit my car in the garage. Secondly, was told numerous times that I would have a prewire for a light fixture above my dining room table. They installed a prewire for a ceiling fan which is a much smaller box so my chandelier can't be installed correctly. They are saying the ceiling fan prewire is correct. Who would install a ceiling fan above their dining room table? They are very untrustworthy. Overall, my house is beautiful, but Pulte lies. ... More

This is our second home with Pulte. Jane, Joseph, and Savannah made the experience wonderful! Jane helped us choose between the various exterior design and brickwork types, and gave us honest feedback when helping us choose which options and packages would best suit our needs. Joseph was very thorough on explaining things when taking us on walkthroughs of the home, and was quick to address and fix defects we found while it was under construction. Savannah was very accommodating of our busy schedule, and offered example photos and design recommendations that we were very thankful for. All three gave us quick replies whenever we threw questions their way. ... More

Feel as though accountability and quick action is lacking with basic warranty issues and it requires a heavy push to get things done with the construction and warranty folks. Seem to blame others instead of accepting responsibility and completing the work correctly the 2nd time.

I am very happy with my purchase. The house is beautiful. Reggie was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly helping me setting the last details of the house. Lisa was wonderful and always willing to answer my questions and Josselyn did a great job and made the sale a breeze. Thank you Pulte Home, your employees are an asset to your company.

Every step of the way was easy and kind. Highly recommend!

Eric our construction Manager was excellent. The closing at PGT Title not so much, did not introduce themselves.

Overall, we’re pleased with the build quality of our new home. However, we are quite disappointed with the finishing touches and the cleanliness prior to handover, especially for a brand-new build. The final details seemed rushed, lacking the attention to quality we expected. We still have several outstanding service requests with the customer care manager and look forward to having these issues addressed. Our construction manager was consistently polite and punctual, contributing to a generally positive home-building experience, even though the final presentation left much to be desired. I’m not a fan of overly critical feedback, and the positive aspects of the process certainly outweigh the issues. So, as long as the outstanding issues are resolved, I’d still be happy to recommend Pulte to others. ... More

Sales agent Rodrigo is the best of the best, amazing working with him. My construction manager Gustavo was also amazing! My complaints are with my loan officer, his responsiveness was not the best. They don’t communicate with each other well. House had some issues that had to be fixed. Hardware and landscape design are horrendous. Overall good.

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Second week in tje house we had to call Xcel energy becuse we had a strong gas odor in our kitchen. We 1st called the emergency number on the move in packet but never received any responce from Pulte about it. Turns out the gas line was not tighten correctly during installation so we had a gas leak. 11/11/2024 we still need paint and caulk on one of our bathroom windows, the stone on the outside has started to fall off and we have not received any response from their Customer Care Manager. I wish someone would have warned us about this builder before we walked into that office.. ... More

We had a realto/ agent assist us in our homebuying process. We were encouraged with the model chosen on their inventory so as we were informed, nothing can be changed as they were all pre-chosen. Initially, we went for a cash purchase thinking the completion of build coincides with the sale of our home. We constantly coordinated with Build Manager and sales as there were instances the items per contract were changed like the tiles as we were told it was discontinued. We just feel that since we sought to have little assistance for balance on Mortgage with builder, the utmost attention to detail on the quality of the Home was compromised. We were just given a bit of courtesy to fix some tile damage, damage on wall, through service requests .We were assigned Centex crew to assist with our needs. They have not even fixed the slab unevenly plotted from the framing of garage, and the plaster in the front of the house looks tacky. We were promised that we will be given a white Sherwin William paint but nothing was sent.Their contractors for the carpets did not do a good job installing as nails pierce the Homeowners on random places upon walking stairs and floors, not inserting their safety and quality promise. We tried our very best, though how barely few weeks when we transferred to revive the front and backyard grass and we already got a violation letter from the HOA and even the small detail of trash and recycled bins in public view. They have not even given us our CC& R's!. Thank you for the Sales & Service team who sees to it that our service requests are given attention and priority,at least it gives us confidence that problems can readily be fixed.Thank you. ... More
