Building a new house is very stressful, but luckily i got help from a great project manager, George. He is awsome.

The agents, and company have been kind. They work on my responses quickly.

Michelle is fantastic sales agent and love to work with her again in a heartbeat.

The most terrible experience with Pulte mortgage and their loan consultants , very unorganized, unprofessional but the house is nice and a good quality. But for any reason I won’t recommend Pulte mortgage company use a different bank because nobody can handle the nightmare with Pulte mortgage.

I had a great experience with all the team members from Pulte, with every phase of the home buying process. The care and understanding they showed was tremendous. I have to also say a special thank you to Drew, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, no matter what time of day. He was always positive, kind, helpful, and took care of things promptly. Thank you to the whole Pulte team, for making this happen for me and my family.

Construction process communication was minimal. Don't expect consistent check-ins on the build. Water penetration issue in basement existed all up to 2 weeks before closing. Construction manager did not believe our communications and kept commenting it was wet from cleaning. I would micro-manage the build process if you decide to go into contract with them.

Our experience was less than expected from the financing, title and the HOA with whom Pulte has contracted . There is little to no response on most items. The only people who have been responsive and supportive are James and Tyler from the building team. They are great.

I was disappointed by my experience with Pulte. The workmanship was poor as best. I spent 6 hours marking nearly 2000 workmanship and quality defects. Ten days later at my pre-closing walk-through - 30 minutes before closing - trades were in the house still working on the builder’s punch list and maybe 25% of the issues I pointed out. There were issues I pointed out during the walk-through that were ignored. Paint over that flaw, smudge some goop in that scratch, didn’t clean up paint splatter on the floors and tiles. The building team has been very responsive to my requests for handicap adaptations for my severe arthritis. I am very pleased with my unit and looking forward to spending many years of comfortable living here.

I went touring every builder in the community, but something kept driving me back to Pulte. It was their determination to give the best service use the best quality for building and giving the best incentives. Morten, was an amazing resource who did a great job showing the lot showing what the home could be and answering any questions I had overall it was a great experience, and I’ve recommended Pulte to countless people.

I was very satisfied with my overall buying experience; the process was smooth, and I felt informed throughout. The Project manager Chris Roberts was very effective he kept me updated providing timely updates. My home was completed within the expected timeframe, which was satisfactory. My experience was positive, and I would recommend Pulte Homes.

The construction manager was particularly helpful from the first time we met him and throughout the process.

Great builder with honesty and transparency!!!

Acquired a Mystique Plan home and have enjoyed the Pulte representatives. Unfortunately there have been numerous issues requiring inspections and plans to resolve. It appears that Pulte holds contractors to uphold the appropriate standards. All part of the new construction process, but the extent of problems should be less via Pulte’s final inspection.

James, Dylan, and Leo are the best. They were/are always available to take my calls and to respond my emails. My house is very beautiful and has a strong foundation. Pulte Homes might be pricey, but they stand behind their names.

This is our second Pulte home purchase, and we could not be more pleased with the experience.

Overall experience was great. The reason why we went with Pulte, we fell in love with the floor plan. The entire process was pretty easy even though this was my wife’s and I first time purchasing a home. Don did an exceptional job explaining and holding our hand through the entire build process.

5 star experience in all aspects of purchase, build and move in. Very professional and highly motivated people.

There were issues that needed to be fixed before closing, but some weren't completed. I was assured they would be fixed, and I trusted them. After closing, the issues remained. I reported the problems and submitted requests, but I'm still waiting for someone to address them. I don't trust this builder. They took shortcuts to complete my house, and now I need to fix the problems. I'm frustrated that I can't get anyone to respond to me.

Bought a townhome recently and Pulte's team helped with overall process. The process was easy to follow and I am completely satisfied. The Pulte mortgage team is great.

Used car salesmen is what you will get

Quality seems ok but issues take weeks to resolve. During the build hard to get a response as well. Home was overpriced based on the quality but we knew that would be the case for the area but still would prefer standard items just be included in the price vs charging triple for options
