I highly recommend buying a Pulte home. Quality built home and great staff to work with.

My Pulte sales rep, Kim J, did not sell me my home, rather she showed me what living in a Pulte home could be. She was honest and supportive and ensured that we got our dream home in an incredible community. Couldn’t be happier!

I’m very pleased with our new house. I found that at every step from the sales office on site to the construction manager and then the follow up to finalize outstanding issues the team to be very responsive and timely in taken corrective action when needed. We’ve been here a little over a month now and I believe we’re set.

Our salesperson Cheryl was very pleasant to do business with. She explained the options available in the home we selected and she explained the building process including time frames. Our home was completed earlier than promised. Our construction manager Josh kept us informed with weekly videos of the building stages.Josh was very helpful and took time to answer our questions via zoom, phone and email. We were out of state purchasers. My wife is very pleased with the upgraded kitchen and the home is beautiful. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Pulte homes. Thank you.

We first began our purchase with Ryan. He was great to work with and very personable and knowledgeable. We then transitioned to Dave, who was also great to work with through to the finish line. Dave kept us up to speed on the progress of our new home. We also had a great experience with our construction foreman, Shawn. He was terrific through the entire build process. Shawn ensured that everything was done according to our contract and went above and beyond our expectations. We were not physically able to do our in person walk through during construction, so Shawn conducted a video call with us and went through the entire exterior and interior inspection and answered all our questions satisfactorily, and then some. He would also check in periodically with any questions he may have had and to ensure the construction work was being done to our satisfaction. Once our new home was completed, Shawn again conducted a tour of both the outside and inside or our home explaining where everything was (in wall pest system, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and ensured we understood how everything worked and what would require periodic maintenance. It is not an understatement to say Shawn is the best!!! Thank you Shawn. As for the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She was professional, personable and easy to work with. She ensured we knew exactly what was needed from us and what to expect for the closing. As for Angela, the same cannot be said for her. She was rude, offered very little when answering our questions and acted as though we were an inconvenience. She should not be working with the public in any type of customer service environment. The entire Pulte experience was exceptional. Everything was geared toward the customer. From working through the sale with Amanda, who was extremely knowledge and accommodating - the title, closing and even the insurance were seamless. Post sale the project manager Cody was there and made himself available for every question and request. It was a job well done be the entire team

Great home builder! Purchased a new construction home with Pulte in the Atlanta area. The whole Pulte team, from sales person, to builder, to mortgage team were fantastic to work with. Excellent built quality! Very responsive to questions and concerns. So glad to have them build my first home!

It was a great experience buying home from Pulte community. Coordination, timely communication from engineers, service follow-ups, loan buying options and home closing etc over all it was flawless experience.

I have purchased several new-construction homes over the last 40 years and this Pulte home was by far the most pleasurable experience of them all. Working with my agent Jessica, we moved back to Southern California from Carmel, CA and selected Menifee and the Pulte Cimarron Ridge community after reviewing several others in the area. Working with our Pulte sales rep Steve was super easy and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and responsive contact. We got the exact home, in design and location that we had hoped for. Also Nino, our construction manager, was really great as he took care to deliver our new home as if it was his own, correcting little things that we hadn’t even noticed. Closing was a breeze. Even after we moved in our Customer Service Rep, Nathan has been super responsive to my questions and requests. Just a great buying experience! I purchased a new build with a suite of Pulte associated companies / services (title, mortgage, etc) and the process was smooth. Build quality is good for the price though there are more restrictions on customizing than other builders (more expensive for those though), but I would highly recommend Pulte to support adding floor outlets in the study, since I would imagine that most people nowadays would have laptops or PCs in their study. Regardless, it has been a good and painless process.

Everyone at Pulte was helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through all of the processes and were responsive to our questions and requests. It was refreshing to see the pride and enthusiasm that Pulte representatives take in their work and I continue to recommend this builder highly to friends in the market for a new home.

Pulte and the team at Blacktail have been absolutely exceptional. Brandon and Anthony have been stellar and very personable which has made the process much more enjoyable from start to the finish. I could not of asked for better people to work with as I get situated in my new home. I always say it’s the little things in life and Brandon and Anthony are just that, on top of an incredible home by Pulte!

Everything has been great so far.
