Overall the builders did a good job. This was our first home built from the ground up and so some of the issues may be normal that we experienced. I'd say out of the minimal issues we ran into the most frustrating one was we were told the house was going to be cleaned before closing and I don't think that ever happened. They vacuumed the floors but that's all it looked like they did because it's been two months now and we're still scrapping paint splatter off our floors in every room. windows weren't cleaned but again that could be a normal thing for a new house. one other note to future buyers is to check your stairs. My 10 yr old found out the hard way that the nails were poking through the carpet on every step on the stair case. I used a hammer on each step to smash them down. Other than that it was a pretty easy process. The builder Pulte did not consulting me about The closing date then I had many problemas with that.

I have never had a new home and I will say this was a wonderful experience. Peggy in sales and Mark in construction have been fabulous and have gone above and beyond. The workers in the development have been friendly and nice and very hardworking. Good team of people all around and I love my new home.

Happy with the overall experience from initial showing to closing. Pulte understood my out of state situation and allowed me to close in my home state of NV. Communication has always been positive up to and including today. I would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a quality project.

This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). The home itself is beautiful, and was in flawless condition when we moved in. Pulte's very good reputation lives up to its name

This has been one of the smoothest and easiest home buying transaction I've ever done!

My experience with Pulte was easy, streamlined and simple. Everything was well put together. The Walk through was very informative. I enjoyed the simple, fast and easy closing process.

We purchased a Pulte lot in a neighborhood that we were interested in. The home building process was made very easy, and we felt that we were in the loop throughout the whole process. The house was built on time and very efficiently. We are extremely happy with pulte and the pulte team.

Overall, buying a Pulte home was a great experience. Whenever there was any issues, Todd walked us through them and was there when we needed him. He is a great asset to the company.

The interest rate, discounted price and no closing costs were definitely selling points for me among others.

Builder team and construction manager were very impressive with their responsiveness. Sales person was extremely pushy and arrogant, always thinking highly of himself. Pultes construction quality is subpar, there is a lot of rattle and shaky parts in this house. Regret going with this builder, mistakes were made.

Look at all materials before closing

Great looking homes with high quality materials. Getting a mortgage thru Pulte is very easy and simple.The warranty deparment are experts in customers service and act very fast.

James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.

Information on all home amenities were wrongly explained.

The overall home buying process was relatively smooth, and we appreciated the support provided by both the sales agent and Pulte Mortgage. However, we are deeply disappointed with the quality of our new home, especially considering the significant amount of money we invested. Hence, we expected the quality of workmanship and servicing to match it. While we understand that it’s possible for minor issues to be overlooked during construction, the number of noticeable problems we've encountered in our home is concerning. We were informed that our home would undergo several quality checkpoints, but there have been multiple issues that we feel could have easily been addressed during the construction process. One of the first issues we noticed was the appearance of our walls, which have noticeable curves that should not be present in a newly built home. We had one of them fixed during our celebration walkthrough but we found another that is much more noticeable and we have been told it’ll be fixed after one year. Additionally, our stove top, which is an essential appliance, required repairs twice shortly after moving in because the knobs we’re not placed correctly (potential hazard) and arrived with a dent, which was disappointing for a brand-new product. Our doorbell has also been a persistent problem, starting out with intermittent functionality and now producing a strange noise, despite having been serviced once already. We asked for it be serviced or replaced but now we must reach out directly to the manufacturer for help which frustrating because a lot of our time has already been taken up by all of these issues that do not seem to end. Furthermore, we had a vent that needed to be placed under our kitchen sink area attached to the island. We did not know this as it had been covered up without a cutout for it and we only noticed when we turned on our heater recently and felt the air coming out slightly. However, that was somehow missed during construction and this issue had been promptly serviced by Pulte but again it was just frustrating and concerning to continue discovering these problems. Another concern is the condition of our flooring, where one of the floorboards arrived with a slight crack, which should have been caught during the inspection process. We were also disappointed to find that some of the upgrades we had requested—specifically the light switches and exterior finishes—were missing and the standard had been used until we pointed them out during the building process. This oversight was disappointing and concerning to see as no one seemed to notice until we visited the house ourselves during the construction process to see. We understand sometimes things may be missed in the hustle and bustle but these two things were missed at separate times, one after the other and we felt that there was no one paying attention to these things if it happened more than once. It made us worry that our other upgrades may also be overlooked such as the thicker carpet padding we paid extra for. Additionally, the upgraded granite countertops, which we were excited about, came with noticeable chipping, and despite having them serviced, the problem only worsened. We had hoped that the service would correct the issues, but unfortunately, it only made matters worse and there were more noticeable dents. We asked for someone to look at it again and perhaps have it replaced as we invested more for the stone but have yet to receive an update again. To make matters more frustrating, many of the smaller issues, which should have been relatively easy to fix, have proven difficult to address as it categorized as being fixed after a year or something that cannot be addressed by them. For example, our doorbell has issues again despite the fact that it was serviced not long ago, and we are finding it increasingly difficult to get the right assistance for these problems. While a few of the issues have been acknowledged and resolved, there are still many outstanding problems that we would like to have addressed. As a family, we are frustrated that a newly built home, for which we paid a significant amount, came with so many flaws. The ongoing difficulty in getting these issues properly fixed only adds to our disappointment. Ultimately, we feel let down by both the quality of workmanship and the service provided after the purchase. We hope that Pulte will take these concerns seriously and ensure that other customers do not face similar challenges. ... More

From the moment we met the Pulte team on property all throughout the loan process to the closing. The company was classy. We are pleased with everything and everyone we dealt with. Zach was fantastic showing us around the property and finding a home that we loved. Christina and Todd helped us every step of the way with the loan process. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Numerous emails sent back and forth to get all the details situated. We are grateful to have gone with Pulte!
