For a brand new home I expected very little issue to see like small cracks. But there are so many issues that show there was no pride nor quality from electrical, installation of cabinets, to painting. Walls have holes made by a drill bit, scraping during installation in walls, base boards not painted, I can feel nails and bumps on my feet when walking bare foot on carpet. There has been tile glue throughout the house, door threshold has a hole, bathroom sink bottom part is broken, trash cabniet is not installed correctly its hard to open and closed. Kitchen and master bedroom breaker has popped once already, where they installed wire for camera is a bad position because light is in the way, nails sticking out on baseboard, bathroom tubs are rusted, flooring wasn't sealed correctly etc. ... Excellent home quality and responsive service!

WE were blessed to have Austin as our manager. He is a young man that is very mature. His practice is good communications, which I believe is the key to business. The results is no surprises and in our case a great house.

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

I was pleased that Pulte could accommodate the closing a few days earlier. They went through the whole process a few times with us, and were very accurate

Pulte and the group of managers we worked with were amazing! We are loving our new home! My husband shared he doesn’t even miss our old home. Can’t wait to build many more memories in our new Pulte home. Stephen and Zach were solid and kind men. Thankful for our team in helping us with this new build. You can rely on them! Floor on upstairs had 10 ft long bulge of 2 inch pressing the carpet to cause people to fall over. Floor downstairs, the foundation steel beam is sagging by 1.75 inch. The electrical outlets and switches are installed slanted. Kitchen cabinet is broken and still installed to the wall. The drawer knobs and pulls are not the choices I made on change order which the Pulte charged money. There were rebar sticking out of basement. Basement electrical wiring is exposed and they installed drywall on top of natural gas pipes and squeezed it. Kitchen countertop has 1/4 inch gap between cabinet. The bathroom sinks under mount is not caulked 1/6 inch gap on 6 sinks. Outside second story windows has paint marks and too steep to clean so they didn't clean them. The orange conduit lets rain drip into the electrical panel inside where there is an outlet facing upward at the conduit from outside. Pulte denied responsibility even though they installed it. Internet panel is crooked not installed straight. The pre wired ceiling fan, Pulte put a cheap chandelier which prevented installing a ceiling fan. Garage had crack outside the garage door envelopment. Front door trim came apart. Weather stripping failed on new construction. Windows are installed straight but not light switches. A Door is missing a door stopper. Tiles are not sealed so home owner have to seal them before using the shower after moving in we had to wait three days for shower tile grout sealers to cure and have to be reapplied every month. ... The experience was generally good and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There were instances of poor communication as we got into the escrow process between the Title Company and Pulte which made things a bit stressfull. Overall, all parties did their best and we closed on target. Now that we are moved, we noticed some cosmetic and electrical issues. Some issues were easily corrected and others have taken more back-and-forth discussions. Overall, Pulte Customer service has been rectifying the issues as quickly as possible.

I will like to say I have bought three homes . This by fair has been the worst experience I have had . The work was not quality . The home was rushed and the amount of money paid was not worth it . I had to go as far is emailing the president of Pulte and constantly send emails before I got a response. My home was never professional cleaned . Paint is an ongoing issue. Currently living in the home with trades coming weekly . They won’t even give me any money back for the magnitude of issues. I have missed many days of work and my household has been disrupted with all this . The trades literally just did whatever they wanted with construction. I am depressed to spend more money due to inflation and not have a pleasant experience. I’ll be going into the new year I’m sure adding things that could have been done prior to moving in. ... More

Pulte Mortgage lied and stole thousands of dollars. The house, itself, is okay, but don't use Pulte Mortgage.

From the sales office to the construction superintendent, it has been overall a great experience.

Overall the process was relatively smooth. The buying process, and closing went smoothly. The close date pushed quite a few times and there was a miscommunication on when the house would actually be ready. It was advertised as being completed in July, and a week after I signed the date pushed to end of August. We didn’t end up closing until September which ended up costing me quite a bit extra in fees. The house overall was decent quality. The cleaners never showed up to clean construction debris and there was a layer of dust when we took ownership. No major issues identified that are due to poor craftsmanship that weren’t addressed prior to closing. ... More

Overall, OK, experience but could have been more better. Felt like we were not engaged well throughout the process. Felt very bad that we didn't even get any photo or gestures on closing. Not sure if everyone had similar experience but few home owners I,noticed had good reception and key handover pictures. Slightly disappointed having missed that.

The team here at the enclave at parkway village (Taylor and Jimmy) did a great job keeping us abreast of the progress of our new home via weekly zoom calls and photos. Now that we have moved into our new home, the team continues to be responsive to any issues that came up. We love our new home!

Overall sales on the front end is great and so is the title process, especially closing day. The in between of signing a contract leaves much to be desired. We had a poor experience with the underwriting process due to poor communication from the individual working on our documentation (1 month gap between responses). Additionally, our construction manager was the last person I would ever want to be in charge of managing the construction of our home. He was unresponsive, had poor project managemet (closing was delayed because he was unaware a portion of the roof was not yet ordered), and on our final walkthrough, which is supposed to be when you sign off, there was a laundry list of items that weren’t complete or very obviously needed to be repaired. You could tell that no one was doing regular inspections of the workmanship especially leading up to closing. We literally had to come out to the house 4 hours before closing to sign off on the final walk through. Which there were still issues but as closing had already been delayed once we decided we would submit warranty tickets. The warranty process is also very slow and have had the trades rescheduled/no show multiple times. Also, due to the constant delays on our homes and the last minute fixes an entire side of the sod laid is completely dead as it was trampled due to all trades being on site the day it was laid and further there are giant spots where dead sod was laid and was pointed out prior to the closing process which was not resolved. Basically, have to replace the entire side yard and 1/4 or the front and back yards sod on our own within a month of moving in. Honestly, feel like we did not get what we paid for in respect to the sod. Overall, the house was a great value and thus far seems to largely be good quality outside of the warranty items and sod. Again sales (Trent) is fantastic and so was the title office on closing day. However, the construction process and underwriting process leaves much to be desired. ... More

Everybody which is part of the process is very helpful and attentive.

Overall, fairly happy with the build quality of the house. Were not happy at all with the level of cleanliness and finish when we moved in, and the process of getting them to come fix issues is like pulling teeth. We've had to do a lot of the work ourselves, which is unacceptable for a house at this price point. Wish we could give a better review, but Pulte leaves us with little choice.

The house was constructed well within the time limit, they kept me informing about the updates. The sales person were good in accommodating requests. The builder and all the team were good to work with.

Overall the house is built well. I would encourage anyone to be picky and don’t let things slide just because it’s a new house. The finish work was just ok. And the attention to details was something to improve on. I would use them again with a more diligent approval.
