Our experience with Pulte Homes was excellent from the first moment we stepped into a model home. This is our third home build in 17 years and first with Pulte Homes. It could not have gone any better than it did. Our sales consultant Tiffany was very informative and upfront about all the challenges building in today's market. She was very responsive to questions and at no point were we pressured into any decisions. Once construction began, our PI Manager Josh was very professional and kept us informed of every step along the way. I was particulary impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the contractors who built the home. It was small things that they went out of their way to do with some Non-Standard Options showed that they took pride in the work. Josh was very welcoming of our input and requests during the construcation phase which was a first for us. The mortgage application process, while being what it is, went smoothly and both Donna our Loan Processor and Kathy our Loan Consultant were very courteous and responsive to our questions. Del did an excellent job to make sure that everything is set for us to move in. Overall, I am blessed to have Del as my building manager.

The value is great! It would have been nice to know when things were happening to the outside. One morning we woke up to part of our driveway being ripped out without knowing what was happening. Also, it did take quite a while to get our landscaping and sod. That may be entirely supply chain related issues due to hyper demand. Obviously, that's understandable. Overall, highly satisfied.

The sales person is really great. Responded immediately for any questions.

Craig, Mark, David and the entire team at Northmark make you feel like you count. Getting to the closing date was the only frustrating issue I had to deal with that could not be helped due to COVID-19 and the effects it created with supplies and workers. This team has consistently taken care of any needs I have had since closing. Susan and the warranty department definitely is there to help as well. The follow up is great.

We enjoyed working with Sarah at Stonecreek from the beginning and Our building manager was equally as great all the way to closing. Pulte mortgage was super easy and quick.

The entire process was smooth even our maintenance issues were addressed on time with prompt communication. Thanks Eric.

The whole pulte process from sale to close was smooth and painless. We are busy, both working demanding jobs, we didn’t have time to go to open house after open house and fix up a home. Pulte made the process smooth and easy, and we got a turn key , exactly as we wanted house.

The builder is a very trustworthy person that does not cut any corners when building your future home. They use good quality supplies and completed the project on a timely matter.

Amazing quality home that is so beautiful. Couldn't be happier. The whole process was super easy and enjoyable to watch the house be built!

Pulte builder team is amazing, Sales team including Sam and Sophia were excellent with communication as lots were coming up, we really enjoyed the Design center appointments, with this product line, Pulte should include larger tile with more colors, more selection in the countertop and cabinets. Most other builders are giving white cabinets, toffe cabinets as basic options to select from, Also the Counter tops should allow buyers to select from Quartz and Granite, No other builder is using the light cream 16 *16 tiles as basic options. Other builders in the area are offereing 18*18 as standard tiles with 4 colors to select from. Also the entire house is painted with one color. Most builder are including 2 tone paint, semi gloss in wet areas, shelves, bathroom, laundry. The basic paint you are offering required immediate painting. When we move into home and spend so much money, the basic paint should be something livable. Other Builders are giving the following, 2 tone paint, including recess lights in all area including garage, storage. We chose to go with Pulte as the product design and floor plan. The base price should include other items. The construction manager Walt has done an excellent job in building our home. He looked at all small details and the final walk was very simple few small items and they were done prior to close of Escrow. We really enjoying building our home with Pulte and hope they include few more options in the future community. ... More
