The field manager worked so closely with me to ensure I knew what was happening, addressed concerns promptly, etc. Excellent communication. Also, I was so extremely expressed with all the crews that worked here. The were ambitious, conscientious, and had excellent attitudes, often working on weekends as well. Weather did not stop them - during brutal cold they continued to frame and roof my house, as well as landscape etc. during 90 degree weather.

We purchased our home virtually using Facetime. Once the purchase was completed we had scheduled calls, bi-weekly photo updates and lots of emails. We were a bit nervous not being there in person, turned out to be an amazing experience. We love our new home.

I have had seven homes built since 1976. During the past 9 months, I had constant communication with the realtor and the contractor Jake. I was called every week to get an update on the progress of the house. I was given clear communication regarding the closing, the closing costs and the two walked throughs that occurred prior to the closing to evaluate work needing to be done. I have especially been pleased with the warranty program. Once the house was completed, I just submitted an email with photos and Josh is at my house making sure things get taken care of.
