Great place, well thought design

Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

No sense of urgency to resolve issues raised. Closing was delayed as a result. Walk through items never followed up on. When walking with the CM to close items, majority of items not compete and evident the CM was not following up to ensure complete. Pulte sales agent did not honor items in contract and threatened to go to litigation over a small issue. Rather than honoring purchase agreement, a credit was provided and I had to perform work after closing.

Bad experience, bad customer service, way overpriced, stay away and be aware!…

During and after the completion of our home Chuck the foreman kept in touch and took care of all our concerns, which were few. This was our 9th home purchase and by far was the best experience.

Pulte stands by the timeline.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. I have had some minor issues since moving in that were addressed very quickly. However, I texted the construction manager 2 weeks ago with a question and have not heard from him as of yet. Not sure if he is on vacation or what. The workmanship is overall very good, however, I would have liked a better quality paint on the walls. It seems like I get a smudge on the wall just by looking at it.

Everyone was great in the experience EXCEPT Carlos! Other than that Pulte should include a KitchenAid standing mixer if customers purchase the KitchenAid package. These surveys have no validity. They dont measure what is intended to be measured.

Over all it was a pretty good experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got my house done and Brian was great throughout the whole process!

Our entire experience with buying a Pulte home was smooth. From the initial visit, to the financing, to the closing, and to the final walk through was very efficient! Thank you!

Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. The entire team was great to work with and Claire was especially helpful throughout the sales/design process. The overall quality of the finished house definitely exceeded our expectations thanks to Steve's desire the build a top quality home. Everyone at Pulte was great to work with including Finance, Design Center, and Mortgage Dept and thanks Jevon and Elizabeth for answering all my questions.

From Jordan’s attentive service to the walk thru to closing, it was a professional seamless process.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end

Several items were identified in the new home walk through. Pulte never directly addressed some of them and never made the requested repairs. Buckling Hardy board siding that was installed incorrectly was screwed down tighter, rather than repaired with the recommended gaps for expansion. The dead turf in the lawn was never replaced or fixed. After closing in and move in, we continued to request repairs they had agreed to make. Some were addressed, others never were. We have had to ask and make requests 3-5 times for repairs of some of the items like malfunctioning door locks, cracked and missing caulk and grout, etc. I would NOT buy another home from Pulte. If I had to, I would negotiate a hold-back on funding to be disbursed when agreed to repairs were completed. ... More

This has been one of the most frustrating, disappointing and exhausting experiences of my life. The so-called sales agent and mortgage team were painfully difficult to work with and provided no true assistance - rude, condescending and incompetent. The builder was nice and provided weekly updates, but the contractors were sloppy and the finished home was less than quality. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone ever. Completely regret my decision to buy a Pulte home.

My house has an unknown water leak in the floor that Pulte is struggling to find the source. Investigation continues but based on a number of other quality issues I would never recommend a Pulte home.

The purchase and design appointment went so smoothly. The building process was great! I was told that it would be a 6 to 9 month process and my home was done in 6 months! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes.

This is a great place built and financed by Pulte. It was the one-stop-shop. Everyone was terrific. I will never forget this wonderful treatment by Pulte. They know what they are doing. I would like to thank Mary, Vickie, Todd, and last but not least Joe. Thank you all for such excellent treatment.

We are not happy with how they respond to issues. We did not know trenches were going to be dug looks like the neighborhood is ready to go to war in some areas. Also they ran our HVAC though consecution and been over a month no response to anything, I am now going to have to get an attorney involved in the issue as they won't even get back to us. All 3 units need a pull and clean and one is not even working properly in the back. So all 4 units have issues. SO far a horrible experience as I thought we were just going to be a number for them. once the home is sold the charm goes away.

Needs improvement of there quality and work.

Great experience overall. Painters were a little sloppy, but doesn't change my 5 star rating
