I was amazed with the speed at which the builder completed the home, even with all the COVID and supply chain delays. Furthermore, there was no sacrifice to the quality of the work.

We signed contract in the summer of 2020 in the middle of COVID. We could not fly down for the design meetings and to see progress. I am from a family of home builders. When I say Pulte has been absolutely tremendous, this speaks volumes. My brothers and Father are large time developers in the Northeast. They have been rated #1 Custom Home Builders many times. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I really didn't know what to expect with our home building process. Our Pulte team was amazing and was in touch with us every week with detailed updates on what was being done to our house that week. Our house was delivered on schedule and I can still reach out to our Pulte team when there is anything we have questions about. Definitely recommend!

Pulte did a great job. The sales pro (Jolynn) and construction manager (Arron) did a great job continually following up with us as we built the house remotely during COVID. After moving in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed (all minor), and they handled quickly and professionally. Ongoing construction is always neat and clean and not a hinderance at all to those of us who have already moved in. Well done!!

I am impressed with the team's committment to my happiness and needs as the home buyer. They have been very gracious to answer all of my questions and calls/texts and even came by after the closing to fix a few details that I missed in the final walk through.

It was a great experience buying a new Pulte home, from the initial meeting with Mark in the office and throughout the building of the home under Justin's supervision. I would and continue to recommend Pulte Homes.

Building with Pulte was a very easy process. While building during a pandemic, of course there were some unforeseen issues in getting materials, but the entire team did a fantastic job in communicating to me weekly where we stood on the new home. We have only been in the new home a few weeks, but it’s great that the team still responds and helps with any questions or problems we have.
