Great home great price. Happy

Our experience with Pulte was great from beginning to end. Our project manager was responsive throughout the whole process and they met the timing of our date. Our biweekly photo updates were very helpful during the build bc we were out of state clients so even though we couldn’t be there in person to see the progress, the photos really helped. Pulte is a solid home builder and we would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Our dream of being in SWFL is now a reality!

The building process was very thorough. Our building manager was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was very involved in the process and ensured issues were corrected throughout the process as well.

Pulte was outstanding from first visit to the model homes until closing! Highly recommend!

Very friendly, responsive and customer focused team. The customer support manager has visited the house to check on items, and followed up with the third party contractor to ensure the sprinkler system, lawn is taken care for. Very impressed with the support system in place.

Having sun lights within a house is essential rights, and pulte made it for us.

Informative in each phase of building our new home. Closing occurred as scheduled and with no issues. Since closing Pulte has timely addressed every requested normal punch list item upon occupancy, such as irrigation, floor repair, and paint. We are very pleased with our experience.

I knew when I decided to sell my house in New York and have a new house built to move to Michigan, that there would be many disappointments along the way. I am happy to say that the Pulte construction manager Chadd was not one of them. Chadd exceeded my expectations. He was personable, communicative, knowledgeable, intelligent and organized. Chadd set deadlines and stuck to them. He was sympathetic to the realities that I was facing in coordinating two closings and a cross-country move, and worked to ensure that the new house was well-built and ready on schedule.
