Great home overall and the process was easy.

We closed on a Pulte home in June of '24 and most of the home needed a greater attention to detail than what the home received. over two-thirds of the floor tile has too much grout, not enough grout, not leveled, damaged or has sharp corners. After the Warranty Manager confirmed the condition of tile three weeks, we have yet to be contacted about the status of our claim. Lots of damage and lingering stain to most of our floor trim boards throughout the home. It seems that the only issues that Pulte addresses are issues that they deem appropraite. The screen enclosure which encloses our pool was installed by Coast to Coast pools and they left two large gaps between the pavers and the screen. At least 10% of the Travertine pavers are not level. ... More

Great Location and homes In Trescott. Community and neighbors have been great!

We like how they draw the room and space but their own loan company no good. The member working so lazy and in professional. Don’t really helping and blaming. We had recorded everything they said while they working. When we closing, construction manager promised to fix stuff, but they take so long and the end they didn’t finished. So make sure you don’t closed until they fix all stuff first l. We didn’t get all fixed even we moved in more than 2 months already. They hiring careless people to build the home. They need to fix a lot small stuff.

All departments did a good job and we are happy with the final outcome.

Pulte is the worst decision I have ever made. They do not have proper leadership and management and all the house they built is of poor quality. The construction managers do not have knowledge on building quality house. We bought a home with Pulte and had lot of emergency issues with the house and the service team is a bogus that is not strong enough to support the customers. Our house is having a water leak and it is 5th day yet no one to help. Made enough calls and emails and tiered . The Sales Person was there for me the entire time and answered all my questions. The Construction Manager fulfilled all my requests and made sure things were accomplished as they should be.

We are loving our new home. Thought the transition would be difficult, but we are home!

When compared to other homes of same price, pulte is quality is far better.

Our sales rep Cindy for Pulte was amazing from the start, no issues with her. But Pulte, like other major home builders, build so fast, they don't have the man power to "police" the trades they use or the project manager doesn't do his job and misses things while the home is being built. If you are able to visit your home while its being built, i highly suggest you do. While we do like the home, there are things that should have been fixed prior to closing. The warranty dept and construction manager have been great getting the issues fixed. They are in the process of getting things fixed now, but it should have been done already. I would suggest when it comes to certain design choices, like flooring, if you can do it after you close on your home, do it, because the lvp flooring we picked we thought was a decent grade level and its not. Would have been easier for us to save the money and get what's included and do it after the fact. Every major home builder has pros and cons, but for the most part we love the home. ... More

Experience at first was a good but a lot of the selling point during our walkthrough was not true after house was built.

Finishing of my room garage was not appropriate. I found so many holes in garage and surfaces are uneven. Before closing I met ryan home supervisor. We found some small issues during inspection and he told me we will take care of everything. I request him to move outlet from bottom to top for TV. He promised us, he will definitely take care of that.It was very easy job. After closing of home I give him access of my home for few weeks to finish outlet job. After certain day he didn’t answer my call or text msg. He is lying to me and didn’t fulfill my request till today. Please advice everyone before closing make sure everything taking care. It's been almost 3 months where is my lawn

Buying experience was great. Yard grass was not that great, grass was sick and poor quslity

We have encountered numerous issues with our experience, which has been disappointing. While there has been some response to basic warranty items, other promises remain unfulfilled. Some of the repair work is just not satisfactory. There is no quality assurance being done. We have been occasionally lied to leading to frustration and a lack of confidence in you. Although we remain hopeful that things will improve, at this time, we are not satisfied with the current state of affairs. We sincerely hope that these outstanding issues will be addressed promptly and that future interactions will meet the expectations that were initially set. ... More

New condo, and after two weeks of closing, major leak in the house required the builder to open up sheet rock and fix the HVAC leak. Mold has started to grow and we could not use the house for 2 weeks. No courtesy or compensation for the trouble caused. Horrible.

We bought the model. Very well built house. A few small issues. All fixed. Summerlin West is OK

Great people all around. We always knew what was going on and what was next. Jerry Little was an awesome building manager and Courtney Heidik was amazing helping us along the design process

It was great. We love our home!

I am a new homeowner, and I must say moving all the way from New York to Florida Pulte made the process such an easy one. The construction manager Melvin who was in charge of my home went above and beyond in explaining everything about my new home from explaining the sprinkler system to how to change my air conditioner filter. I would 100x recommend my friends and family to buy their home thru this amazing company.

Our experience with Pulte was great from beginning to end. Our project manager was responsive throughout the whole process and they met the timing of our date. Our biweekly photo updates were very helpful during the build bc we were out of state clients so even though we couldn’t be there in person to see the progress, the photos really helped. Pulte is a solid home builder and we would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Our dream of being in SWFL is now a reality!

We paid a higher price for the property. The workmanship was ok.
