Felt rushed in making decisions and not allowed to make changes.

Not Very happy with the quality of work

The homes are not worth the price. They are made of cheap materials.

I had a couple issues not fixed when asked to. I didnt really make a big deal out of it since it was mostly cosmetic issues but either i feel like it should have been resolved.

Community was excellent and I love my first home with Pulte

Quality is not worth the price A/C units should be on the roof for noise control not on your porch Hot water system should be circulating and not wasting water and time waiting for hot water

Quality of materials and workmanship is just OK. Subpar if you look closely at the details. Once you close, it’s nearly impossible to get them to do anything for the warranty repairs.

Overall experience is good however when you buy please ask about the details on what’s there on surrounding as for me I noticed no one mentioned there is a gas line going along with my house and the my area not being accessible due to that even though it falls under me part n parcel.

Warranty does not include irrigation system

Buying from Pulte was easy and fast and the whole team in customer service has been wonderful to communicate with.

I’m more frustrated with the electrical system/workmanship of my house. I feel like I’m not getting my money worth. I should not be dealing with so much issues with my house. I am having to take too much time off from work to wait for service staff to work on my house repeatedly with failed results. I bought a home with Castlerock home builder in October 2020 and I have not requested anything from their house warranty till today. Something is seriously wrong with Pulte Electrical system service.

Sales (Jason), Construction (Hayden) and Title (Jennifer) were all efficient, helpful and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. We love outr Pulte home!

This was our first home, and Chad and Alison made the process a breeze. Chad was especially diligent throughout the building process, and felt like he went above and beyond to get us into the right house, and keep us posted on updates. If I could give 6-stars to Alison, I would. Not only did she make things perfect for us before we moved in, but made sure that pending items from the inspection were still completed. We had a couple of issues pop-up after closing, and I was impressed at her persistence to address immediately. The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. The builder was great, he responded to any questions, requests and concerns I might have had. What I would tell any home buyer is Pulte is a builder you can trust!

Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. Thank you so much for taking care of everything, Rosanne, your support means a lot to us, thank you again!

The entire home building process was stellar with Pulte homes. The project manager, Griffin, was extremely professional and very responsive to my concerns. Being a second time new home buyer, I would certainly use this builder again.

The craftsmanship on the home was excellent. The landscaping was very good. But...the trash was everywhere and blew into our yard daily from new construction across the street for weeks! Food rappers, coffee cups, junk. Very unsanitary. Disgusting. Sloppy workers

My himeboying experince in the initial phases with Ed was great! However I was urged by neighbors not to sign closing until all repairs are made. I wish I would have listened. It’s been five weeks since I moved in and a lot of my major issues which were all cosmetic in nature have not been addressed. Pulte was happy to take my money, but has been very slow in making the cosmetic repairs in my home. I would give my overall experience 2 stars

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales representative was very knowledgeable & informative, not just during the initial sales but throughout the construction period. The site manager was also well informed and responsive. We are now working with the warranty representative & he too is very responsive and very helpful. I feel Pulte really cares about the customers and they built us a really beautiful home. We retired and this is our forever home and we look forward to many happy years in it.

Overall, house is great. The house has minor issues we have to fix ourselves like tightening bathtub faucets, paint that was missed. Bigger items were fixed via warranty. communication was clear for things that were progressing but issues that arose were not communicated unless you hassled them. When you invest a large amount of money into a house, you’d expect it to be flawless to which it was not.

The entire Pulte team made the purchasing process painless and seamless. Each department from buying/touring properties, financing, mortgage, to working with my construction manager, and finally closing all went better than expected. The entire team was very communicative and responsive.
