My construction mgr., Julian B., was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend him and Pulte Homes to other buyers. The follow-up after the close was very much appreciated.

The construction manager Rob was very informative and helpful and professional . Trinh in the office was very knowledgeable and professional from the first time I visited bay 37 throughout the whole process.

The home buying process was clear and the salespeople are wonderful human beings!

Angelica did a great job of presenting our options and her communication was top notch throughout every step of the process. Brittany was in charge of our build and responded promptly to each of our concerns and questions. I really think the amazing quality of our build was due to her oversight and it gave us confidence during the entire build that things were being done correctly. Justin helped during the final walk address each of the few "touch-up" issues we had. After one month, we have had no issues and love our new build. I don’t even know where to begin, I probably wouldn’t go with another pulte home if I had to. Scraps left behind in my new house when I moved in, work wasn’t completed correctly. Basically no effort in making sure it was fixed correctly. Dustin yelling at my partner for having concerns over the quality of the work done on the house. Honestly it was the quality of the craftsmanship of the house that soured the whole process for me.

Our home was built with quality materials and top-notch workmanship. We are so grateful for the finished product, and the entire team that helped get us to this point. Our Easley model, with structural changes to add a Flex room and additional bathroom, was the perfect choice for our growing family!

So far so good with our house

We had an amazing experience working with Sandra (sell manager) and Ryan the builder, and later on with Alex. All three were very professional and trustworthy. Fixing small and large problems immediately. And we had some large issues but they were fixed stress free. Awesome job, people! Love my new home!

Slow response times to follow up request for fixing or repairing things.

The quality of the work is not as expected. There are numerous issues, including uneven drywalls with visible hiccups. Additionally, the painting has not been done properly; touching the walls reveals marks.

We really want to thank Shaun, Derek, Marissa and the team for making the building of our first home a breeze. We had no idea about what the process would entail and the building process with Pulte was so straightforward that we knew exactly what each next step was. More importantly, we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way and the team was responsive to any concerns or questions we had even after closing.

Little upsetting on the broken water pipe that should’ve been caught before I moved into the home. However the repairs were quick. The garage door doesn’t have a weather seal which I will have to submit a request on. Other than that, the home is great.

Great people good quality home

Many stages about the experience were excellent. Clean up of unit just prior to moving in was just satisfactory. Flooring not cleaned well & if it had been done, Pulte would have noticed one section of the flooring was covered with some construction spillage & unwanted material. Response to resolve very disappointing.

The contract process was great. Terry in double branch was very informative and communicative and everything was great. Our first construction manager, Sonny, was also great and gave us timely updates. Our second construction manager, Matt, pretty much ghosted us. We were halfway across the county and really looked forward to the updates, but they just stopped. Our third construction manager (That's right we had 3), Justin was much better and sent updates and responded to all questions. However, there was a list of things that needed to be fixed prior to closing, which I was promised was fixed, that after living here for a month, were clearly not fixed. The roof was leaking prior to closing, was told it was fixed. It certainly wasn't. Some of my walls were missing insulation, not fixed until well after closing. Floors were uneven. Still are. As a remote buyer, it helped to have "eyes" and consistent progress updates from the site superintendent. Responsiveness to questions, concerns, or follow ups have been handled or are being handled by the team. A lot of things go into building a home and understand that usually at the mercy of several trades and people to make it come together. Perfection is the goal but not a reality usually but fixing things that should be done well and right is why you purchase things from certain companies or people. The Pulte Homes did a great job for us. The team was efficient and quick. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. Definitely, I will recommend others as well. If someone is searching for the best construction company for custom home building. Trust Pulte Homes. They were really very easy to work with.

Once our closing was complete, the response to the issues are way too slow Had to contact them numerous times.

The supervisor overseeing our building was phenomenal. Great job!

After evaluating multiple builders Pulte was a stand out. The home designs and overall track record were clearly unmatched. Throughout the building process it was simple, clear, and very easy. Working with the sales, design, and construction teams was awesome and I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone considering a new construction home.

Pulte home design layout are practical, their workmanship is great, overall price wise it’s an excellent build, will definitely choose Pulte for next purchase.

My mom bought a modeled at Winding Meadows in apopka and we received the house not in yhe quality expected. New flooring had paint stain, electrical wiring to the front door has issues, front porch pavers unsteady and coming apart, we contacted the office and the fix the issues. For the past 2 months, we received the water bill almost $350. When we investigated the issue further come to find out we are watering the HOA side of the lawn as well and that has a leak. There’s been issues after issues. It’s making it hard to enjoy this house.

Don't close on a Pulte house if you have ANY outstanding issues! It is impossible to get them resolved after they have your money. We have been waiting 2 months for them to replace sod that was dead when we closed. They won't fix the creaky floor until our one year mark (or if they fix it now, they won't fix any more creaking caused by settling in the future). They claim all the uneven pavers on our lanai are "within tolerance". Ditto for the uneven floor in the kitchen, which had to be leveled by the flooring installers we hired after closing. We should have worried when the wrong second floor materials were delivered AND INSTALLED before anyone noticed (they then had to rip out a whole section and redo it - probably causing the creaking floors now!). There are little things too - both other new home builders we have purchased from provided touch up paint, but not Pulte! The upgraded toilet handles that came when we upgraded faucets are too big for the toilets and are marking up the lids! We thought this was a more luxury builder, but they are not. Be very diligent about checking up on the house during construction and make sure there are no outstanding issues when you close! ... More
