Great job in the building process

First Time Home Buyer, couldn't ask for more. Pulte made our dream into reality. Special thanks to our Construction Manager Seth Gehle, he did a terrific job and made sure we have the home as we imagined.

My home buying experience with Pulte was relatively painless considering today's Market. They had minimal delays and did not skimp on building materials like I have seen other horror stories with from other builders. I am 100% happy with my choice in going with Pulte.

From start to finish of the entire process was made seamless through the professionalism and attention to detail from the entire Pulte group.

Every single person we dealt with from Maggie in Sales to Mike on the Project Manager side were excellent pre sale. We are even as impressed with Jason who is handling the small number of inevitable punch items. This was our first experience building and we were extremely satisfied from start to finish. Everyone at Pulte made this process as stress free as possible. In this very competitive market, my home purchase at Talavera Pulte definitely is the right one for me. They were bumps as expected but we ended up closing within the time frame communicated. For those looking, try to buy from Pulte.
