Honestly I wouldn’t buy another house in the future from pulte homes . Houses have nice lay out and nice space inside But materials look cheap and takes for ever to get something fix after closing. my yard was done poorly and now it’s my problem no warranty paid extra for landscaping not worth it

After previously living in a Pulte home, I was excited to go through the new build process with them. Unfortunately in their attainable communities they seem to have cut corners and costs at any opportunity. Already looking forward to moving out.

1, Spectrum drilled holes in my siding with out using them. I was told by Pulte to take care of it by myself. So I paid an outside contractor and was reimbursed by Spectrum. 2. My air conditioner and thermostat were not working properly, I called Arrow and they found out the circuit breaker for the Air conditioner was installed in backwards .3. The commode in master bath rocks back and forth. Have not been able to get anyone out to fix, 4. I reported to customer care that the outside siding has warped. It's been I week since I reported it at Pulte no one has committed to appointment to review siding yet. 5. Garage door gets to the top of the cycle and has a loud bang. Have an appointment next week. I have a major concern about the Water basin behind my house BASIN 4, I got a small non-descript answer from your Pulte manager, so I contacted Columbus Drain Water personnel. They mention that the EPA was out here in the week previous and review the ponds. Columbus Water sent a inspector out. I met with him at the pond and explaing what might be happening to the basin. He agreed and we got on a conference call with his boss Liz M. we reviewed the ponds map and focused on Basin 4. They were in agreement that they water level is too low and causing Algae build up. I did not want to get so involved with this but this water levels way too low and will cause water quality for the rest of the Ponds. Always get a prompt response

Fixing problems does not happen quickly.

For the over-inflated price paid for a Pulte Home, we expect a better quality workmanship on the build with far better attention to detail in the build both interior and exterior.

Charlene was great to work with from the beginning of the process. Not only was she pleasant each time we met, but if there was a question she could not answer, she did not hesitate to let us know and escalate appropriately. When things went into the building phase, Nate was very communicative and made sure my wife and I were kept to speed about each and everything going on. During the final walk-through, Nate made sure to address any additional things that we made him aware of. Charlene and Nate are amazing representatives of Pulte.

Extremely cordial service, there was regular follow-ups on the progress and keeping me abreast of the potential risks

I am an experienced and retired executive with lot f background in real estate. Pulte needs to shape up in its corporate behavior. Currently it stinks. You have collected initial contribution of $2500 for amenities and collecting monthly HoA. what for". You did not have even nerve to inform us the timeline for amenities. You are interested only to make money but not fulfill your promises. It is better for your senior executives to come and meet with us before gets chastised by a judge and make refunds to community. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Pulte Homes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nathan, the salesperson, and Eric, the construction manager. Both Nathan and Eric demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ensured that I received timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. Eric's proficiency in construction was particularly impressive, as he adeptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose during the construction phase. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship displayed by Eric and his team. However, I must bring to your attention some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Regrettably, I found the communication from the mortgage loan officers and title company to be lacking. I felt uninformed about the money transfer process until the very end of the transaction, which was a source of frustration for me. I believe that enhancing communication in this area would greatly improve the overall home buying experience for future customers. Despite this minor setback, I want to emphasize that my experience with Pulte Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already recommended Pulte to several friends and family members based on the outstanding service provided by Nathan and Eric. Their professionalism and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that others will also benefit from choosing Pulte for their home buying needs. This was our first new construction and overall, it went very smoothly. Our construction manager, Sarah, and quality manager, Angel, were great -- very responsive and highly professional in caring for our home every step of the way. Wish we'd had the opportunity to create a little more customization in the build, however; ended up doing some thing that would have been a lot more efficient and inexpensive had we been able to choose them in the design phase, Quality of materials is good. Biggest complaint is the landscaping -- scruffy plantings and pine straw for ground cover look horribly cheap and hardly a good compliment to the overall home. Planning to tear it out as soon as the HOA will allow. Would have been better to give us an allowance or closing credit and choose our own plantings. ... More

Been in home approx 1 month and week. I didn't notice this on the walk thru, but there are some areas now where I can see the tape in the ceiling and even some small cracks.

Overall it was a great experience during the entire process.

Buying experience has been truly bad

The quality of the build exceeded our expectations! Our project manager was responsive and quick to fix anything we mentioned. Overall very satisfied with our experience and would recommend to others

Jimmy and Kenny are the best

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. Our home turned out beautiful, and any issues seen in walkthrough or after moving in were attended to and fixed promptly. Our experience with the builders was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same with the process of the lenders during the approval of the loan, that area needs much improvement. Other than that, everything else was a smooth and great process!

The Pulte staff and management is very professional and has always taken care of any issue with Atmos urgency. This is my second home that I purchased with Pulte and I’m fully satisfied
