Overall its great, but can be improved a lot. Quality is not focused as much as on prices. Needs some re designs on some basic needs in the house. The basic options should change as prices are increased other wise the quality shows low.

The building process was very thorough. Our building manager was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was very involved in the process and ensured issues were corrected throughout the process as well.

Pulte was outstanding from first visit to the model homes until closing! Highly recommend!

We closed on 6/20/2024, but sadly there are still some issues to be resolved regarding our build and repairs.

Very friendly, responsive and customer focused team. The customer support manager has visited the house to check on items, and followed up with the third party contractor to ensure the sprinkler system, lawn is taken care for. Very impressed with the support system in place.

I had a very stressful and negative experience throughout the construction process. I received incorrect information about several items, and some things that were supposed to be completed by the closing date are still in progress. Additionally, items that were promised to be delivered were dismissed as mistakes by the sales team. These issues were not even listed in the attorney's documentation as deliverable items.

I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. The initial meeting went well we signed and during our construction process had three different people represent Pulte. House was built on schedule. The mortgage process was absolutely horrendous and horrible. We were not aware of our approval for the purchase of our house until 30 minutes before our closing. No one reached out to apologize. Well thought builder’s plan, nice look and neatly built. Clean inside out. I’m well pleased with Pulte homes.

Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.

From first viewing the model homes, to pre approval, through closing, everything with Pulte has been efficient and stress free! Great quality build. We love our new Pulte home.

Home is decent quality, however it feels fragile and not as sturdy as other homes. Walls are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Do not go with Pulte Mortgage as they are unresponsive and were pretty negligent during the process.

Entire home appears to have been finished as quickly as possible, with countless interior areas overlooked. Required tons of manual cleanup and touchup afterwards, as Pulte is essentially impossible to get ahold of after closing. Even if you get in touch with them (after several repeated emails), they become unresponsive again and do not address any issues. The other many negative reviews on this site are true. Drywall work was far from perfect, with plenty of visible seams and poorly covered-up mistakes. Windows were scratched and cracked. Cabinets had countless dents and holes. Buying experience was good overall, but not impress with the quality workmanship and materials for the price of the house.

Incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuations, unclean flooring (with paint stains everywhere), bad paint job (revealing drywall), and uneven walls. This is our second home with Pulte, and the quality has significantly deteriorated.

I have not received a prompt response from anyone at Pulte except from the construction manager. Below are some issues I have faced and still facing. 1. I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue with my mailbox setup that has not been resolved since my closing date on June 4, 2024. During the closing, I was provided with mailbox keys; however, the mailbox was not properly set up, and I have been unable to access it using the keys provided. Subsequently, the mailbox was changed, but I am still not receiving any mail from USPS. I have contacted both the builder and USPS to resolve this issue. USPS has informed me that the builder is responsible for labeling the mailboxes and setting up the master keys for USPS access. In contrast, the builder has indicated that they have completed the mailbox setup and that I need to follow up with USPS. As a result, USPS personnel have been coming to deliver mail but leaving without doing so because the mailboxes lack proper labeling and master keys. I am currently having to visit USPS in person to collect my mail, and I am uncertain when this issue will be resolved. This situation is causing significant inconvenience. 2. The Pulte assured me that lawn care would be covered under the HOA services, with payments collected through December 31, 2024, as part of the closing process. Despite my numerous follow-ups, the lawn care service only began on August 8, 2024, rather than the promised start date of June 4, 2024. It appears that the builder either failed to notify the HOA manager in a timely manner to start the service, leading to this unacceptable delay. 3. The green grass mats have not been laid out properly, leaving numerous gaps and uneven areas scattered across the yard. Additionally, the ground is uneven, with noticeable height variations and dips throughout. Despite reporting these issues to the construction manager, only some of the gaps have been addressed, and many problems remain unresolved. I also reported the situation to the construction team, and while a representative came to assess the issue, he promised to follow up with a solution. However, I have yet to receive any further response or action. This lack of resolution is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration. 4. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with how the issue of including my wife on the property title was handled. When I began the process of contracting and securing the loan, I was informed that my wife's name was not required on the initial documents in order to later add her to the title. Based on this information, I proceeded with the process as advised. However, on the closing date, the attorney informed us that they had not received the necessary documents from Pulte to add my wife's name to the title. Despite the attorney reaching out to Pulte to address this, Pulte stated that they could not resend the documents with my wife’s name included. As a result, we had to proceed with a deed instead of having her directly added to the title as originally planned. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as it was not handled according to our expectations and the initial guidance we received. once you move in, radio silence! cant get anything done that was suppose to be completed before closing

The experience started out poorly when we were forced to accept a design that included windows in master bedroom which was not part of the original design. It seems odd that the city can require windows without owners approval. It changes interior design quite a bit. I thought the trades were very sloppy during construction with little cleanup being done a little concern for the next trades coming in. Our construction manager Dustin was wonderful to work with and had to correct numerous mistakes. In the end we were satisfied with the house but Dustin had to do quite a bit of follow up.

Our builder would often promise to get back to us and never would. Before closing, he stated that items on our punch list would be fixed. One issue was fixed very poorly and I’ve reached out the warranty rep many, many times to be addressed and it still has not been corrected. Another issue he stated was fixed very clearly never was. The quality of work overall is mid level.

Our construction manager, Charlotte, was on top of every detail and kept us updated on the progress on a weekly basis!
