We are enjoying our new townhome that was built by Pulte Homes. While there have been some very minor touch ups required they have responded quickly to take care of the issues. We are quite happy with the home, the service and the entire development. They're doing a great job.

We purchased our home from a state 3000 miles away and it was one of the easiest homes we have built. During the sales process in selecting options Lance & Abby were professional, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions and concerns. They took the time to sent photos and information for us to feel comfortable with our selections. During the construction process Patrick took extra care in walking us through, via phone and video chats to walk through every detail of our home during the construction process. We were very impressed with quality and care taken to prepare our home for our walk through prior to closing. There were a few minor finishing issues we encountered during our walk through however, they are being resolved in a timely manner and Ryan has been very responsive to our needs in working around our schedule. They have Great TEAM who did the entire home building very interesting step by step process with me we love that so if there is something we didn’t like it we could change it, thanks to everyone in Pulte

We absolutely love our new home, such a family friendly open floor plan with great use of square footage. Our Pulte rep was very clear on upgrade prices from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect. Construction stayed on schedule even during the pandemic. While we’ve only been in our home a few months, so far it’s been amazing and we’d highly recommend Pulte to anyone.

Our Pulte home here in Berkshire Forest was completed on time by a team of professionals that really listened to our needs. From the day we walked in the sales’ office to construction to closing and to our final move a month ago, every step went smoothly. Questions and minor issues were addressed quickly. Moving from out of state during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but the entire Pulte team eased our worries, had a sense of humor, and treated us like family. My only tip for new home buyers would be to live close by or visit your home site frequently during construction, especially after framing. I was impressed throughout the entire build. The site was clean, if I pointed something out that needed to be fixed it was fixed in a very timely manner, warranty department is very responsive.

We have owned many older homes in our lives but this home is our first new home. All of the people that we have worked with have been very helpful and the few problems ( and I mean very few ) that we have had they have taken care of quickly. We will recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buying a Pulte home was a great experience on all levels, starting from the sell representative, the model homes and so on, We're not from Florida, some of the transactions had to be done from a distance and everyone on the Pulte team made it easy for us to feel reassured about the whole process! We are very pleased and are looking forward to stepping into our new home, hopefully this will happen soon, depending on the Canadian/US boarder rules.
