Very professional experience throughout the entire process. Our construction manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs and all inquiries.

Myniesh in the Sales office was great! She deserves all the credit for my good experience. From day 1, she took the time a year and a half ago to talk to me when I was not ready to buy. I told her I was planning a move and although I wasn't ready yet, she encouraged me to come back when I was. I came back a year later, to put a deposit on the home but had some hurdles with selling my other home; I was contingent. Myneish was always there as a great support and she helped me so much with the process! The Pulte Loan process was great and they were very competent and efficient. They really know their job and they made it so seamless for me! Mauricio was great too when we did our walk thru! He had my home ready quickly and was so good at sharing the features of the home when I did my walk. The house itself is amazing and I am so lucky to have found Pulte Homes. As a first time home owner I was confident the entire way and felt like everyone working on this project was easy to trust. They catered to all my questions and needs and were true professionals.

Worst experience I have ever had. Jason was horrible and blatantly lies on final walk-through items.

Disaster, nightmare with construction manager, so many unfinished jobs, , no response from him, left us hanging in there , oven and microwave cut out was wrong, wrong dimensions, has to pay so much money for installers , oven base was not build properly, chimney hood not aligned , toilets leaking , hoa is nightmare, wrong information provided at the time of purchase that we can build fence because we have dogs but now they denying us, they taking too long to approve the patio or driveway extension , can not park two cars because driveway not wide enough , if there was no appliances provided like other builders at least provided us with correct cut outs, lots of jobs construction manager promised to finish if we give him perfect score on his survey and go for closing those were not finished after closing , no response, he got the money for scoring high , we had to because we ask him to do certain things but nothing got done. It’s all about getting survey and money they want to look good and get the money for each survey that’s all , we spend so much money it’s over half a million dollars and got not a satisfactory service. ... When I signed my Purchase Agreement for my townhouse, I signed a document that stated Included Features and listed under Exterior it stated that I would receive a “Fully Sodded, Irrigated, Landscaped Yard.” Instead when they installed landscaping half of the front yard contained mulch with plants and the other half and the boulevard was filled in with rocks. When myself and the other neighbors reached out to Pulte regarding this issue, they said the document meant that they put the “hardscape” down so we didn’t have to sod when we closed. Additionally they said they were saving us money in HOA dues from plows tearing up the grass. I spoke to people who do plowing and the person installing our landscaping who all said the rock will cost us just as much to maintain as grass because the rock will be sprayed around the driveway and street when plowed and all of the rock and mulch will need to be filled each year at a cost to the HOA. So now we are left with a front yard full of rocks instead of grass which is an eyesore and a safety hazard to the kids and vehicles in the neighborhood. Additionally, we had an issue with a drain being clogged behind one of the buildings. It remained that way for several months and continued to get worse everytime it rained. It got to be several feet deep and about two buildings long. We notified Pulte repeatedly and they did nothing about it. Finally we involved the city and Pulte pumped “the pond” and cleared the mud out of the drain. We were also told originally that they were going to sod that area when we purchased our townhomes. While the drainage issues were occurring Pulte was telling us that they intended to leave the area as natural vegetation. Meaning it was going to just be a muddy, weedy, mosquito infested slew. When the city was contacted they confirmed that the original plans stated that the area was to be sodded. The work has yet to happen, so we will see. It also took a call to the city to get Pulte to repair an enormous pothole in the street that was causing people to turn into oncoming traffic when turning onto that street to avoid the pothole. The street maintenance is the responsibility of Pulte until construction is complete and it has been turned over to the city. I am enjoying my new townhouse so far on the inside. It has only had a few cosmetic issues and service has been very easy to work with. However, upper management outside of our neighborhood for sales and construction that we tried to find resolution with regarding our exterior issues were horrible and condescending to deal with. I have never seen a rock yard in the state of MN. I feel the look devalues my home,, is a safety issue, and will cost us more money in the long run than if they had just sodded the yard. Had I known they were going to mislead us the way they did, I would have gone with another builder/community. ... More

Pulte builds a quality home. If anything does go wrong they are responsive to fix the issue.

The buying process was smooth. The sales team went above and beyond to earn my business. Because of the nature of my job, I would arrive just before the closing hour and Jim would not complain but would answer all my questions and walk me through some homes being built to help me understand the floor plans, despite the freezing winter cold. Pulte mortgage was a good experience. Uploading documents was easy. I wish they have a means to monitor their interest rates to better inform home buyers the best time to lock-in their rates. Quality of the home is good. I would rate it as 4/5 because it can’t be perfect. Nothing major, just minor defects. Some were corrected quickly, but the response from Pulte warranty for defects noticed within first 30 days was at snail speed. ... More

Our sales agent Andrea was great and our construction foreman Mark is THE BEST however our closing was a nightmare. The Tittle Co. was clueless. Closing kept getting pushed back bc of inaccurate paperwork! There is very little support offered once homeowners move in. For instance, learning how to program community gate, garage ect. There isn’t a lot of support by HOA.

I had a great experience with purchasing my Pulte home! Any issues I had or if there was anything not to my liking during the building process my construction manager was great about getting them addressed. There was constant communication as my home was being built with weekly updates on the progress. I would buy another Pulte home in the future.

Our contract and buying experience with Erik was a pleasure. Erik made us feel valued as new home buyers and every step of the way was ready to handle and help us through any challenges or concerns we had. Billy was our construction manager, and we really feel like he went above and beyond to ensure we were built a quality house. We did experience things during the process that were outside of Billy’s control, but he was very quick to make those things right to the best of his ability. On a side note: the painting sub Pulte uses in Allen Ranch is horrible, and they need to find a new painting sub. The paint in our new house has workmanship issues and the painters make terrible messes including but not limited to runs down walls and trim work, paint on upgraded hood vent and 30k marble counters, paint on flooring and driveway pavers. Our construction manager literally had to babysit the painters every step of the way. ... More

Not great for the price point! You would be paying 500k or even above but wont get the quality befitting the money.

HOA representatives say one thing on the phone and another via email. Horrible customer service. Non responsive and very cold and they have no empathy for any issues that arise for a new home owner. If I knew what I was getting into I would have never purchased a property with Pulte.

Someone has been living in My model unit there was clothes in dryers and various other items. Dryer didn't work It to 2 months to get in directory and the package concierge

I found what I would call Pulte cheapness. Plastic toilet seats that don't have the slow close so that they slam down. Cupboards that don't have shelves so that they are just big useless holes unless I had sliding shelves installed. No over the mirror vanity lights. A bathroom with no sliding door for the tub/shower (I was snidly told to get a shower curtain). A bathroom with no medicine cabinet. No light in the pantry. Simple little things Pulte could have and should have done.

The prop was was good in overall but don’t. Triste them if they say that they’re going to take care of any situation that it’s not good and they take you till the signing day, after that they will leave you with the issue and never answer or take care!!!! We have a big issue with our Ac unit, they promised to take care after the signing day, we was making following to the situation since 3 weeks before to the closing day. They never repaired before and they promised take care of it after the closing and they didn’t and never answer again!. Extremely hard to communicate with them, well imposible because stil we’re trying to contact somebody to follow up and it’s not possible. ... More

We moved from Ca to Tx and this new home experience was superb! Pulte associates were very friendly and informative the entire time! The experience was painless and I would recommend a Pulte home for anyone! The Pulte team went above and beyond to ensure our new home was ready for our move in! Thanks

Jennifer and Ali made the entire experience from sales to closing a pleasure. I cannot say enough kind words about them. The house was on time and turned out fantastic.

I closed on my home even though there were issues pending. One month and a half later, I still have major issues regarding the landscaping. So if possible, do not close on the home if you have issues pending.

Quality of the material and build is way below expectation of a new quality home. If I can rate minus star I would’ve given a minor star. This doesn’t look like a half $1 million plus house this look like a below average amateur built the house. I will never recommend anyone to buy home in Pulte. One of the third-party vendor they have Guardian they are just ripping the customers off and their customer service is horrible. They installed my speakers and connections in a faulty way when they install my nest doorbell. They burned out the doorbell itself. It’s been a month. They still haven’t fixed it. I can keep going on and on and on, but the quality is just not acceptable ... More

Our experience was overall very good. For the most part, the team was great to work with. Our site manager Brayden was fantastic! Samantha, our salesperson was also amazing. Brook our warranty/customer care manager is THE BEST!!! Our biggest issue came from dealing with PULTE mortgage. Our experience with them was a D- at best. With them waiting until the final weeks and days leading up to closing to request additional documents and finally close the loan the day before closing, they added a ton of undo stress to the overall experience.

Walls are very delicate. My Kitchen Grantee joints already started gaps.

Attention to detail was poor. Landscape horrible.

Not responding to the issues after closing.

Overpriced ,quality is moderate .
