Product options really allow buyers to 'make the home design their own'. Along the way our construction supervisor explained the nuances of both our design choices as well as the standard build items. It was fun and we learned a lot.

The Experience I had was with buying a home with pulte was great

From the first day that we contacted Pulte it has been amazing how helpful and kind each person has been. Living in NY during the building process we thought we would miss the experience of seeing our home built but seeing how great the people are at Pulte that wasn’t the case. Our salesman John along with our superintendent Joey made sure they sent us pictures to keep us up to date. Fernando and Chris help us from the pre approval to closing making sure we had all the paperwork and items the underwriter would need. There were times we thought we wouldn’t get the loan because it was taking a long time but they always reassured us we were fine.
