The buying experirence was superb until it came to closing. The price submitted to the county was incorrect and to be perfectly clear this was discuss with the Pulte representative before closing and she froze on this issue or opted to do nothing. Now my taxes are not incorrect. Further I overpaid money at the closing over a month ago and still have not received my refund due to overpayment. Help! I think Pulte can do better! I require your help in fixing this issues including the somewhat minor repairs conveyed to Pulte at closing.

We relocated from Wisconsin; thrilled to move into a brand new home. However, we were hit with a sobering reality that a new home doesn’t mean that the builder put any care into the home. We moved into a home with broken cabinets, literal holes in the flooring, pealing paint, pools of water in the lanai, electrical sockets not properly installed, improperly installed doorbell, mismatched windows, parade of ants, cheap appliances, and a sheer lack of care for the build of this home! We are left heartbroken for selling out beautiful home in Wisconsin for THIS! Would not recommend Pulte!

For the most part the experience has been good . But we have drainage issues on the side yards and asked to have people look at it with no response.

I’m very pleased with our new house. I found that at every step from the sales office on site to the construction manager and then the follow up to finalize outstanding issues the team to be very responsive and timely in taken corrective action when needed. We’ve been here a little over a month now and I believe we’re set.

I had a horrible experience with both Victoria in the sales office as well as Monica at Pulte mortgage. Victoria was rude and unhelpful and frequently used terms like “breach of contract” as a bully tactic. Monica at Pulte mortgage was often confused and had conflicting information, often calling me when she was trying to call another customer. Even at closing, she incorrectly told me my closing was on hold even though it had been given the clear to close because she had the wrong information. The house is beautiful but the experience with purchasing it was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone. ... More

Our salesperson Cheryl was very pleasant to do business with. She explained the options available in the home we selected and she explained the building process including time frames. Our home was completed earlier than promised. Our construction manager Josh kept us informed with weekly videos of the building stages.Josh was very helpful and took time to answer our questions via zoom, phone and email. We were out of state purchasers. My wife is very pleased with the upgraded kitchen and the home is beautiful. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Pulte homes. Thank you.

No any good park only one park near to my house builder didn’t spend any good amount on park I do not like at all I miss Taylor Morrison community home I moved from no view nothing if you wanna live under roof then it’s fine that’s all I can say sorry for this review

We first began our purchase with Ryan. He was great to work with and very personable and knowledgeable. We then transitioned to Dave, who was also great to work with through to the finish line. Dave kept us up to speed on the progress of our new home. We also had a great experience with our construction foreman, Shawn. He was terrific through the entire build process. Shawn ensured that everything was done according to our contract and went above and beyond our expectations. We were not physically able to do our in person walk through during construction, so Shawn conducted a video call with us and went through the entire exterior and interior inspection and answered all our questions satisfactorily, and then some. He would also check in periodically with any questions he may have had and to ensure the construction work was being done to our satisfaction. Once our new home was completed, Shawn again conducted a tour of both the outside and inside or our home explaining where everything was (in wall pest system, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and ensured we understood how everything worked and what would require periodic maintenance. It is not an understatement to say Shawn is the best!!! Thank you Shawn. As for the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She was professional, personable and easy to work with. She ensured we knew exactly what was needed from us and what to expect for the closing. As for Angela, the same cannot be said for her. She was rude, offered very little when answering our questions and acted as though we were an inconvenience. She should not be working with the public in any type of customer service environment. Thankfully we had very little interaction with her. All in all, we are extremely happy with the builder, quality of materials and construction of our new home. ... More

Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! They were attentive to detail, quick to respond, understood our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Allyson from the design center was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. Judy, from the title team, was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive. We know there are many more team members involved in this process working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are extremely grateful to all of them! Thank you. One feedback we would like to provide is to consider painting the garage a fresh coat of paint after completion. Needless to say, our overall experience was a positive one and we would not hesitate to choose Pulte again and hope they are able to rectify the minor inconveniences through a process like this. After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More

The entire Pulte experience was exceptional. Everything was geared toward the customer. From working through the sale with Amanda, who was extremely knowledge and accommodating - the title, closing and even the insurance were seamless. Post sale the project manager Cody was there and made himself available for every question and request. It was a job well done be the entire team

We expected that all of the issues we pointed out in our walk thru would be addressed before our final walk thru. Instead it was pushed to warranty. We were under a time crunch and we didn’t feel the same urgency from Pulte. When we moved in we were glad to have the warranty though as there were lots of issues that we found after moving in.

Great home builder! Purchased a new construction home with Pulte in the Atlanta area. The whole Pulte team, from sales person, to builder, to mortgage team were fantastic to work with. Excellent built quality! Very responsive to questions and concerns. So glad to have them build my first home!

overall the team was not supportive or helpful 1- sale representative was encouraging us to sign very fast ,making use of English as second language .so we singed in day #1 for remolding we didn't require , and just on the next day when we went back to cancel he said it is not possible ( in other words did not give the enough information regarding the pricing , what is already there , and what the upgrades ) 2- The mortgage company had a very bad communication that cost us $1800 although i had contacted several times and they explained that i have no problem in my end 3- on the of home inspection we have been treated very bad and i reported the incidence against the project manger , who was very unprofessional and almost kicked us from our property 4- we have been requested 5 work order only two was taken care of , and up to the minute we have no date has been issued to address the remaining work orders.( almost a month ) 5- our garage door opens by itself , the customer care came and tried to fix it but instead it now opens more frequent now we are unsafe because f the garage door open by itself , I cant leave the home unattended, which affect our work schedule. and terrifying the kids . Finally , we got the property at the same as market value but the other companies provide their customers with a very good customer services , address their concern , and treat them as a valuable customer before and after the closing the other companies have a better finishing overall, and a really good customer care thank you, ... Buying our new home was a great experience! Everyone went above and beyond helping us with our decisions! Looking forwatd to many happy years here.

Bob and Nick has done a great job in always keeping us up to date about the house improvement, especially that we were out of state. We are very pleased with them.

The work is very rough, and one door does not close after 2 months of use. A beam is skewed a bit as well. Kind rough for the work to be done here

A couple of suggestions for future builds. The door to the water closet in the master bath should open OUT, not in. It would have been nice for the home to have some basic window blinds and lights/fans as Lennar has done. Those are things that are needed immediately at move in and added around $4000 to our cost.

Overall the whole process was pretty easy and the people were great to work with

Lack of communication and poor craftsmanship was the biggest issue.

I had a great experience with my construction manager assigned for the build of my home. Andre was great to work with during the entire process of the build of my new home.

The sale was not honest when I.purchased the home remotely and I had no option but to finalize the purchase because I already sold my old house and I was very disappointed in the way Manager handle my complaints because they simply doesn't care.
