We built with Pulte following a mostly positive experience building our last house with them, as I valued their warranty and transparency about the building process. This time around I was even more impressed. I found this experience even more positive this time around. Mike was very helpful and kept of informed about lot availability and, early on in the building process, the timeline. We had an awesome experience with Holly during the purchase of our last house in Ave, which is why we ended up building our second home with Pulte, and Mike continued to exceed our high expectations. What clearly distinguished this process from our last was the work of Oscar, who was a cut above our last contractor. His communication, transparency, and dedication throughout the building process cannot be praised enough. He always kept us informed, patiently and continually responded to an array of stupid questions, and went beyond what we expected in order to guarantee that we would love the house. The best thing about building with Pulte was working with Mike McGraw, Michael Zaski and Marissa Haley. Any time an issue would come up they would get it resolved fast. They always made themselves available to address any concerns we had with the building process. Because of that we would build again with Pulte. Both Mikes and Marissa knew what they were doing and they went above and beyond to make our home buying/building easier.

The house is high quality, a few minor issues were taken care of by the builder's excellent customer care team.
