We had a great experience. Everyone was very professional. Lindsay gave us a tour of the model and helped us make the best decisions. Andrea is an awesome designer and helped us navigate through our various options. She could not have been better. Gemma helped us with closing documents. Tyler is the best. We really appreciated his help and guidance.

I was in the process of moving and had a deadline to move in. Found a ready to move in that worked. Was tied it would be ready inside my timeliness that I verified multiple times before signed the contract. I wasn't allowed to speak to the building manager until I signed the contract. The day after, he told me the date I was given was NEVER the date and was out a month. We were upset but still inside out time line. As things went forward, our home manager was fired and the new manager told us the move in date is delayed 2 weeks longer. This put us at our absolute latest we could move in. This quick move in had already delayed 2 months. When we got closer, it kept pushing back. I had to get a corporate supervisor involved to help. Completely unsat. Pulte may had been good in the 80's, but not anymore. This is just 1 issue that happend. Don't use there financial department or house insurance. They are just as bad as the company. The best thing to happen is that my morgage was sold to another company, thank God! Highly recommend staring away from this company and anything associated with them. I am unable to sit on my deck most nights because the stench from the septic system is overwhelming. It is disgusting and Pulte needs to fix it once and for all. Whatever temporary fixes they have tried are not working. It also makes it difficult to take a walk around the property. I find some of the workmanship to be below what I expected. From poor painting to floors that make cracking sounds in spots when I walk on them. I was told this building was well insulated. Well I hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does. My oven wasn’t working when I moved in. It seems that Pulte has cut corners wherever possible to save money. Unacceptable! On a positive note, Derrick from the warranty department is fantastic. My wife and I had an amazing experience with our Pulte Home build. Our construction manager, Gilbert walked us through each step of the process and ensured that we had visibility into everything that was going on. Any mistakes that contractors made were quickly corrected.

Construction quality as to standards is questionable. Cabinet install sucks!! Title processor (first one) was so nasty they had to chand agents. Communication. This is 2nd pulte home probably last

Pulte builds a solid, well laid out home with lots of add-on features to customize it to your needs and wants. Their homes are designed to be open and airy with lots of large windows for natural lighting.

I love my new home and highly recommend Pulte Homes!

This is my first time owning a home. The house is big but it’s made as cheaply as possible, super sloppy work. The floor is what’s called a floating floor, so you have your little kids running around or you walk around, the entire floor shakes, kitchen silverware rattles. No attention to details, you will have crooked walls, some spaced are bigger than others and not symmetrical.

Great subs. Proficient and fast. Home built before projected time line. They are there for you even after ownership. Great person relations from the entire company.

Quick, smooth and easy trough the whole process

I don't recall any positive moments throughout the process. Quality questions/concerns were flat or ignored throughout the process, to say communication was poor would be an understatement, having to push closing because of multiple instances of negligence by construction teams, replaced damaged grass with dead grass after rutting up front yard fixing the damaged driveway, and no walk through with anyone except the completely incompetent and rude construction foreman who couldn't answer a single question just finished it off.

Few minor issues, staff was great and timely took care of the minor issues immediately.

We’ve built several custom homes and we were a little concerned about building with a national builder. From starting with Madison, to building with Garrett and David, and financing with Pulte Mortgage…the whole experience was terrific!

Our experience with the sales team was great. Wendy was very attentive, answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way. Build was on schedule and we were able to stay on top of the progress thanks to the construction manager's communication with us. Our issues have come from the subcontractors not being properly monitored to make sure the work was consistent and of high quality. Having this many houses being built and finished at one time probably put some unnecessary stress on the subcontractors. Although the warranty team has been responsive to our requests, there seem to be a lot of issues that never should have slipped through to begin with. We're happy with the house, but a lot of the finish work I could have done better myself, and I was a desk jockey during my career. ... More

I can list a few, but just telling couple of things I noticed which are not up to Pulte standard. I am not satisfied with Pulte did my garage. The sidings are tucked in properly

I liked that Nick kept us informed on the progress of our home from the start: laying foundations all the way to handing of the keys.
