It was our first experience buying a home , so we decided to buy a new one , because all the time we were involved in the building process, being in place during the process or they send you photos showing you how the house is taking shape with the days , so during that time we were informed by the builder manager of each step during the week , such you can approve or disapprove a work well or bad done , Talking about the price , it is much more than fair believe me , and the mortgage process was very easy and kind the mortgage Dept was is eager to help you in any doubt to make it easier for you , The best interest rates . From the sales consultant (Mike Egan) to our construction manager (Oscar Escobar) we felt like we were treated like VIPS! We’ve since learned by talking to neighbors that they treat EVERYONE THIS WAY! Both were complete professionals and advised when we had design/ choice questions. They’re both experts in their respective fields and are the best of the best. The DREAM TEAM!

Pulte Homeservices are great, I mean the quality of the home are excellent and if you are lucky enough you will be working with Joe, he is the best part of the whole entire house experience. He was there when we need him and answered any questions about any concerns that we might have, he really made our experience easier and worthy!!! If I had to build another home I wish that we had the same luck of working with someone like him, someone that makes every effort to make sure that we were satisfied and happy!!! Thanks Joe!!!

The building takes pride in their work. We had a congratulations walk-thru which was wonderful. We learned about the until, it systems, etc. and was told that we would have another inspection within one year!

reliability and responsibility with delivery time

Great experience overall with Pulte!

I experienced an issue after I moved in and the field managers (Tim and Javier) both assisted me with the process to get the issue remedied. I had gone through warranty but both personally came to my door to inspect and deeply apologize for any trouble. Javier and Tim would also drop by to check in on the process as well as text me to see if everything was OK. At times, while I walking my dogs, I would bump into them and, like family, they would always say hello and ask if all is well. I feel well taken care and much enjoying my beautiful amazing home.

Great experience with the home so far and the entire Pulte team has been very helpful throughout the whole process!
