Pulte uses cheap and unskilled workers to build the homes. It's clear that they care more about building homes as quickly as possible rather than the quality of the build. Any and all corners are *****. Tiles are hollow. Some rooms don't get air from the vents. Cheap materials for carpet. Almost none of the walls are aligned. Garage door not installed correctly. Stained floor tiles. I could go on and on as there are plenty more issues.

Closed with too much yet to be done. Once closed you have no leverage. We found ***** and ***** homes a better value.

Issues with many things unresolved. Paint on floors, scratched sinks, dinged cabinets, mud, grout and caulk everywhere. Lack of response from service when trying to file a claim. Plumbing & appliance issues. Design was helpful.

This is my second time working with a builder and I have really struggled with the Pulte quality of work and lack of support. The walk through wasn't enough to document issues and not enough time to resolve all the documented issues. Overall process from sales had bumps and mis-communications. Construction was good with updates and responses. Designer was helpful. Customer Service after move-in has been poor and lacks follow-up.

The architecture is lacking; too many interior doors, too much wasted space. Island, lights, cooktop, sink not lined up. Shelves in closets and pantry are a waste of space, too cheap. The construction manager seems to care but many of the craft people, based on the small holes, splatters of paint, and missed opportunities, do not care. It is, however, better than many other builders out there.

So had great experience with Ashton our Construction Manager she was awesome. Sales side little shaky with the staff on site. Drywall should be fixed after electrical comes thought and mounts the vanity lights.

Sales and the construction manager were awesome, very responsive and helpful. My only challenges were with Pulte Mortgage. The change in loan processor 45 days before closing caused frustration and unnecessary stress for me.
