Pulte Homes sales (Peggy) construction/ operations (Mark / Shea) outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism, detail oriented and a positive customer experience. Where the company needs work is there design center , mortgage co and after purchase concierge service. Overall, Pulte builds a beautiful, well constructed home.

Buying a Pulte home was an all around good experience. Staff members we worked with were extremely helpful and professional.

We had an excellent experience with Pulte. The quality of the building materials and the construction process were top-notch. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Paul, our construction manager, was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He calmed any concerns we had. The only minor downside was the price of the home, which is higher due to Bidenomics.

Drew was very responsive to questions issue before and even after closing.

Great customer service and resolve the issue quickly. Exterior quality is fabulous.

Mike was a very helpful engineer when we walked through the house

Lots of time and energy on the homeowner. Pulte project managers seem overworked so the only person keeping an eye out on your house is you. At the very minimum, we had to stop at our house once a week so we knew at least someone was monitoring quality. During our build, we told our project manager that our floors squeaked and was told by him that the floors would not squeak anymore once they install the LVP and carpet. WRONG! We move in and all throughout our house, it is nice and squeaky and reminds me of our 1930s apartment floor we were renting. We hired a third party inspector who showed us we had mold all throughout the drywall in the basement (lots!!, we have pictures) and we had to also point out to Pulte we had no attic insulation 10 days before closing. I would have a lot less gray hairs if Pulte had done quality checks themselves throughout the entire build. Our first project Manager Lisa was very underqualified and luckily we got Jason. Jason was miles better but we could tell Pulte had him managing a lot of homes so even he was missing issues in our home. At the end of the day, an overworked Jason over Lisa was fair better quality. We are not happy that Pulte took out a sidewalk panel and decided to pour a new panel and get rid of excess concrete all over the grass. How do you expect grass to grow with chunks of concrete?? Sloppy. Our dishwasher has not worked a single day since moving in. Sure, the cycle runs but the soap pod is found in the bottom every time we attempt. Why isn’t this someone Pulte checks before handing us the keys!! Lastly, the two required trees out front are very dead and that’s what Pulte gave us. I used an app to identify the tree and it told me the trees were unhealthy. These cost hundreds of dollars to replace and Pulte doesn’t take responsibility for installing dying landscape. ... More

Pulte Mortgage gives you hard time each email sent you have to start from the beginning and explain everything from Starting. From my experience I prefer to look to search for more professional Mortgage Co.

As first-time home builders, my wife and I were both excited and a little nervous about the process, but working with Pulte Homes made the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the initial purchase through the architectural decisions, design center selections, and all the way to the final move-in, the Pulte team communicated with us every step of the way. Of course, there were moments of "hurry up and wait," which I imagine is part of any building process, but overall, the journey was managed well. In terms of quality and value, we are thrilled with our new home. It’s beautiful and feels like a high-quality build. While no home is perfect, Pulte has been incredibly responsive to any issues we've encountered, both during the closing process and after moving in. Their service team has reassured us that any concerns will be addressed promptly, and they’ve followed through. Special recognition goes to our build partners, Charmain, Nick, Sam, and Chris. These four were truly the MVPs of our experience. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured we felt confident and happy with each step of the build. They genuinely cared about making sure we loved everything about our new home, and it showed. For anyone considering Pulte as their builder, we can’t recommend them enough. The design and build process was enjoyable, and the final result still leaves us in awe—we can hardly believe this beautiful home is ours! Wish a better product was delivered. Multiple issues from windows and house numbers not centered to sand in the plumbing causing little or no water pressure at fixtures. Too many issues to feel confident with the quality of the home. If Pulte offered a buy back program. We might be interested.

The entire process was simple and easy. Sam was phenomenal. He walked us through the process and kept us motivated. He was more excited for us than we were. And the builder Dallas was exceptional. He called me once a week and kept me updated on the building of the house. I was so pleased. Sam and Dallas are a great team. I’m in love with my new house. Sam, Dallas, and Pulte are the BEST!

It was our first time buying a home and it was a pretty smooth and painless experience. Probably the most frustrating part was going back and forth with the lenders giving them the information they needed for the loan, but I hear that's a pretty common thing. Everything else was really great. People were very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

Overall great . Pulte mortgage could have been better in communication that’s the only down side

The experience started with the sales agent Caroline. She was friendly, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We particularly liked that we could sit with her and get immediate feedback on the cost of each option we chose. Choosing the finishes in their display center was also a great experience. We could see and touch samples of all the options and again got immediate feedback on cost. During the build we had almost weekly updates on progress. We had opportunities to meet both construction managers. The final finishes were exactly what we had hoped. Derek was very helpful in the final walk thru and was very responsive. Overall they exceeded our expectations. The only thing to note is that the choice of finishes is somewhat limited but you have options from economy to high end. ... More

Start to finish this has been a very good experience for us. Good communication. Our sales person was outstanding and our construction manager kept us in the loop the entire time we will recommend Pulte homes in this area to anybody I know.

The house is great. Some roofing and carpentry repairs need to be made and some appliances don’t work. Pulte is good at coming out to see what’s wrong. The appliances are harder to get ahold of some to fix.

Good support from all team members, was only disappointed with mortgage team

We have been here over a month in our new home and we can’t fully move in because of all the issues with this home drywall fixes, paint on our new $28,000 floors, electrical, plumbing, concrete, painting. This has been a nightmare. Pulte’s finish work is the worst I’ve ever seen. We would never buy another Pulte home or recommend them to anyone

From the beginning to move-in, we could not have had a better experience. Jimmy helped us plan it and Taylor made our dream come true! We had concerns because we were living in Savannah and could not monitor how the home was coming along. Taylor assured me that he would build me what was planned. He offered to call me each week and update me on the progress and he did! Every week he (or he & Jimmy) would call and send pictures to my phone. Who does that? Even after we have moved in, he has checked on us and offered assistance with any questions. I could not have had a better experience.

We’ve had a pretty good experience. All issues have been minor and resolved. I’m thankful we opted for a third party inspection as many issues were discovered at that time. All of them were addressed however.

Very good quality and responsive local support.

We were very happy overall with our home, but were a little annoyed that there was so much to ask for fixing in our first and second walkthroughs. This includes the kitchen sink being wrong. But after we moved in we were very disappointed with all the quality control issues. We found many problems, but by far the worst was they installed a window in our bathroom and then DRYWALLED OVER IT. We could t believe it and didn’t find the window until we took a towel rack off the wall and could literally see our neighbors house through the holes. In trying to get in touch with the service department, their phone didn’t work at all every single time we called over weeks and they didn’t respond to emails either. We were so upset we eventually contacted Pulte corporate and the wheels finally started to turn. Having gone through Lennar before, I was much happier with that experience and am a little jaded on Pulte now. But we will hopefully get it all fixed well and still enjoy our new home. ... More

1) Quality of material used is not good in some places 2) Front patio has damage and patched with different color cement 3) There is small hole near to front door did not fixed 4) Asked to fix Front door color, George messed up and painted different color all together and still see some sport of old color 5) Kitchen cabinets are not installed properly, still see some gap which looks like it is broken 6) On Stair case railing I showed damage, Initially I was told will fix it, now he is saying we can not fix it, this is very worst 7. Master bathroom Towel handler is not installed, called multiple times he is not picking my calls at all, even not responding to messages 8. There is a hole in on OSB in garage, I asked to remove that OSB and add new one during construction, but that is not fixed, while closing they simply added stud piece and said that's all we can do, I did not feel like buying new home, I felt like used home with patches 9) Garage stair case railing used scrap wood not even used good wood. 10. I asked for Paint samples, that also not given till now 11) Still there are holes in soil and keeps getting synced, not taken care properly If I write up list keeps adding, before closing issue identified Gerorge and Ed tired to fix issue, but they are not permanent issues and temp fixes, which felt me bad about my experience with Pulte, I heard lot about this company but it was very bad experience I had.
