I’m very happy with my current home from Pulte Homes. This is actually the second home I’ve purchased from Pulte Homes in the last 8 years, which says a lot about my overall satisfaction with the quality of their homes and communities. The construction quality, floor plans, and overall customer experience have all been positive for me. The sales person Carlos Sánchez is AMAZING!!! The construction manager Lorenzo is great!!! PULTE mortgage always a DESASTER! Deal breakers! I am a home buyer in your community and realtor of 4 potential qualified buyers that just one closed. PULTE Mortgage is a deal breaker!! Must go out of business. PULTE Title was good.

HVAC problems

The house and neighborhood is nice. I’m currently struggling with the hvac. This is a 3 story home. If you want to cool the 3rd floor the 1st and 2nd are COLD. The temperature difference is over 10 degrees. All solutions online talk about the need for a damper system, which you didn’t install. This is very disappointing

Home quality food. Poorly installed appliances. HVAC running over 160 kwh daily before myself even moving in. Empty unit with AC temp set to 80 degrees leading to electric bill over $800!! Warranty customer service takes days to reply and weeks to do anything. Losing money daily as a result of poor installation and worse customer service warranty response

It was a great experience overall. Almost all the workers were very responsive including the Building manager, sales agent etc. Only had some issues with the interior designers. There should be more flexibility while choosing the options. Hope that customer service will continue to help if new issues pop up.

We truly love the Pulte model, and some of our friends also own Pulte homes as well. However, the quality of workmanship in our home feels somewhat different from what we have seen in other Pulte homes. We feel the build quality could have been better, with more attention to detail and a more perfection-focused finish throughout the home.
