From start to finish, this was a great experiencing building our new home. The Pulte team was great and very attentive to all of our questions.

The entire Pulte team made this buying experience seamless. Always quick to answer any questions and/or concerns, giving me updates with the progress all the way to closing. The sales team was exceptional and very professional at all times. The builders were always available even after I moved in to help with any issues, giving me the 5 ***** treatment. For instance, my builder gave me all the serial numbers on all the appliances making signing up with each vendor's warranty easier to enroll. Because of my buying experience, the quality of the home and the location of Gregg Ranch to Marble Falls and Austin, I now know 6 friends building a home in Gregg Ranch. Happy with the Pulte process

Pulte did a great job. The quality of my home was great and done timely even with raw material delays. I was very impressed

All the experiences with Pulte in the sales , design, construction and delivery were very pprofessional, helpful , correct and without hassel. The only excption was Pulte Mortgage, that experience was long and difficult due to inflexabilities, lack of attention to communications errors, and gaps in conveyance of information. But in the end they completed their part in time to close.

Wes Toombs and Dale were both wonderful- couldn’t haven done it without their help- thank you both for all the hard work and support!

Honestly, we love the house, but it was the people that really made the experience what it was. Wayne Austin was our sales rep and we really enjoyed our time with him. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the houses, and we just loved talking to him to general. Smyth Redfern was in charge of the home building and he was super impressive. Spent lots of time with us and educated us on the house and kept us updated on the progress. Also, someone we genuinely enjoyed talking to. We love our new house and it was a great experience all around.

We have been living in our new home for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it. The whole process start to finish was very smooth. The model we chose is very modern, and great for families. The walk in pantry and oversized mudroom is great to have with small children. We also love the planning center incorporated into the layout. It makes a great office while our flex room is being used as a playroom. It will make a great homework station when the kids are older and the flex room becomes an office. Only thing I wish was different is we had more time to think about structural options. We got the list of options at the meeting to sign our contract, So we had about an hour to go through the list and decide what we wanted. We wanted to add in vaulted ceilings 2 days later and were told it was too late, Which is okay. I just wish we had a few days to really think about it. Over all we are incredibly happy with out pulte experience. Our sales consultant was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. The building crew was also great. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Even after closing they are still very responsive with anything we need! We are very happy with our decision to build with Pulte ... More
